To funny. I found you back at post 67284 on 12/03/14 and was looking back from there to see if I could find a pps in an earlier post. That is when your ihub new post reminder chimed in. It's what happens with age and have way too much spare time on your hands. I'll drop my quest now.
lol that is exactly what I did, but as you mentioned, it is not something to use for legal backup. All the sites I know of that give historical data only do it for stocks that are still listed. I don't think there is a site that has delisted stock history. Kicking myself for throwing out some old confirmations that were pre 2011 (when brokers began having to record cost basis). Thanks.
Have no idea other than using this board and going back, and back reviewing posts looking for quotes, but still probably would not end up with a legal source.
Good luck.
Anyone know how to get historical price quotes on this stock - need it for tax purposes. Thanks.
(IN PART)The Nicaragua canal and similar large-scale infrastructure projects in Ecuador and Venezuela, for instance, raise serious concerns about the extent and motive behind China’s permeation in the Western Hemisphere. These concerns are increasingly relevant as China continues to promote ever-larger investments in the Americas.

Wolf Administration Celebrates Cleanup of Contaminated Site and Construction of New Senior Housing Facility
Lock Haven, PA – The Wolf Administration today celebrated the opening of Lock Haven Court, a new senior housing made possible by the cleanup efforts of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).
DEP North-central Regional Director Marcus Kohl and staff joined the Northern Cambria Community Development Corporation (NCCDC), developer of the Lock Haven Court facility, to highlight the new facility at a ribbon cutting ceremony.
“The remediation of this site is a good example of how DEP can use the tools available to us to protect the citizens of the commonwealth and the environment, while returning contaminated properties to productive use,” said Randy Farmerie, Program Manager for Environmental Cleanup and Brownfields in the DEP North-central Regional Office.
Supported through DEP’s Hazardous Sites Cleanup Act (HSCA) funds the new Lock Haven Court apartment building provides 11 units of safe, affordable housing for low-income seniors, replacing an existing building that was built over soils with elevated levels of radiation. DEP plans to demolish the former Lock Haven Court apartment building and remediate the underlying contaminated soil by Summer 2018.
The site is contaminated with a radioactive element, radium-226, used by the former Karnish Instruments company as a component of glow-in-the-dark paint used to illuminate aircraft instruments. Karnish Instruments operated on the site from the 1950s through the 1970s.
“The completion of this building allows us to move on to the final step of a long clean up that will erase the environmental legacy of Karnish Instruments,” said Kohl. “It’s a big win for the environment and a big win for the residents of Lock Haven Court.”
The Lock Haven Court site will be the fifth and final parcel of land associated with the former Karnish site that has been remediated through HSCA. HSCA provides DEP with the funding and the authority to conduct cleanup actions at sites where hazardous substances have been released and no viable responsible party exists to conduct the cleanup.
“It is a great pleasure to see the tenants move into their new, safe, beautiful homes,” said Cheryl Sinclair, Environmental Group Manager for Environmental Cleanup and Brownfields in the DEP North-central Regional Office, who served as project lead for DEP. “This is what we’ve worked so hard to achieve; the moment when we could say ‘welcome home.’”

Nicaragua is a small country that was praised for eventually signing the Paris climate agreement in October, but has since been criticised for pushing ahead with a planned interoceanic canal, with its uncertain environmental effects. So how does it reconcile these apparently conflicting positions?

The end of the Nicaragua Canal?
?in International Shipping News ?25/11/2017
With the surge in China-Panama relations following Panama’s break with Taiwan, it would appear that the vision of the Nicaragua Canal becomes shipwrecked.
From a pure business perspective the Nicaragua Canal have always appeared non-feasible. Hence the only logical main driving force would have been political motivation from the Chinese. And given China’s direction, especially under the Belt and Road Initiative, such motivation should clearly not be underestimated.
However, with the strengthened China-Panama relations, and a rush to invest in infrastructure in Panama, is appears logical that the Nicaragua Canal could very well be off the table.

Just looking in occasionally and left my Nicaraugra news triggers in place. Foolishly went practically all in with ACDU when approaching a point where I was going to totally stop pennies. So left hanging out to dry holding over a million and a half shares does sorta handcuff me to maintaining some interest. Also developed an interest in Nica events, progress, foreign involvement.

Grupo Accredited RAC,S.A.
Accredited Business Consolidators Corp. to Form Central American Vehicle Rental Franchise |
DOYLESTOWN, Pa., April 23, 2010 The Company directed its attorneys to form a Nicaraguan, Costa Rican, and Panamanian corporation known as Grupo Accredited RAC, S.A. Concurrently, a corporation in Pennsylvania will be formed to hold the shares of the foreign enterprises. The Company believes the Pennsylvania holding corporation will be completed in ten days and the foreign corporations within four to six weeks. The first office will be in Managua. "We have preliminary agreements in place with several hotels to offer affordable car rentals to their guests with no hidden charges," said Denis Soto, who will be named Vice President of Accredited RAC.In Central America, car rental companies advertise low car rates while deceptively forcing clients to purchase insurance products that are not needed. "Every car rental company in Central America charges their client $12.00 per day for something called Additional Liability Insurance while the rental company maintains the absolute minimum amount of insurance required by law and pays less than $100.00 per car in annual liability insurance costs," Soto explained. "We'll be upfront and honest, yet we'll provide a fair commission to travel agents and hotels. We believe the word will spread quickly," Soto added The Company presently has an arrangement to lease a beginning fleet of 35 in Nicaragua. In addition, My Pleasure Ltd. will be providing funding to purchase diesel generators, trailers, and other equipment that can be leased. "We'll rent more than cars," Soto said. The company undertakes no obligation to update such statements to reflect subsequent events or circumstances. Results could differ materially from anticipated results. The company liquidated all of its Capital Trust shares on March 29 and March 30, 2010, and realized approximately $72,000.00 in cash. The Company realizes that it may have been able to sell the shares sometime in the future without taking a loss and could possibly have achieved a profit due to the sporadic trading of the Capital Trust shares on the open market. Nevertheless, the Company made the choice to liquidate the shares immediately without regard to the potential for a slight profit.

Accredited Business Consolidators Corp. Joins Calichi Sino Inc. Alliance to Offer Green Construction Products | |
DOYLESTOWN, Pa., April 26, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Accredited Business Consolidators Corp., (Pink Sheets:ACDU), previously announced that its subsidiary, Envirocare Corp., was working on a business venture to sell environmentally friendly cementitious products that contain reduced Portland cement. ACDU negotiated with multiple entities that offer green cementitious products. After a complete review, the Company determined that it would join an alliance between various professionals. The alliance formed a company, Calichi Sino Inc., to move forward with bringing green construction materials to market. ACDU will not hold a control position in the new entity; rather, it will directly and indirectly own about 20% of the alliance. However, the scope of the alliance will be much broader than a green concrete plant in Nicaragua. Rather, CSI already began negotiations for multiple projects. More importantly, the other members of the alliance include the creators of a green cement known as Zeobond. Zeobond's product, which is being produced and used in Australia, will be the starting point for CSI's offering. Additional members of the alliance include the founders of Harricrete Ltd. of Trinidad & Tobago, West Indies. Harricrete has extensive experience bringing cementitious products to market. Other participants in the alliance will be announced in the future as agreements are secured. Over the next month, ACDU and the other alliance members of CSI will continue the process of finishing the exact share structure of the new entity. Thereafter, it will create a registration statement for CSI. CSI's Central Index Key number with the Securities and Exchange Commission is 0001489668. Shareholders are invited to review filings with the CIK code when they are released to be informed of further details. ACDU believes its participation in CSI is an extraordinary opportunity as the alliance members are reputable and able to bring environmentally friendly building supplies to market. As stated, the alliance members are already offering green solutions to the construction industry and CSI will enhance the success of the numerous opportunities that will be presented through this venture The Calichi Sino Inc. logo is available at http://www.globenewswire.com/newsroom/prs/?pkgid=7382

DOYLESTOWN, Pa., June 14, 2010
The Company continues to restructure its Richwood Eco Ventures Inc. subsidiary. Acting President Gertzen Perez finished his term and assisted the Company make various contacts with third parties for potential joint ventures. Andy William will assume the role of Acting President until the Company can name a permanent successor. The Company is focusing on finding a partner that will be able to make use of the equipment we own. Several prospective business arrangements are being discussed with multiple parties that have existing wood processing or timber export businesses. Accredited Suppliers Corp. continues to operate its business at a profit; however, the operation remains small with only one vehicle on the road and a total of four agents. ASC is relying on moving forward with its registration statement so that it can raise additional capital and replicate its present operation on a larger scale. ASC streamlined its accounting procedures so that documents are provided in a timely manner to our bookkeepers. Presently, our Nicaraguan accountant is working on the financial reports from inception for this subsidiary. The Company expects the documents for Accredited RAC, the rental agency subsidiary, to be accepted this week by the Pennsylvania Secretary of State. The Company retained Attorney Harold Montiel from Managua, Nicaragua, to form the Nicaraguan entity. The Company understands that Costa Rican retail shop, Marilyn Boutique, will expand to Spain with its second retail shop before the end of the year. The Company agreed to assist the Costa Rican company which it owns 25% of. The Company believes that expansion in Europe, where there is an additional premium on unique culture-based clothing, will create substantial growth. The Company received a report from the executives of Soluciones Faciles, S.A., the Costa Rican enterprise that we own 25% of. The report indicates that during the experimental stage of the Company, it was able to receive a return of over 30% per annum on its loans - even factoring in defaults and costs. As a result, Soluciones Faciles S.A. must seriously consider whether it will create a vehicle to raise capital from direct investors to fund additional loans and expand to several offices or whether it should continue to grow using house capital. |
