Having trouble finding and securing a stable custodian and execution firm related to the 3(a) (10) arrangement. Can't imagine why that would be. Jake likes to hang his hat on the 3(a) (10) being court approved or "legal" however the misuse or abuse of one is most certainly not. Guns are legal but if you misuse them it can get you in a heap of trouble. Just because something is legal doesn't mean there won't or shouldn't be consequences if it's misused or used irresponsibly causing harm to others.
