someone started a new board for CRGO
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=4187
cply is gone, maybe someday we might recover a few bucks on the new deal.
good luck
Wow, look at the volume and price movement we are getting today. A long way to go for me to recover, but nice to see it grasping for air.
Payne... Thanks I really was not paying attention, in the process of moving. I have mentally written this off as a ZERO percent chance of meaningful recovery. Any cash out of it would be like an unexpected tax refund. LOL
CRGO, at least it is a good symbol
Have you noticed that they have changed their symbol? It is now CRGO. It has a CRGOE status right now for some reason, but when that get works out, it will, I assume, just be CRGO.
reverse split seems like the inevitable way to put the nails in the coffin on this one. screw job.
Over 1 million traded so far today. Unusual .... Still have my 1 bottle of Blue Championlyte, saving for EBAY sale someday. LOL
Believe me if it does ever hit .25 you'll wake up. You'll here me doing yells of celebration.
Payne... Please wake me up if it hits $.25..
thanks
LOL
What's going on here today. Up 45%. Somebody must have kicked this dog and its letting out a bark. I expect it'll go back to sleep reall quickly, but it's nice to see that it's breathing.
Read it anyway. nothing new. My guess is that they will find a merger partner and dilute the existing shareholders down to nothing. Maybe a 1 for 100 split. UGLY... Product is mostly gone from supermarket shelf. I still own one bottle of Blue, do I here any bid's for it? <G>
Their annual financial statements came out today. Don't read it! It'll just depress you. I've lost so much here that I wouldn't get enough from a sale to even matter, so I'll just hold onto what I've got until I guess it completely disappears. I've written it off anyway.
I agree with you and I'm certainly not making any deal out of today's activity. I just find it odd is all. I've pretty much chalked this one up as a big mistake and hope I learn from it.
GLTU
Payne,
365000 shares so far of a 2 cent stock, is not worth talking about. the stock would have to trade millions before I would consider it important. mentally written it off already. upside surprise would be nice, doubt it!
What's with all this buying late in the day today? Like you, I speculate that we are in our death throws here. Unfortunate for me. This buying here is unexpected.
looks like a dead duck! the end is near. shopping for a merger deal.
no speculation needed, says so on the document. needs correction to certain items so that they can get an SB-2 filing done.
do i hear tax loss?
Anyone care to speculate why they re-released all their 10Q's from last year last Friday?
does it really matter? they most likely sold next to nothing and most likely lost lots of money doing so.
Does anyone want to even speculate when/if these guys will ever release their 4qtr financials?
The upward movement continues. Will I ever get back to breakeven? Doubtful, but its nice to see it going in the right direction for a change.
Because nothing they do is believable. I am holding my stock until it goes much higher or to ZERO. It's time for them to get it going.
CPLY hired a new IR firm.... not sure if it will help...keeping my fingers crossed.... don't have the ***** to buy more.
ChampionLyte Beverages, Inc. Signs Distribution Agreement With Cumberland Distributing of Tennessee
Wednesday December 15, 8:59 am ET
Wholesaler Services Wide Area
MIAMI, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ChampionLyte Beverages, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ChampionLyte Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CPLY - News) today announced that Cumberland Distributing has become a ChampionLyte® distributor.
ChampionLyte® is a sports drink with no calories or carbohydrates.
The Crossville, Tenn.-based business serves the Knoxville, Pottsville and Pikeville areas.
"We distribute beverages to convenience stores, gas stations, gyms and health food stores," said Robert Carr, vice president of Cumberland Distributing.
Carr said that he believes ChampionLyte® is the right product at the right time because people are becoming more conscious about unwanted calories in their diet.
"With the low-carb craze in full swing, ChampionLyte® is a great beverage because it is carb-free and sugar-free," said Carr.
"Cumberland Distributing is another step in getting ChampionLyte® in new areas of the United States," said Joe Butler, vice president of ChampionLyte Beverages. "And we're pleased to be working with Cumberland Distributing because of its great reputation for serving the area."
A significant advantage of ChampionLyte® is that it replaces electrolytes, especially after exercise, without the ingredients that would cause weight gain -- particularly sugar. For example, if a man or woman runs on a treadmill for 30 minutes, they would burn about 150 calories. By drinking one of the popular major brand sports drinks that contain 33 to 37 grams of sugar (that's 33 to 37 individual one-gram packs of sugar) after working out on a treadmill, they would either cancel out the calories they just burned off, or actually gain more calories than burned during the workout.

I'm in here again, when it hits the 200 DMA we should get a good burst!
This is good news. They must have shown the investor something good for them to give up $20 mil. Especially when (as far as I can tell) the money is in exchange for stock. This looks really promising to me, I'll just be glad when we can start to see something on the financials. I've been patient for about a year now, so I guess a little longer can't hurt.

Noones commenting on this latest 10Q?
So, does anyone think they will be able to stay in business?
So what's up with our little investment here? Anyone heard anything? No news in quite a while.
I am losing my faith in this company but will still hold till the next news.
Hi,
just reading the post's on this board. what makes you think they have a chance of making it to .35 cents, much less surviving? they don't seem to have any money or real sales?
thanks
I agree 100% Thanks for your input.
Good luck all!!!
Copper,
I'm long on this one, but my confidence is waining. I do believe that the marketplace is more than ready to eagerly accept these products. My concerns are about having the capital resources needed to keep building the business. Cash flow doesn't appear to be too good. After reviewing the 10Q it seems they are barely hanging on by a thread. I certainly hope they do well, but resources to keep things going to better days seem to be hard to come by.
I'll keep watching and waiting. I'm holding my position firmly for now.
This is a hold tight stock till at least .35 or more, Just gotta ride it out.
Good luck all!!!
Thanks, I missed that. After reviewing, my impression is that we are still very much in a "wait-and-see" mode. They still seem to be only hanging on by a string.
Other thoughts?
Soon enough, maybe september.
Still no 10Q release. Anyone heard any rumors or such as to when it may be release?
My guess is that rumors about the release of the next 10Q must be coming out. That's just my guess. Yesterday has a nice bump up and the bid is rising a little. Hopefully the next 10Q will benefit us longs.
What's up. Now news, everything is very quiet. Any speculations? What are you expecting in the next 10Q? Do you think we'll have some cash on the balance sheet? Any sign of reorders?
Anyone here able to find Championlyte on the shelves anywhere? If so, is the product moving or are you (an investor) the only cutomer?
I called to company a few weeks back and asked if it was avaiable anywhere here in Michigan. They said not yet then referred my to websites such a Atkins or another one that I don't remember. I would order some, but it would just be too expensive due to the added cost of shipping. I'll wait until it is on a shelve somewhere here before I try it. Hopefully that will happen.
I think we need at least 2 months before we see much of a rise in value, After that it's a slow ride to a buck. I hope!!!!!
We usually discuss a variety of stocks on another board while we wait for it to take off!
Cply looks good and now is a great entry.
I have traded it several times, pick up 5 or 10 cents.
I would think with the increase in sales we should see a profitable quarter soon...imo
