Goals and Expectations for 2012
We are looking forward to our future plans as we head into 2012. Some of our goals include the
following:
• Approval of our Name Change and Reverse Split by FINRA.
• Approval of our Registration Statement on Form 10 by the SEC.
• Uplisting to the OTCBB public marketplace.
• Organic Growth in new customer retention domestically and internationally.
• Growth through acquisition of like manufacturers.
• Exploration of new business opportunities and markets.

IMO News is forthcoming. There were shares offered today at $3.60. I have a few shares offered at $16 to $19.
