First: Are you back to using BYSD without the additional "D"?

Click on the "Symbol/Name Changes" on the Finra Daily List.
Then back date the period you are looking for to yesterday. (Start Date)
Scroll down to BYSD and then click on "Datails" Icon for BYSD.
Scroll to the bottom and see the "Subj to CA Flag Removal"
