YEEEEEOOOOHHHHH!!!

It will be interesting to see if Mr. McGusty decides to complete acquistions without a reverse split. Since he owns 93%, it may be better financially for him to sell shares and recoup some or all of his investment.

Does seem like he has a plan in mind and is systematically executing it!
