Auction Mills Named PowerSeller by eBay

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 21, 2004--Auction Mills, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AUML - News) has now been reclassified as a PowerSeller by eBay. PowerSeller status includes a number of benefits available to Auction Mills, one of the most beneficial being a generous Co-op Advertising Program partnership offered by e-Bay. This is a program that future franchisees will also be able to take advantage of after the first three months of operation when eBay's productivity criteria is met.
Auction Mills has two company owned stores in operation. Its McKinney, Texas store has been open since September 2004. The Elm Street store in Dallas opened in November 2004.
The UFOC is expected to be completed in January 2005. Plans are to initially file in Texas, California and Florida.
