Aclor's site is back up but not all pages work. Called and got an answer. Chinese lady who spoke little English. Said she was the only one there and to call back.

Called the Aclor corp office today - no answer. So, I checked their website - not available. Odd that a viable business would not answer their phone, nor have an active website.

Any thoughts? Might Byran Scott have scammed this from the start when he took Metiscan, dismantled it and then flipped an old MRI Management company to a shady paper company???

Does Dylan from StockOrange have any idea where this scam artist might be?

Anyone have ideas regarding this company and the transfer / stock split transactions? It's now over four months and not a peep. Should we be contacting the SEC? The possibility that this was a scam seems to be more of a possibility.

In order for your bid to show up electronically you need to have 5,000 shares under a certain price. I thought it was .50 and below. Ask your broker. The market maker may not see your bid either which is why 150 shares sold at .10.

MITZD as changed to MITZ. There hasn't been any interest in the stock since the 1/2000 reverse split. Penny stock traders usually don't trade $8.00 stocks. Until news comes out we just wait.

If we get good news this week I expect a breakout. There are less than four million o/s and the float could dry up in the first few trades. Aclor is a sleeping giant. .004 post split would be $8 per share. It looks like the stock is trading correctly now. We need buyers. If you build it they will come. Walmart, Walgreens up listing, financials and more and we could see $16 to $25 a share.

The market needs several things from Aclor. First it needs 4th quarter financials and 2011 audited financials. This would give the market three years of audited financials. Investors need news on new accounts and news on how Aclor plans to grow its' business going forward.
