If Total Revenue derived from sales of Mary's branded products for the nine months ended September 30, 2020 was $19,313,989,

and Total revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2020 for Dixie brand was $11,596,034,

Under the terms of the transaction, BR Brands will own 80% of the merged company and Dixie shareholders will possess the remaining 20%.

Since Dixie provided 40% of the revenue, of the new company, why didn't the Dixie Stock holders receive a 40% of the new company instead of only 20%?
