How do you suppose this kid will go about obtaining the $6 mil he's seeking? Promises of no RS, buyback, share reductions only to turn around gag the TA, dump massive amounts of shares then went on to implement a massive RS. He encouraged investors to average down, stating shares post split would be around 6,000 yet they have already been ballooned to over 20 million. He tells everyone what they want to hear while doing the exact opposite. He is a pathological liar that's not to be trusted, his track record over the past decade speaks to this

Lies. Immediately after the RS Jake converted 20M of shares worth $300m+ at the time, a 99.9% increase to the OS. The RS was to allow Jake to sells shares into the market. If the goal was a low # of shares, Jake wouldn't have immediately ballooned the OS with free trading shares from an illegal 3a10 and start selling shares into the market. There is a reason Jake gagged the TA, so no one could see what he's selling.

This sort of pathological lying doesnt impress anyone.

I have no intention of conducting a reverse stock split (R/S). The only reason SONG previously executed a reverse split was based on advice from multiple firms and consultants, all of whom claimed that doing so would enable the company to retain a firm for the buyback program and facilitate easier handling of shares. However, that advice proved to be misleading. As for future plans, I do not intend to pursue another reverse stock split, nor am I considering a NASDAQ listing at this time. Instead, I plan to wait for the Dream Exchange to gain approval and uplist there once the company’s operations are fully streamlined and we have an actual operating business in place

Agree it was much easier before the SEC changes in 2021. Good to have you here. I have been doing OTC shells for over 20 years, the most profitable play in any market IMO. If SS is reasonable under 3 bil most hit at least .01. If a real company they can really run. GLTU.

It's easy to play these. Definitely get in early. Sell enough at profit to cover your initial investment and hold a few for a grand slam run. Been doing this for a decade. It was easier pre-2021 but stocks still set up for huge runs such as this one 🚀
