I believe in due time we will start hearing something from the company. I would imagine around the July timeframe. Anviron's year end closes out in June. Something tells me we are still a few months away from this being resolved. If this was a scam or shell company as some put, then it would have closed by now. Hang in there! I may be looking to add more to the portfolio, if it drops more.

LOL the bi-montly list is a list of reported short positons by brokers on settlement day. It is not a FTD list righty.

What is your point exactly? Yu were 100% wrong in your remarks on multiple boards that stated the bi-montly numbers were reg SHO numbers which they are not.

Equity short interest list represents reported short positions on settlement day which is the 15th. Then the last day of the month which is the date a short position could settle and still be inclusive of that months numbers.

The SHO list is a threshold list for aggregate FTD's. When FTD's exceed 1.5% of their O/S they are placed on the list and tracked until the security dips below the 1.5% threshold.

righty you are way off base here. The bi-monthly OTCBB Equity short interest list is not a "fails list". It is compiled bi-monthly and it is a list of all reported short positions by brokers. It is not a fails list.

The "fails list" is the Reg SHO list which represents failed, or unsettled trades.

The equity short interest list on the OTCBB site is simply the number of shares held short by the brokers on settlement day.

Certainly you can make an argument on any given day that the short position is higher or lower but the fact remains that the equity short list represents the aggregate number of shares held short on settlement day.

Righty is likely correct that he recalled me throwing the figure around . See i did my own calculation of roughly 23 shares of anvh to get one share of nuec. Before I received my shares i estimated it by dividing my estimate of O/S that i was tracking by the 25 million stock divy they announced. Lastly confirmed the estimate was very close when i received my nuec shares. Could it be wrong, maybe, but thats the exchange ratio i got.

I found this from one of your old messages on the NUEC website.

At .25/nuec share and one for 23, it's roughly a .01 anvh exchange price.

Why was that so difficult to say ?

I have asked this forum as well as you a direct question several times as it is a simple question.

You don't wish to answer the question, your call. (But, at no time have I ever said you were promoting the NUEC stock).

But that information should be on this forum or the NUEC forum and I can't find it, maybe because I can no longer do a text search as all I now have is a free membership.

That info should still be available as the failed proposed second attempt to do a makeup dividend from ANVH to make up for the first cancelled dividend.

If you are implying the new stock dividend to holders of Anviron stock as of a date of last June was the sole entitlement to that cancelled dividend, then no it was not as Steve Young had proposed a make up dividend that of course never materialized.

The first dividend, even if it was to be made up, should have been to holders of record when the ANVH stock went ex-div on 12/29/2008 and that dividend should have been made up and the DTC Global Lock might have been lifted.

To intentionally cheat them out of a dividend and only give one to holders of the stock many months later that did not have their stock held by others against the shareholders will is also a scam and I have no need to tell the company how I feel as their insiders already know how I do feel about this.

To paraphrase another, I don't have to own any stock in this new company to warn others it is also a scam as there has been NO PROOF that any products have ever existed.

Just because they say they willingly report as they are still just a pink, doesn't mean they have ever said one word of truth to this date, does it ?

Why would I need to call the company seeking the truth that I do not expect they have the capacity to tell ?

papacoco doesn't answer me as I think he is upset I was not happy with him as he still owns the stock in ANVH as I am sure he will lose his now very limited investment in it rather than having sold his stock to get into something better.

So why did they refuse to pay that old .001 dividend when they said it was fully funded by them and for several weeks they never wrote the money was not from them in the first place ?

It seems the ANVH stock still trades, but is there still a company to back the stock up ? It still shows up on my screen, but not the company on the Internet anymore.

Was that stock certificate for stock in NUEC in addition to the ANVH stock you guys had as of last June or was it some kind of swap ?

The NUEC certificate does not come from your brokerage, but from the transfer agency of NUEC. Call them, and it is not the same one that ANVH has.

For all you know the unfortunate people that still have their stock stuck in brokerages that go along with that Global Lock may never get their stock back and the Company may not recognize those shares any longer as it seems they are doing nothing to get out of it.

The above is my own opine.

But better for you to do your own calling to that transfer agency about this.
