CarForce1 Starts Hosting Pro Auto Group Auctions and Begins Talking to Boat Dealers in the Area
Monday April 10, 10:54 am ET
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 10, 2006--CarForce1 (Pink Sheets:AUML - News) is pleased to announce the hosting of Pro Auto Group Auctions. Pro Auto Group is a wholesale Auto Group selling over 1,000 vehicles monthly, primarily to the automotive trade. Pro Auto Group has on site and in stock over 500 vehicles supplying many area franchised dealerships with inventory for retail sale to the public. CarForce1 has also started talking to boat dealers in the Oklahoma and Texas area about hosting auctions for the coming season. "Currently, there are only around 1,500 -- 2,000 boat auctions going at any one time on eBay. We are looking to help increase those numbers by showing boat dealers the importance of eBay as an advertising medium for their product," says Jim Womack, CEO, CarForce1.

"CarForce1 has begun hosting links to other vendors eBay auctions as well as the ones that we are directly involved in posting," says Jim Womack CEO of CarForce1. Mr. Womack was also happy to add, "This will be another source of revenue for our young and prosperous company. CarForce1 Will Begin Internet Remarketing Program for Repos and Lease Returns of Major Credit Unions and Banks Across the U.S.
Wednesday March 29, 8:00 am ET
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 2006--Carforce1 (Pink Sheets: AUML - News) announced this morning the company would begin listing repossessed vehicles and lease-returns for various credit unions and Major banks across the U.S. More credit unions are tapping into the Internet's potential. Anecdotal evidence suggests more than 10% of credit unions are using Internet vehicle remarketing of some kind, including eBay Motors or simply posting vehicles for sale on their website. Evidence also suggests that recaptured revenue can be substantial, including shortened remarketing cycles, higher sale prices and, in some cases, new loan revenue--often at equal or lower costs than traditional remarketing channels.

Automotive manufacturers are also using the Internet to remarket lease-returns. In 2002 General Motors (NYSE:GM - News) launched GM SmartAuction, and last year celebrated one million vehicles sold. Even the nation's two largest private auction wholesalers, Manheim and Adesa, have launched Internet-based auctions for remarketing vehicles direct to dealers. In fact, Manheim recently announced it was developing an Internet remarketing platform especially for the nation's premier banks to sell repos and lease-returns directly to participating auto dealers anywhere in the nation.

End of year party going to start?
We'll see.
Good luck.
I've been watching this baby. Is it generating any kind
of revenue. And how many shares are outstanding now?
I see your point, remember I'm not "trading" this stock, I'm and "investor" in this stock.
But thanks, and remember it could open up at .50 cents bid you just never know.
But this is only my opinion, and I will not be posting anymore until after Christmas time (as related to ctkh)
cheers.
What exactly are we looking for in this stock? A lot of promise but no solid delivery...The sizzle has certainly turned cold.
Ok, November is near.
Hope you aren't asleep.
Watch your charts closely.
Calm down, lets see what happens come November.
Just read your charts, you will sleep better.
Check out Investors Business Daily,
it has a good article on web auction sites. AUML not mentioned but my feeling is competition is good and the company stategy may work as others are getting involved.
Connected to Ebay, FedEx and the world of tag sales, pawn shops and household junk will grow and grow.
Consolidation probably will occur and that isn't bad either.
Just my opinion, good luck,
oz
That's what I was wondering.
Hopefully they'll move forward with the openings.

PR should be coming out this week or next. could cause another brief runup. this is still a start up company, that is just beginning to do business.
Any reason that this stock is going to move or is time to consolidate for the near future after the forward split? Or is there something coming that everyone is expecting that I cannot find doing my dd? Thanks
Re: auction running on ebay...
That's right. But first of all, to be fair, I'm not sure you'd find all the other franchisers' names if you search for them in ebay trading assistants. It may be they just list the names of individual trading assistants, and companies such as AUML are called "trading posts".
Here's a general article about them:
www.auctionbytes.com/cab/abn/y04/m01/i28/s01
And here's yet another franchiser, PostNet, announcing its intent to expand from to 100 drop-off storefronts:
www.dmnews.com/cgi-bin/artprevbot.cgi?article_id=30016
Again, this is not to "bash" AUML, just be be as clear as possible about it, and to help newbies understand and be careful of its volatility. Can you imagine how many might have paniced & sold last week when it plunged from high of $1.15 down to what, 35 cents? Then charged up to $1.00 on what, the announcement of a higher target price? For somethat that's produced nothing yet?
For sure, that's the way OTC trading works. Let's just be wise about it.
AUML does not even have an auction running on ebay? what giveS?
Re: rpt - "I'm not the least bit concerned..."
Sure.
I probably wasn't clear enough. It's not simply that AUML isn't original, it's that
- they have lots of competition in most localities, also offering franchises, and already in operation. Even if their execution is better than most or all, the winner won't necessarily be the cleverest or best. Remember Betamax vs. VHS.
- the first thing they did was issue stock. There are so many OTC companies like this it's not funny. And they chose the least regulated OTC, the pink sheets. It's a formula for taking your money. You don't know who owns the stock, who's buying & selling for whom, etc.
Again, these are warning flags, not indictments of AUML.
I'm not the least bit concerned about
the fact that AUML's game plan isn't an original idea....As a matter of fact, my hat's off to the management for not wasting their time and money to try and reinvent the "wheel".
Some of the largest companies and biggest fortunes in this country have been done so by those who took an original idea..put it in place and improved on it....Look at the automotive, railroads and especially the airline industries...as to taking an idea and improving on it.
Some of the wealthy people I know , did so by following a successful idea and putting it in place...especially in real estate and land development.
AUML's game plan may be a copy...but the potential for growth is limited only by managements imagination.
rpt
Good advice johnabdl,
I'm hoping they're legit. I like the whole idea.
Ebay relationship, FedEx connection, franchise growth.
Good luck,
oz
bluestrato...
You might want take out your original investment.
Whether or not you do, why not set a stop loss so if it tanks while you're not watching, you won't lose much of your gains.
did you read my post,
http://investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=3790548
I don't know what makes them unique either, might be totally legit, might not, just don't know.
This week's huge decline, and almost equal rise perhaps means most of the stock is held by MMs.
I've enjoyed tremendous gains (bought at 0.29 and 0.45 pre split) and I, naively, thought they had an original idea. Perhaps I'll take some money off the table and research what makes them so unique? Any thoughts from anyone?

Not at all, I made a bit of change.
But for the reasons cited, it's kind of risky, especially for newbies, of whom there are a couple here.
To call caution bashing is just inaccurate.
That's all.
