The CEO of a publicly traded company was arrested in a securities fraud scheme last week on charges of securities fraud related to a scheme to defraud investors.
According to court documents the fraudulent actions took place between October 2019 and June 2021. Investigations take time and move slowly, but move they do. Thanks to Jake providing more than enough evidence of his fraudulent activities this one may move a bit quicker.
What does a real securities attorney have to say on all of this?
CEO will keep us updated. Might take a year, hopefully sooner. Share reductions, court filings, etc. All takes time. Whether he goes SEC Reporting or Alternate Reporting, all takes time.

Here he goes inferring share cancellations that matter to retail in posts below, when in reality there are no real meaningful common cancellations because you'll be offloading $6m per year, $1m per year, and whatever expenses you have into the market as commons. Crushing any gains retail things they can get.

Jake publicly denied multiple times as to knowing who was behind the dumping of shares. Jake even going as far as to blame "tick flippers" only to have it be revealed in his own company filings that it was actually he himself responsible for the dumping of shares the whole time. Stone cold liar and a thief.
Even had the gall to try and spin it in one of his many self incriminating posts as an"opportunity" framing it as if he was somehow doing shareholders a favor by giving them the "opportunity" to average down and went on to dump yet another massive load of shares. Jake is a bad seed. Jake only cares about Jake. Fiduciary duty to shareholders is non existent, beyond broken. With Jake there's no fiduciary duty to shareholders there's douche-iary duty which he unfortunately excels at in spades
Also, don't forget that the need for the insane RS was the fact he personally was dumping billions of shares on the market and was hitting T1. He did a RS so he could start it all up again and keep dumping. he basically confessed to it in the last filing, showing that he converted >$300M in stock week(s) after the RS and pumping a 6k OS. He's a lying scammer clown.
He wonders if anyone can do a better job than him, when in fact, doing nothing is a better outcome for shareholders than him coming in. Literally no one doing a thing is better than anything he has ever done for shareholders of any company.
Having trouble finding and securing a stable custodian and execution firm related to the 3(a) (10) arrangement. Can't imagine why that would be. Jake likes to hang his hat on the 3(a) (10) being court approved or "legal" however the misuse or abuse of one is most certainly not. Guns are legal but if you misuse them it can get you in a heap of trouble. Just because something is legal doesn't mean there won't or shouldn't be consequences if it's misused or used irresponsibly causing harm to others.
Yeah, it's pretty hilarious he calls dumping millions of dollars of shares into the market (and still doing it) a "bad decision." Pretty easy, just stop. His solution to it being hard to dump illegal shares into the market is to get more shells and do it more... but this time be the broker dealer 😂

Running penny stock and other hustles while talking about building something through hard work and dedication is laughable. Clean up others messes? Everyone who chases success will always have detractors!! It comes with the game!! No they will never attempt to do what you're doing because they are incapable of doing so!! He will sell those common shares and $6m per year more + expenses on the open market. Read the default judgement and look at SONG. He kept dumping shares till it bottomed at .0001, did the biggest RS Ive ever seen, then started dumping again. He can't lose, free $6m in shares and all expenses paid by you.
CEO bought COMMON SHARES. It's clearly obvious that Jake bought 100s of millions of common shares. He also said he did and the chart shows exactly what time and volume of when. This is going to pump bigtime, whether you like it or not. It's logic and reasoning (common sense).
