The NUEC certificate does not come from your brokerage, but from the transfer agency of NUEC. Call them, and it is not the same one that ANVH has.

For all you know the unfortunate people that still have their stock stuck in brokerages that go along with that Global Lock may never get their stock back and the Company may not recognize those shares any longer as it seems they are doing nothing to get out of it.

The above is my own opine.

But better for you to do your own calling to that transfer agency about this.
