Shang-Chai Kung who is on the board of directors is the father of Chi-Cheng (Curtis) Gung, one of the defendants in the criminal indictment of the predecessor entity, Apego.

Chung-Hsin Wu (Forth Wu) who is also on the board of directors is also named in the same criminal indictment.
