Just haven't seen any discussion here lately. Today's news was definitely positive, IMO. I think we may really get a boost from the next quarterly report. Revenue should be rising. I'm expect that they will not be too close to profitability yet, but is not unexpected. I would really like this stock to get back into the 20s at least.
Follow it and play it!
Whats up....
It appears the MMs are playing their manipulation games again. You know there has got to be illegal activity going on when the bid is considerably higher than the ask. Will the regulatory people ever put an end to this!

Volume is really high again today, but the price is not moving much. I figure that a lot of shareholders have limit sell orders in due to the recent inactivity. Hopefully we can push through that. I hope it is no the company dumping stock to raise money to fund this new division.

Looks good to me. Seems that the new division, Be-Lyte, is progressing which, IMO, is a good thing. Still have not exactly said that they actively have products though. I guess that will come along. If I like the revenue growth from Championlyte that gets reported in the next 10Q, I will consider adding to my position if I have the cash available.
no Payne didn't see any new reason for the jump!
Hey, what's with the big volume jump today. I haven't seen any news releases. Maybe a news leak? Any ideas?
I agree. I think it is a really good sign that they are pursuing this new division. Their last 10Q showed them with no cash and hanging on by a thread. I think this shows that they do have enough operational performance to pursue these new ventures rather than just being able to manage from month to month. I think they are entering into an awaiting market. I have very optimistic hopes for CPLY.
Whats to say Payne?
I expect it to pop like GORX did last summer!
CPLY is showing growth and when the financials bear that out the price will jump!

ChampionLyte Holdings Establishes Be-Lyte(R) Foods Low-Carb Subsidiary; Enters $30 Billion Market
June 10, 2004 08:59:00 AM ET
Company Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement With Chips, Dips and Beyond
MIAMI, June 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ChampionLyte Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CPLY) today announced it has established a low-carb subsidiary, Be-Lyte(R) Foods. The Company also announced it has signed an exclusive, three-year agreement with Miami-based Chips, Dips and Beyond for the distribution of various low-carb products under the Be-Lyte(R) brand.
"Low-carb snack foods are a natural extension of our sugar-free sports drinks and syrups which have gained great acceptance with the low-carb community," said David Goldberg, president of ChampionLyte Holdings, Inc. "It's a huge, growing market and we believe there's great opportunity for high-quality, good-tasting products like those we will introduce in the Be- Lyte(R) line."
According to industry trade publication LowCarbBiz, sales of low-carb products are expected to hit $30 billion this year with the average carb- conscious shopper spending about $85 a month on specialty foods.
"Clearly, this is a trend and not a fad," Goldberg added. "According to a survey by research firm Mintel International three out of every five low-carb dieters say they plan to limit carb intake for life. Anyone who chooses such a lifestyle will soon be able to sit back with a cool refreshing ChampionLyte Sports Drink and enjoy delicious Be-Lyte(R) low-carb chips and dips."
Goldberg said the Company will explore additional products for the line but will be extremely selective with regard to taste and texture.
"We won't consider any product that doesn't taste great," said Goldberg. "There are some 26 million Americans who are considered 'hard core' low-carb dieters right now with another 70 million who limit their carb intake without being on a formal diet. These people not only want to adhere to the low-carb lifestyle but want great-tasting products also."
ChampionLyte Beverages, Inc. manufactures and markets ChampionLyte(R), the first completely sugar-free entry in the multi-billion dollar isotonic sports drink market. It is the only sports drink with no sugar, calories, sorbitol, saccharin, aspartame, caffeine or carbonation. The reformulated product is sweetened with Splenda(R), the trade name for Sucralose produced by McNeil Nutritionals, a Johnson & Johnson company.

MIAMI, May 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ChampionLyte Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CPLY - News) today announced that to protect is shareholders, it has sent a demand letter to the Berlin Stock Exchange demanding immediate delisting. The Company said its stock was listed on the Exchange without any prior knowledge, consent or authorization.
The listings, which include more than 200 U.S. publicly traded companies, appear to be part of an organized effort by domestic and foreign brokers to circumvent the recent National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) restrictions against "naked short selling."
"As soon as we learned of this fraudulent listing, we notified our SEC counsel to proceed with whatever steps are necessary to delist our stock from the Berlin Exchange," said David Goldberg, president of ChampionLyte Holdings, Inc. LY ChampionLyte Beverages, Inc. Through Bulldog Beverages Hits the Jersey Shore with Drive Crews
May 27, 2004 11:37:00 (ET)
MIAMI, May 27, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- ChampionLyte Beverages, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ChampionLyte Holdings, Inc. (CPLY, Trade) today announced that through Bulldog Beverages, it has dispatched drive crews to the Jersey Shores.
These drive crews are hitting the boardwalk, beaches, gas stations, convenience stores, restaurants, amusement parks, delicatessens and other businesses to boost the presence and sales of ChampionLyte.
"What better way to raise awareness of ChampionLyte than putting together drive crews," said Donna Bimbo, president of ChampionLyte Beverages, Inc. "These crews will blanket the Jersey Shore to reach the millions of consumers who vacation there over the summer."
Bulldog Beverages, based in Fairfield, NJ, is a company that has a portfolio of brands to meet the needs of new consumers who are seeking healthy drinks.
ChampionLyte(R) is the only sugar-free sports drink in the multi-billion isotonic sports drink market, is available in five flavors; orange, fruit punch and lemon-lime, pink lemonade and blue raspberry.
The major advantage of ChampionLyte(R) is that it replaces electrolytes, especially after exercise, without the ingredients, which would cause weight, gain -- particularly sugar. For example: if a man or woman runs on a treadmill for 30 minutes they would burn about 150 calories. By drinking one of the popular major brand sports drinks that contain 33 to 37 grams of sugar (that's 33 to 37 individual one-gram packs of sugar) after working out on the treadmill, they would either cancel out the calories they just burned off, or actually gain more calories than burned during the workout.
This is a great stock guys lets create some excitement!!!

No, But you can go to yahoo to find out most info, There just stating to make deals and sell the product, After rebuilding the company, The former Ceo on the way out took out a small loan like 15,000 and had put up a major asset of the company[syrup company] for collateral for a 3 week loan and than left without paying the loan, And the Corp that took over made him the ceo, Real nice Huh!
But I beleive this company is on the path to greatness!!
Sorry no speakee Latin!
I just read your iBox. Very interesting. People on ATKINS are told not to drink beverages with ASPARTAME as it supposedly inhibits weight loss. SPLENDA is a recommended alternative. Do you know where these drinks are sold ie which chains?
well, Latin IS the root of English.
English Please!!!!!
I found this company last year and feel it deserves a good look, I myself am holding 50000 shares from .14 this year, took a bath last year, Yet I feel this company has great management and a possible great future.
