Well, if that's true, then he must be starving at this point. Because all this stock does is drop. If Frankel & Hoffman can only afford to eat if the price rises, then they must look like the Olsen twins circa 1998 right now.

Once you familiarize yourself with those you will see that this company is nothing but paper mache. Frankel & Hoffman are paying themselves fat salaries while Bayside is loaded with debt, and they lose big money every quarter. Then then do RS and next they will issue more shares and dilute everyone again.

Hi there, long time holder here.

I made a complaint against BYSD with the SEC back when they were still into the petroleum game and targeting 2nd/3rd attempts on wells... they told me that the SEC does not regulate the vast majority of securities traded on OTC.

Someone fact check me if I am wrong but I legitimately spoke to a SEC investigator on the phone and I was told they would not investigate for OTC markets.

But I knew the risk when I invested in this POS, thankfully not my only investment nor should it be. I have only kept this one because it had no value to sell, now I am considering selling so I don't get slammed with another R/S fee.

In the end... it has been a learning experience getting into some investments on OTC but in all honesty I have made over 90% of my gain from value plays or dividends on the big exchanges and I have never had substantial funds to invest, just modest activity here.

Take it with a grain of salt, learn a lesson here if you need to in OTC... its like the wild west and you need to accept that and know that you should not expect or rely on oversight from bodies such as the SEC.

Just dabble and invest smart, there have been so many red flags here that were obvious to anyone with half a brain but we chose to ignore it hoping for a home run... securities need to walk the walk or they do not deserve your hard earned cash.

Now that the Ticker is different I cant seem to locate any SEC filings. the ticker doesnt change the company name yet the SEC filings disappeared from my views. There were not additional shares issued and diluative right? Im trying to price the market cap here and coming up with under 100k

At .43 and its current outstanding shares I put that market cap at around 60k vs the 1.5 billion etrade tells me. I think the assets they own are worth more then 60k and they seem to be heading in the right direction so this is a big discount from before the split

I think that % of increase is a little deceiving. There's only 1,487 shares on the buy side, @ an average of about .0765
That's really a small amount of money. I think when existing shareholders have their shares unlocked, then we'll see what's what?

Just checking, you know that you can call your broker and and pay them the trading fee to make those last shares go away?
You just can't make a trade like that small, less than the trading fee, yourself. Then take the right-off to offset taxes you might owe on gains.

I just noticed the action today after being stuck for 5 years with this junk. My holdings are now worth 9 cents total. It is so bad TD Ameritrade says I owe them 33.70 not sure how that is possible. I kept this so long my stock broker Scott Trade sold my stock to a new company because my holdings sucked so bad. I guess I can never sell this.

As I look further into this Rockwell had to force a 15-1. Prior to RS Rockwell was owed 2.38 billion shares = $238,000. After RS was initiated Rockwell lost $168,000. They still own $70,000 worth of stock.

They are still owed $373,000 + 25% which equals $466,000. Now $466,000 at $0.31 equals 144,500. They are owed 144,500 shares!!!

There is so much room for dilution here and that doesn't even account for how they will pay the note payable for $500,000.

I agree with most of that, just finding the Silver Lining. But that last part, one thing we know about this ticker SO FAR, they have not been dumping shares. If I remember right, they did some at one time last year, I assume to be able to pay for the 24 machines they argreed to order, but they did not keep doing it.
While I'm not in at the moment, I do stand up for them as far as NOT being a dilution machine thus far. But, I do realize it's not comforting that they kept the AS count the same.

Yes, but as a matter of perspective, we had lost most of our investment when the stock was trading .0001 pre-split. At .33 per share post-split what little value we had has been reduced by another staggering 78% in days. Authorized Shares are still 9 billion and I see no intention for the company to discontinue dilution..
