RAKR is the former CJTF, they purchased that dirty shell recently.
The last posted financials are almost identical to CJTF previous financials, -- including the unbelievable $12,500,000 "note receivable" that CJTF has carried for several years.
From those financials, it seems that RainMaker has no assets and no operations at all.
Or that somehow the merger wasn't complete when those financials were filed.

A Peterborough start-up company has become a publicly traded company.
Rainmaker Worldwide Inc. began trading last month as a NASDAQ over-the-counter stock under the stock trading symbol RAKR.
It's the first time an investment by the Peterborough Region Angel Network has gone public. PRAN has invested $2.5 million in the company.
Listing as a stock allows the company to consider strategic mergers and acquisitions, attract and retain the highest caliber employees with offers of company stock and provide greater access to capital at a lower cost, according to a release from the Greater Peterborough Innovation Cluster.
Created in 2012, Rainmaker is a cleantech company' offering communities and businesses around the world a new decentralized approach to clean water production.
Peterborough area residents Michael O’Connor, chairman and chief executive officer, and Michael Skinner, chief strategy officer, have helped the company expand production worldwide.
The company has two product lines to achieve the creation of purified water, through the use of solar, wind, grid and generator solutions. Both systems are 100 per cent sustainable using renewable energy without the use of chemicals, leaving no damaging footprint.
O'Connor and Skinner are giving 10,000 of the company's shares to the Innovation Cluster, which in turn can be used to support the grown of other new tech companies in the Peterborough area.
“We are very appreciative of the 2.5 million-dollar investment that PRAN members gave Rainmaker Worldwide,” O’Connor stated. “It occurred at a pivotal moment in time when other types of traditional financing were not available and it ensured that we would expand our business.”
The company has shareholders made up of both individuals and companies throughout North America, Europe and the Middle East, the release states
“Rainmaker is a key example of how a cleantech startup has the potential to grow and create worldwide solutions when given support,” Skinner stated. “The collaboration between PRAN and local startups make Peterborough a well-positioned region for determined entrepreneurs to thrive.”
PRAN continues to support local companies, notably in the technology innovation sector.
“When startups are successful, it is essential to continue investing support into innovative tech companies just starting out their journey,” stated Yves Lafortune, executive director of PRAN.

That's good...
Relationship with his mom might prove interesting. Was he considered the "loser" in the family. He helped her with apartments she owned in Florida.
I'm sure the authorities don't want to make a big deal of it, but no doubt they're talking to the mother. Evidently she's quite old.
I don't think the family saw him as a loser. Eric, the only one who's talked to the press, evidently believed he was "rich", worth a few million, whether that was true or not. He also said his brother was "weird", and not particularly friendly to him. Evidently Steve did look out for Mom, though at a distance. Eric also said Steve was nice to the girlfriend, apparently willing to do things for her he wouldn't do for other family members.
Lone wolf pretty well describes him. Lack of love in his life. No wife or kids. A girlfriend of sorts. One brother who hadn't spoken to him in 10 years. Other brother lived far away with occasional tweets. Doesn't appear to have any close friends. Some neighbors had negative things to say about him.
Relationship with his mom might prove interesting. Was he considered the "loser" in the family. He helped her with apartments she owned in Florida. No father around.
I guess bragging about his winnings was a big deal for him. His claim to fame to make him feel like a big shot with his family. And if he no longer had that?
He obviously put no value on human life as he didn't see the value in his. Sociopath. A very sick one.
That's a good point. Perhaps his motivation was simpler and more basic than we'd thought.
By sheer coincidence with respect to recent events, it turns out the Bad Guy had a father who was a criminal sent to prison by the Feds. The son, who eventually became successful and very wealthy, felt that had destroyed his family, and harbored resentment until he finally took action.
Makes ya wonder.
It shouldn't make anyone wonder. I'm constantly surprised by you. Surely one or more of the paintings you've spent your life studying depicts the same story. Half of Europe's history is defined by the paragraph you just typed there. Read it again now after being reminded of that and dare argue...
Tragedy is the only constant in the world.
I believe that the father was already separated from the family for years before he was put in jail and fled...
Paddock was born in 1953. So he had plenty of time to get to know good old Dad...
Interesting. So Paddock managed to stay out of the slammer for ten years.
According to this--and I wouldn't vouch for its reliability-- Eric Paddock was born in 1960.
https://everipedia.org/wiki/eric-paddock/
Also according to that source, there's a third brother, Bruce Paddock. I wonder why we haven't heard anything about him...
"Eric Paddock, Stephen Paddock's brother, said the family was estranged from Benjamin Paddock after Eric's birth, and Benjamin Paddock is now dead."
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation-now/2017/10/02/las-vegas-shooter-dad-10-most-wanted-list/724116001/
He escaped from prison in 1968. What happened in the next thirty years?
"what happened to Paddock's father in the end?"
-----------------------------------------------------
"At the time of his escape, authorities said Benjamin Paddock was a diagnosed psychopath and therefore "extremely dangerous." The FBI reported he had suicidal tendencies.
"The FBI also called him an avid bridge player."
"Social Security death records show that Benjamin Paddock died Jan. 18, 1998, in Tarrant County, Texas. The Federal Bureau of Prisons operates a facility in Fort Worth, the county's largest city."
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation-now/2017/10/02/las-vegas-shooter-dad-10-most-wanted-list/724116001/
But Paddock's brother said that when he was little, the family was "on the run" after Dad escaped from jail. I don't know how long that lasted, or even if it was true, but that is what he said.
Right now, I'm watching the episode of Designated Survivor--a good show--that I recorded last night. They're trying to stop the Bad Guy who blew up the Capitol and (almost) everyone in it from killing more people.
By sheer coincidence with respect to recent events, it turns out the Bad Guy had a father who was a criminal sent to prison by the Feds. The son, who eventually became successful and very wealthy, felt that had destroyed his family, and harbored resentment until he finally took action.
Makes ya wonder.
And what happened to Paddock's father in the end? Did he die? Did he go back to prison? We don't know enough about that, even though in a way, it's the most bizarre part of the story.
they are a sleazy outfit that gives investment conferences for companies, charges the companies for the conferences then writes "Independent" Research Reports on the companies, pumping and hyping them...typically very scammy companies...
so the Research Reports are actually paid Research Reports
I believe that the father was already separated from the family for years before he was put in jail and fled...
so he wasn't much involved in raising the Las Vegas shooter..
What's the story about?
It's not so important what the company does for revenue. Maybe it's in a sexy industry or business sector, or it's in the process of morphing itself into something sexy and exciting.
The one year chart of weekly results suggests to me that some accumulation has occurred in the past few weeks. Then in the past two weeks there has been a frontloading to initiate a markup campaign.
Happy digging. I'll lend you my shovel if it will help,
A few mods are from 2017 and 3 posters were created within a month of each other in 2012. I’ll keep digging.
re RAKR: The stock isn't on the daily list but the stock could also be part of an organized frontloading pump group on I-Hub.
http://www.theotc.today/
It would be one thing if the company were dark and defunct. But in this case they are using the company twitter and website to push all sorts of narratives...quite actively. The fins are getting filed slowly...and they may be current soon, but then that probably accelerates some conversions once they are.

That is interesting. Piracy and hacking, it is getting frustrating. So Xfinity goes from $150 to $250 a month is not about content, but about piracy. I want my $150 back. They really keep increasing prices has nothing to do about the NFL contract, it is about piracy.
Dang Chinese and Russians.
"The TV sound and the sound bar were not in sync"
Some systems are persnickety and need to be powered up sequentially. Such as power on the TV, wait a few/15 seconds and then the soundbar, extra stuff.
Tv I guess needs to recognize the arc/hdmi stuff first.
As a side note. HDMI wasn't created to give us consumers (I actually hate that label)more media goodness, but to stop us from making copies for ourselves because big providers consider anyone with a computer a criminal who is stealing their sales profit. So with digital, which was pushed forward mostly because it could be encrypted needed a way to stop the chain of copying. HDMI cables actually has circuitry in them to facilitate encryption to stop pirating. Any device using hdmi has to be okayed for use by the hdmi standard. Hdmi is a physical wall to stop us from making copies. It's not well known, but when hdmi first came out, it practically bricked any and all devices just starting out with the standard as well.
It took the hdmi association or whatever they call themselves a pretty good rewrite of the specs to allow our legacy devices to work. Everyone manufactures all the stuff in now.
The bigger bandwidth and all that happy stuff they like to spout is almost a side dish extra left over after piracy safe guards.
I know what you are thinking, but pulling from the back of my mind, I cannot recall ever DK'ing a trade before the open the next day while at the same time inputing the As Of trade into Act to compare a DK trade. I would let it sit in my error account until I figured it out.
Surfkast, my good friend is rocking the apple cart for as you said a 10,000 share out of sequence trade.
I can't tell you how many times I bolted out the door at the bell, only to come back hours later to input phoned orders, or A/O the next day non comps, and yes, I had notes as to whom and when, called them the next am just to let them know I was going to A/O and ACT my side so the client account can settle pursuant to T+, if they did not call me first.
I really think this was an out of sequence lazy trader.
Congress is not going to amend legislation anytime soon, it would be great if the SEC would interpret the law somewhat differently. I highly doubt it, however, as there will always be a loophole.
How did you first hear about RAKR?
BVTK has used 4(a)1 to great effect the last year with over 5 billion shares issued on conversions in that timeframe while delinquent....which as of today they still are.
Interesting...
Section 4(a)(1) has become popular recently. I would argue that toxic's may be construed as underwriters especially when they are distributing 9.9% of the issued and outstanding at every turn.
You and I both know that it a distribution.
So it just pulls everything together? The TV sound and the sound bar were not in sync. It appears they are, not that I need the tv sound. But you know what I mean. I don't think anything helped in picture. When will Xfinity provide 4K content? And I don't think David Foley is the source.
Janice keep an eye on RAKR
You will see some interesting stuff i think
Integral; Sorry to step on Sleepy, but ARC is incorporated in all versions of hdmi for some time for sending data to soundbars and accessories hopefully eliminating extra wiring in the process. As long as the newer TV also understands ARC. Which your Sony will and may have come with home theater goodies.
Output 3 may be what you need that plugged into if the cable feed is going to be your only source. But if you're going to use blueray, then you're going to want to leave the cable in #1 and the blue ray in #3, or whatever the ARC is labeled on. The TV typically does the routing after receiving the source to parts of the system. Not all, but most now do it.

Does anyone know if thats a Pump Crew on the RAKR Board and if so which stock did they pump before this one?
It would be interesting to know what side of the door on its side we are looking at. The side facing the camera looks a lot like entry rounds. So the other side would be more torn up I imagine.
Hey what do you guys think of RAKR?
Reading citron as well, who knows his agenda. But.. the very first graphic where it says "2700 people become millionaires daily" is an open boast that may not be an obvious link to Shop. All the rest can be directly assumed as Shop claims about itself with little wiggle room. Have not read the complete piece yet but is an interesting take on it.
That would have been even worse.

Stock Dilution Scam:
A share dilution scam happens when a company, typically traded in unregulated markets such as the OTC Bulletin Board and the Pink Sheets, repeatedly issues a massive amount of shares into the market for no reason, considerably devaluing share prices until they become almost worthless, causing huge losses to shareholders. Then, after share prices are at or near the minimum price a stock can trade and the share float has increased to an unsustainable level, those fraudulent companies tend to reverse split and continue repeating the same scheme.
Pump and Dump Schemes:
"Pump and dump" schemes, also known as "hype and dump manipulation," involve the touting of a company's stock (typically microcap companies) through false and misleading statements to the marketplace. After pumping the stock, fraudsters make huge profits by selling their cheap stock into the market.
Pump and dump schemes often occur on the Internet where it is common to see messages posted that urge readers to buy a stock quickly or to sell before the price goes down, or a telemarketer will call using the same sort of pitch. Often the promoters will claim to have "inside" information about an impending development or to use an "infallible" combination of economic and stock market data to pick stocks. In reality, they may be company insiders or paid promoters who stand to gain by selling their shares after the stock price is "pumped" up by the buying frenzy they create. Once these fraudsters "dump" their shares and stop hyping the stock, the price typically falls, and investors lose their money.
http://www.sec.gov/answers/pumpdump.htm
The key is understanding
The key is understanding that pink sheet stocks are not investments - 99% of them will lose value over the long run and never accomplish most of their forward looking pumping statements they put in press releases or on their websites. Never believe the hype - always be skeptical of everything you hear.
The people mostly making money with pink sheet stocks are promoters, front loading pumpers with big followings they can dump on, crooks, some of the flippers, and sometimes the very lucky.
Pumpers only tell you to buy stocks that they already own. Pumpers only tell you to hold stocks because they want to make sure you hold longer than them.
They make money by pumping the stock and getting other people to buy then dumping their shares on the followers.
If you really want to take the risk of trying to make money trading pink sheet companies then you have to understand how the game works and never ever hold long term - take profits when you can. Pump and Dumps dominate the IHUB forums.
Trading pink sheet stocks is a sick game full of lies and deceit where people take advantage of the inexperienced and naive stealing away their life savings for their own personal gains.
Very little respect or morals exist in stinky pinky land.
