NO FINANCIALS released in 2021.
Why not? I had great hopes for this company (Dixie) when I bought a bunch of shares starting in Sept of 2019.
Now, I guess I will take my loss and move on.
I won't own a GREY market OTC stock. Cmon, Bell Rock, post your financials, insider trading, and float history.
I want to stay invested, BellRock has to do its part though.
DXBRF = DixBarf
Boy what a disappointment.
A defunct brand name, a miserable equity and zero traction in an explosive market despite being one of the the first cannabis brands.......
DGTrader,
As a note of interest. If one has a Patent Pending issued then the IP is protected against infringement and when the Patent is issued it is legally defendable. Defensible.
Investopedia:
"Such a designation (Pat Pend.) serves as a means of notifying the public and other businesses or inventors–notably possible patent or trademark infringers—that they could be held liable for damages once a patent is issued."
So if the thing is Patentable then the IP is golden assuming there is not a work-around, that is, a way to do the same thing in another way which would also be Patentable.
Any lawyers owning here, here is a class action case for you.

Dixie / Bell Rock / whatever they call themselves
Complete trash. This stock is garbage, because the company is garbage. I was initially excited to be investing in this company, having seen and used their products for years. Well, that excitement has faded. I’m only in for what I can easily afford to lose but man, what a disappointment.
Reverse split eminent. Maybe after that there will be signs of life but that’s the only thing I expect this company to make good on since the whole name change and merger have been nothing but unspectacular debacles.
been here since 15' and just about seen it all...i can say without doubt this one takes the cake...if it was your birthday they would want to steal your cake and resell it for few pennies higher...after everything with this companies...some real losers at work here...high level shenanigans...!...slimly crooks similar to ithuf...
Today’s pr on 2020 and projected 2021 revenues listed them '' as on the CSE.

otc shows this at pink...surprised with that...after everything
Wonder how that’ll unfold. Thinking of getting out Monday...
30 to 1 RS on the way. :(
January 13, 2021 - BellRock Brands Confirms Previous 2020 Financial Guidance of Merged Companies; Issues 2021 Guidance
https://dixieelixirs.com/press-release-new/?id=122554
This stock is a powder keg!
Dixie is a significant MJ brand. The company started in CO and has expanded to multiple states over the past few years.
With upcoming legalization I don’t know how DXBRF hasn’t exploded. When the Safe Banking Act and/or More Act pass, Bell Rock will have access to traditional bank loans instead of dilution. THIS WILL BE MASSIVE.
Not that I know of.
I’ve seen plenty of modern MJ products; breath strips, liquids concentrates and such but I don’t know if any patches on the market. That sounds like something GW would develop so good on Bell Rock if they got that going
As of now, I dont think any other brands are doing these transdermal patches and wonder if the potential for patent infringement has been a deterrent for other companies to make their own. Please correct me if I'm wrong though. I think Mary's is a diamond waiting to be found.
Nice DD. Potential game changer indeed although I wonder if a patch is common usage or other disqualifying factors for a patent.
I posted links to their actual patents in my last post but here is the abstract from their patent pending
Abstract
The present invention includes a transdermal patch which contains a pharmaceutically effective amount of a cannabinoid for delivery of the cannabinoid to the bloodstream of a user. The patch may comprise the following components: a backing; and a skin-adhesive polymer matrix attached to one side of the backing, which includes a cannabinoid, a carrier agent, a terpene, and a permeation agent. The cannabinoid is capable of diffusing from the matrix in the transdermal patch into the bloodstream of the user, and may be used in methods for treating a patient suffering from a condition such as pain, nausea and emesis, convulsions, muscle spasm, inflammation, depression, and cachexia.
This shows they have a patent for some form of transdermal delivery - which could be powerful depending on how revolutionary it is. It does not suggest they own an exclusive patent for any and all transdermal patch delivery systems. Big difference. Is there information suggesting the latter? If so, that could indeed be big news.
Further digging we are patent pending on the patch! If this gets approved then it's over. https://patents.google.com/patent/US20200338041A1/en
https://patents.google.com/?inventor=Noel+Erwin+Palmer here are the three patents we have or are pending
From the December 8 PR:
Widely recognized for its innovative portfolio of delivery methods, Mary's suite of cannabis products includes transdermal gels, patches, and topicals. Founded in 2013, the company possesses a robust library of intellectual property including a U.S. patent for its acclaimed transdermal technology. Dixie, a pioneer in the development of infused cannabis products since 2010, has built a robust stable of products including beverages, gummies, mints, and taffies. Dixie is the #1 edibles brand in the dynamic Michigan market (Source: Leaflink MarketScape, November 2020). Together, the BellRock brands offer one of the largest spectrums of high-quality consumer packaged goods in the cannabis industry with 11 brands and over 200 SKUs.
If true, that’s a potential game changer
It’s one thing to be selling retail cannabis goods, something that will only increase as prohibition decreases but to hold a patent on transdermal delivery systems like a patch could be worth billions in licensing alone
Once people catch on to the fact that Mary's holds the patent on Transdermal technology, this is game over.
Advantages of transdermal cannabis patches
Patches have long been used by the pharmaceutical industry to deliver compounds, including nicotine, estrogen, testosterone, the high-blood pressure medication clonidine, and the heart drug nitroglycerine. The mechanism is always the same: the patch is applied to the skin and the drug seeps into the bloodstream.
The direct-to-bloodstream path offers several advantages over other forms of cannabis consumption. For starters, delivery of the active ingredients is slow and steady. “With inhaling,” Riggle said, “you get a high dose right away, which your body metabolizes quickly. There's instant stimulation of the endocannabinoid system [ECS]. With slower, prolonged delivery, you can get the endocannabinoid system to where it's functioning optimally.”
Secondly, patches don't have the toxic byproducts of consumption methods such as smoking or vaping.
Transdermal patches also offer a key benefit over oral methods of consumption — tinctures, edibles, or sublingual sprays, strips, or drops. Consuming cannabis orally is what's known in pharmacology as “first-pass metabolism.” That means the active ingredient passes through your digestive system and then your liver before it reaches its intended destination; in the case of cannabis products, that's the ECS. As a result of that first pass, potency is greatly reduced. “If you orally consume 10 milligrams of THC or CBD, roughly half of that will be metabolized during a first pass,” Riggle said. Transdermal patches sidestep that dilution.
One final advantage: better control. “You can find out what dose works best for you,” Riggle said, “and then get the same precise dose every time

Only a matter of time Dixie/Mary’s is in MedMen stores across the country
The Road to a Billion Dollar Brand
Over the past few year Canadian MJ stocks have soared from pennies to dollars. There are 2 scenarios for which I see this happening for DXBRF
1. Dems win the GA Senate seats and the MORE Act is voted into law.
2. Biden decriminalizes via Executive Order
Both scenarios remove cannabis from the absurd Schedule 1 status, thus paving the way for banks to loan money to US MJ companies. THIS WILL OPEN THE FLOOD GATES. These companies will no longer rely on dilution and can have access to traditional loans, payroll write-offs and the other financial instruments available to “legal” entities

I’m surprised to see this trading so thin
With so many other penny pot plays going up, most of which are total scams, I surprise DXBRF, which has several legit cannabis brand, is trading so thin

What is with the broken charts here on ihub? Are they having issues of just messing with us? It is not just here, there are many stocks that are ready to soar and the charts here do not give a price or volume
I agree! It will be interesting to see how this plays out
Rebranding won’t be easy. They have the multi-state supply chain but loose the brand recognition. Oddly enough the company still posts on IG under the Dixie label. Previously I did not associate Dixie negatively but better to disconnect from the name sooner than later.
The only thing I see as a possible hurdle is the renaming of dixie products. Recognition will not happen unless they do a big campaign to inform consumers
This is a nationally recognized cannabis brand. They have the licensing, the distribution, the name recognition and over a decade of market experience.
By all means this could and should easily become a billion dollar brand. Once the USA reschedules cannabis, the company can get funding from banks and institutions.
The lack of access to institutional monies is really the only thing holding this industry back. Once that logjam is remove, the money flow will pour in.
Hopefully when they release the combined financials for the two companies combined with the DEM taking over US in 2021 should start pushing this upward.
Ba ha ha! That remains to be seen :)
Are they going to drive this forward or continue to drive old Dixie down?
I feel better now that if I want I can trade them finally. I am going to stay here and see which way it turns. I like the way they used the down time to rebrand, that shows me they have an interest in having a real business. I am glad they are with other brands I have heard of, I will give them time to show their plan forward
Not sure which way this will go but BR Brands paid 43 million for Dixie and Dixie only makes up 20 percent of the new company.
I hope so Happy I don't have a good feeling about this one.
Thank you very much, so we just wait and wait some more. It will be worth it!
We wait for combined financials.
Anybody know what’s next? My account shows .35 cent purchase price and .05 current value and the chart shows in the .20’s
Canada exchange first, then the USA otc...read the PR
My brokerage is screwy, the chart shows .15 as the price and the ask at .30 meanwhile on my account page it shows the current value at .06 seems there is some confusion lol!

ETurd shows the DXBRF symbol but under the name Bellrock Brands (used to be Dixie). The share price was at .14, now showing .15 with 19000 shares traded?
I tried to enter an order for 15000 shares at .15 but it has not filled.
