Yeah unfortunately you're right. That was the turning point for me as well. When they said no more than a 1:20 reverse split, and then suddenly it was 1:15,000, they lost all credibility. Once you put a statement out there like that, then go completely against your word, you've really damaged your reputation, likely beyond repair. The 1:15,000 reverse split indicated to me that they just didn't have the goods. I've seen it a lot in OTC land, which is why you have to be very careful not to gamble way over your head. Some play money sure, but always be sure you're socking away a lot in your retirement, house payments, etc. Those are the big things.

As you look back at the above press release, I quote you saying you will be current on all financials. I guess that's not the case. What happened? Ran out of investor money to hire the proper accountants and attorneys to make the filings.

2) Did you ever investigate why 380 million shares were traded a few days prior to you announcing the reverse split. Your wells notice from the SEC will tell us if you don't!

Greetings everyone.

Firstly, I have after nearly 10 years closed out my position with this company. I incurred a massive lost needless to say, this trend of loss was not limited to this last bit of activity including the RS which the new management executed.

However, let us all be very very clear on what happened here and where we now stand! The RS was far beyond what common shareholders authorized and even the most well endowed share count was obliterated on a value basis. The company as all companies has the ability, in the future, to right itself and become viable and legitimate... this is not the case right now though.

For future investors I feel it is my duty to remind you that long investors were wiped out when the insane RS was executed, in my case the PPS would have needed to be $300 for me to break even post-RS. This may turn out to be a viable investment for future buyers but right now it is wildly overvalued and based on their very recent highly questionable behavior and lack of financial performance I would exercise EXTREME caution.

We all take risks as investors especially by taking plays on individual securities and further still on OTC, but do your research and listen to long time investors when it can be traced to historical activity.

P.S. one silver lining is I will claim this loss of value from BYSD on next year's tax return.

Frankel & Hoffman issued multiple fake press releases lying about the companies future prospects and omitted important debt figures (jail).

This is not a play on crypto. This is a scam.

If they can't raise cash this company is done and so is the scam. If you don't wanna sell cause you've lost so much already just sit on the sidelines and watch this die.

By showing activity in this POS, you're helping Frankel get even richer. Quarterly's will be coming out in a few weeks and they will show minor revenue growth and major expense increases.

Did anyone listen to that god awful podcast Frankel was on? He's such a salesman! #1 trait of a sociopath.

Here are the facts:
1) Frankel bought BTC very early on.
2) One would presume either he has spent all the money and is now stealing from investors or he's so rich he's doing this for sport.

Problem wasn't the idea of a R/S. We were anticipating it. The problem is misleading to think it was a 20:1 in the quarterly reports and turning around changing it to 15,000:1 and wiping everyone out.

Personally, I am out the money. But honestly I hope they (Frankel & Hoffman) rot in hell. It will take them years to over come this screw fest. And every time it looks like it might rebound. Hurt investors such as me, will make it our duty to let all the new investors know what POS's run this company. Because as we all now realize, PHIL has a history of RS's (although this is the first of such magnitude); so I am sure they will do one again in the future.

Then back date the period you are looking for to yesterday. (Start Date)
Scroll down to BYSD and then click on "Datails" Icon for BYSD.
