with the Filings that are due by end of Month, the speculation then is that Mark D will come out with the New and Improved Plan moving forward for Devmar . It is obvious things have changed as the offices have moved to Florida and the entire format for the upcoming St. Pete THE METRO, is duplicating the St. Pete Vantage Devmar Project which is 97% full in Lease Occupancy .

FireMed and all. Actually I was referring to the setup they had prior with the projects if you know the history (it was in the disclosures back then when DEVM started up ) . It was a tier type level of investment and ownership of the properties at that time (which included shareholders) but primarily DK Associates , which is DeMaria and Kassab as they have been in business on all the prior Devmar Developments.

Since that is not the case any longer and the format has changed to the successful St. Pete Vantage that finished last year (which was part of Devmar Development and not DEVM) , it appears that Mark D and Team have
looked at moving forward with the format , but now in a Public Format.
So in summary , forget the Hotel concept and go for the more demand in Leasing (Like St. Pete Vantage) as folks in Florida and those areas are looking for that.

Ok all good. But if one now notices.. it really went from Devmar Equities which was NOT part of the Devmar Parent in MN a few years ago to the following.
a. Devmar Development (Parent) is moving to Florida.
b. That is now the new Corporate address
c. Now DEVM is really Devmar Development and has the Parent Website (it did not before a few years back)
d. all Systems go for DEVM = Devmar Development

$DEVM thanks Timing! We need those warning removed as soon as possible. I'm in another Ticker that went to the Expert/ Grey market and has come back. The issue is the warnings were never removed so this prevents many people from transacting with $DEVM due to the OTC warnings remaining on the tickers webpage and many brokers will not allow autonomous trading you would have to call the broker.
Scuba , I sent another note to Mark D , no reply , however Mark had already replied that they were moving forward and his actions show that clearly in these latest updates.

One would have to imagine , that the original set up how it was with the structure has to be changed legally and that takes time. The filed the first wave , so it indicates that they are about to make the next move.

$DEVM Bullish Pink current is close! Whoever emails can you make sure Mark knows to get the Warnings removed once they go Pink Current? Those get slapped on when in the Expert Market tier. They do not seem to come off unless the company asks. This Warning prevents retail from buying on many platforms.

My belief , since the entire structure of the most recent disclosure is

a. They are going to retire the old shares of the previous company , see the link, they have not responded now in over two years to requests.

b. They have a plan for the ongoing Florida ventures THE METRO < FT Meyers Lofts< Raindance Winterhaven with DEVM on funding and value.

c. Mark D and Devmar Team have moved their offices to Florida .

d. Perfect Fund Raising capability , along with their already friendly Construction loans to proceed further and then assist other projects.

Now that the disclosures have come out , purely waiting to see if any feed back and then the last Annual and Attorney Letter to go completely Pink Current is a no brainer.
Plus the disclosures NOW have all the BIO's of the Key DEVM Team and OTC PROFILE UPDATED this past month.

I disagree Rockie ..Mark D and team have been doing these projects all over the US for years, they are experts in the field they are in.

Those lease rates on the St. Pete Vantage have gone up quite a bit since they started offering and hence future prices will be where market needs to be and for sure pay on the facility at what ever rate it should be.

What will be of interest here is that DEVM Equities was set up to be an investor set up for % interest (there was a lot of lingo back then) , primarily for the Hotel side.
It will be interesting to see the next disclosure and format around that. Basically Mark D and Team changed from the Marriot Hotel side due to Covid and then came up with THE METRO, same format as the ST. Pete Vantage and the upcoming Ft Myers Lofts that has been approved.
They also have added Ben Griggs to the team and that expanded on the Accounting and Administrative side, plus the movement of the Offices in Florida. See here

I would think a bad thing as of now is cost of building material is SKY HIGH.
$DEVM this hit .20 on not a lot of volume. I have held this stock for over 3 years now. Did a ton of DD that included onsite photos of the Vantage apartments. Stock has a small share structure and low float of only 15Mn. Company was on a good track to completed 3-4 projects and then COVID hit which halted most construction and demolished the Hotel business. Mark was able to complete the Vantage apartments in St Pete FL. They have broken ground on another Apartment complex. In St Pete and have another Queued up for Ft Myers that is a little bigger than Vantage Lofts in St Pete.
They have moved from Michigan to St Pete the offices and are connected to some big names in Florida real estate.
This has very good potential as Florida is high growth state.
I'm new on this stock opinions on what it could do PLEASE.
