OMG $0.56?? My God that is astronomical!!!! Very conservative, I was thinking along the lines of $1.25, but I'll take it. Sounds good to me. I am sure the real price will reflect by January, 2018.

I am banking on this one, hoping the value increases by then given the rapid pace of acquisitions they have been on lately.

Stervc, Eltron Research has quite an impressive list of R & D U.S. Patents issued for a private company.

http://www.eltronresearch.com/company.html

Yesterday's PR indicated that BLDV will officially represent Eltron in Israel and there will be a cross utilization/selling of technologies.

Also, Cannabis Clean, a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of BLDV, will be moving into Eltron's facility in Boulder, CO and BLDV will be following them in July. I find this interesting.

Source: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BLDV/news/Blue-Diamond-Ventures-Inc--announces-Strategic-Partnership?id=160232&b=y

I could be wrong but I am starting to think these information items could lend credibility to the possibility of an R/M of Eltron Research into BLDV in addition to AMS.

This possibility would be positive to say the least.

BLDV + Israel + Global Market for Cannabis: What we know so far

1. Facebook - 3/20/17: BLDV discloses that Joshua B. Alper, CEO of Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. is attending the 2017 CannaTech event on March 20 - 22, 2017

CannaTech is an annual event hosted in Israel, the heartland of innovation. CannaTech is designed to bring together the world’s most dynamic cannabis professionals for a rare chance to network, kick around conventional thinking about medical cannabis.

CannaTech showcases the full spectrum of global industry leaders, spanning the fields of science, research, finance, medicine, government policy, tech innovation, agriculture & entrepreneurship, at one outstanding event with a singular focus on cannabis and all the opportunity that surrounds it.

- Note the key highlights and how they are trying to describe the caliber of this event and in turn BLDV's intentions of attending the event
Here are the highlights from Cannatech 2017:

2. 4/26/17 PR and 5/3/17 Facebook: BLDV discloses that Jonathan Alper, Manager of Blue Diamond Consulting LLC and Principle of Alper & Associates Consulting, is traveling to Israel on Thursday, May 5th as an official representative of BLDV.

Mr. Alper will be meeting with government officials, and current & prospective clients to fully understand the logistics of importing/exporting cannabis products to and from Israel.

“I have done business in Israel for over 40 years,” said Alper “Regulatory Compliance is key, we will now start to coordinate our efforts with Health Canada, and the Israeli Health Ministries, Cannabis Unit

- Notice how: i) There is explicit disclosure of the purpose of Jonathan's trip to Israel and how it relates to importing/exporting.

ii) The disclosure is not to discuss possibilities, but to discuss logistics and starting coordination thereby possibly indicating at how far they could be in the process

iii) There is explicit disclosure that Jonathan is travelling to Israel as an official representative. Official representatives are normally authorized to transact and engage in on behalf of who they represent, i.e. BLDV:

3. 4/26/17 PR and 5/3/17 Facebook: BLDV discloses that on May 28th, 2017, Joshua B. Alper CEO of Blue Diamond will be returning to Israel to conduct the next round of meetings on the Technology & Science side.

“We have the MJ Daily on May 16th, the LIFT Show in Toronto May 26th, and then back to Israel on May 28th, “says Josh “The timing could not be better

- Note the timing of the trips from #2 to #3 and then how it falls after the Lift Show. Also, the post explicitly states that it is the next round of meetings. I think this is another possible indication of how far they could possibly be in the process.

4. 4/20/17 PR announces - Key excerpts are: i) BLDV has entered into a Joint Development Agreement with Alternative Medical Solutions Inc., to import & export Targeted Medicinal Cannabis Products and Advanced Cannabis Technologies, to and from Canada.

- I do not think BLDV and AMS would enter into a JV if they were not possibly sure of the road they are taking with each and into other countries

ii) The recent CannaTech Conference in Israel provided the forum to secure the initial agreements required to pursue this effort

- Further to 4.i above, I think BLDV could be telling us that they have agreements in Israel to support/demand the other side of the JV with AMS

iii) This new effort will ensure that AMS, when licensed, will be a Global Project, with their products being available worldwide and with access to the ingredients and technology that will continue to make AMS a leader in the Canadian market."

- Further to 4.ii above, I think BLDV could be telling us that they will equip AMS with the necessary ingredients and technologies (hint: Israel) to become a player in the Global and Canadian market, thereby solidifying the need of both AMS and Israel Cannabis for each other

iv) "We are excited to launch this effort with BLDV," said Joseph Groleau, VP Business Development for AMS. "With the specialized products and technologies coming into Canada from Israel, and access to global markets with our finished products, we see this as a separate profit center that could even outgrow our efforts in cultivation."

- Further to 4.iii above, I think AMS could be trying to highlight the significance of the JV and how their ability to access and export global markets might be bigger than cultivation

v) Canada will be the home to the new joint venture, and the first market focus will be to bring Israeli Cannabis products and technology to Canada. "AMS is the perfect partner for this project," said Joshua B. Alper, CEO of Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc.

- Notice how the CEO BLDV is re-emphasizing the importance of the JV to bring Israeli products and technology to Canada but also indicating it will be the first market focus. It is possible that BLDV is planning to export to other markets after they succeed in the Israeli and Canadian markets in order to possibly become a Global Exporter.

5. 5/10/17 Facebook: BLDV confirms that Jonathan Alper, Blue Diamond Director has been in Israel for the past few days conducting meetings on behalf of BLDV.

- Good to the see follow through on #2 that the trip took place in the same capacity BLDV indicated Jonathan would.

Statement from Health Canada on Improving the Licensing of Production of Cannabis for Medical Purposes

Statements

From Health Canada

May 26, 2017
- Ottawa, ON - Health Canada

OTTAWA – Health Canada is introducing several improvements to its medical cannabis program that aim to streamline the application process for issuing production licenses and enable increased production under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR).

Health Canada has drawn on nearly four years of experience to identify measures that can be put in place to streamline licensing and enable increased production of cannabis. These measures will also help ensure that Health Canada’s approach to licensing and oversight continues to be aligned with the regulations, the existing evidence of risks to public health and safety, and its approach to other regulated sectors.

Effective immediately, Health Canada is implementing the following measures:

• Increasing the Department’s capacity to review and process applications.

• Undertaking some stages of the review of the application concurrently.

• Permitting licensed producers to manage production on the basis of their vault capacity.

• Authorizing longer validity periods for licences and security clearances in accordance with the regulations.

• Streamlining the review and approval of applications to modify or expand an existing production facility for licensed producers with a record of good compliance with the ACMPR.

Health Canada will continue to inspect all facilities before cultivation begins and before a licence to sell products to the public is issued. Henceforth, Health Canada will schedule this first inspection after it has determined an application meets the regulatory requirements and it has issued the licence to cultivate and once the producer is ready to initiate production in its facility. This approach will help provide successful applicants with a decision on their application as soon as possible while ensuring that all facilities are inspected as cultivation begins.

Licensed producers and applicants must continue to meet all of the requirements under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR). The ACMPR represents among the most robust frameworks in the world for ensuring effective control and regulation of cannabis for medical purposes. The ACMPR includes security and inventory control measures that help prevent diversion, as well as requirements for Good Production Practices that help provide individuals with access to quality-controlled cannabis for medical purposes. Since licensed production began in June 2013, licensed producers have established a solid record of compliance with the regulatory requirements and Health Canada will continue to ensure compliance through regular inspection.

In addition to the measures announced today, Health Canada has already dedicated additional resources to accelerate the processing of applications from individuals who are authorized to produce a limited amount of cannabis for their own medical purposes.

Health Canada will continue to work closely with patients, patient advocates and licensed producers to identify and act on opportunities to improve access to cannabis and service to Canadians.

Josh Alper, CEO of BLDV, said, "Once the new bill was signed into law, we quickly called our management together and engaged with the staff of Michigan Plant Technologies LLC (MPT), a wholly owned subsidiary of BLDV, to begin structuring a model that would leverage the Construction Management and Project Management skills of Blue Diamond Consulting (BDC) and potentially create a new home for MPT to expand their existing State Licensed Food Processing Facility into a Commercial Edibles Facility."

The BLDV plan calls for the building of multi-tenant facilities in Michigan to be designated by local municipal ordinance with a special use permit to ho use Cultivation as well as Kitchen/Extraction spaces. Licensed operators will be able to document that local approval is included in their lease when they submit their application to the state. "We expect to build several buildings over the coming months," said Josh Alper. "The new home of MPT is important, but the construction and ownership of the facilities is the real interest of Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. (OTC: BLDV)

"Blue Diamond helps to solve one of the central problems with the Michigan program; our model provides municipalities with quality construction and vetted compliant cannabis operators," said Jonathan B. Alper, Landscape Architect and General Manager of BDC. "We expect to have the leases signed before construction begins on the first building this spring." BDC can also assist tenants with other aspects of their regulatory compliance with the state

BLDV along with BDC has received first stage approval from a city in Southwest Michigan not far from the current MPT kitchen in Three Oaks, MI, to be the site of the first structure. BDC will be the Project and Construction Managers, and through a Fund, that is in the process of being established, BLDV will finance and ultimately own the facility. Lease payments from the tenants will be used to repay the investors of the fund and provide positive cash flow to BLDV. Total construction cost of the first building is estimated to be 1.2 Million USD.

Other real estate transactions include ongoing talks regarding the acquisition of AMS farms in Ontario, Canada, and purchase of property in Bend, Oregon for a Tier II License by a client of Blue Diamond Consulting.

Michigan Cannabis Real Estate

Blue Diamond has adopted an approach to the Cannabis Real Estate that is based on the model of Innovative Industrial Properties of using Triple Net Leases, Medical Focus, and Public Share involvement, but with some important differences.
The Fund is expected to raise approximately $12 Million USD and the average size of a completed lease-back project is expected to be under 50,000 square feet.

In addition, the Fund will focus on a specific area of Southwest Michigan that remains the largest non-citrus fruit growing and processing area in the country but has lost all industry and jobs. Plans include an estimated twelve projects, along the Route 12 corridor from New Buffalo to Niles, MI. This project is expected to provide economic growth and much needed jobs for this region. Blue Diamond is working with several municipalities, with several projects in the planning stage and discussions with potential lessees are underway.

#66018 RE: stervc #62446

Key highlights from BLDV 6/12/17 PR:

1. Blue Diamond has secured multiple opportunities to bring Medical Cannabis products and technology to North America.

- I think this part of the PR is trying to tell us that BLDV has set the stage and has the mechanisms in place to be able to sell products and technology to North America.

2. Israel has a Startup mentality and companies there understand the need to move quickly said Josh Alper CEO of BLDV, but realistically it is not simple to do business there, we have 40+ years experience with the politics and the culture of the area, combined with the scientific knowledge that is required

- The four bolded words in blue are key in this part. The first three are Josh and Jonathan and the fourth is Eltron Research. I think this part of the PR is trying to emphasize the challenges of operating in Israel, yet in #1 they mention that they have secured multiple opportunities, so I think they are trying to tell us they succeeded despite the challenges; i.e. they have the key success factors. Time will tell.

3. The tradition pharma industry hopes to change the approach to the medical cannabis industry by leveraging clinical trails preformed in Israel, but at the same time the Cannabis plant is changing the industry by achieving real success with less than pharmaceutical grade products.

- I find this part interesting in terms of how often they are mentioning the pharmaceutical industry. Also, notice how the effects of the Cannabis plant on the traditional industry is highlighted. I wonder if they are trying to tell us something about the caliber or size of partnerships they have secured that want in due to the fact that cannabis is changing the industry. Time will tell.

- Finally, remember that Josh told us in the last interview that Israel is the only country in the world that has clinical trials on humans for cannabis. I find it interesting that this is mentioned again in the PR.

4. We now have access to a range of genetics, protocols, devices, and technologies that can be licensed now to operators in Canada in partnership with AMS, and offered to Best in Breed operators in all 50 states continued Alper, in addition we have started talks with a group in Mexico City to leverage the new laws there.

- I think this part is loaded:

i) I think they are setting the stage to let us know the types of products and technologies they now have access to license to Canadian customers in partnership with AMS. Key here is the AMS JV; it's as if AMS is more significant than it seems. Remember that Josh mentioned in the last interview that building revenues is their goal, i.e. licensing revenues.

ii) Plus they mention that they can offer these products and technologies to operators in the U.S., notice how they mention states. I am guessing here that they are trying to indicate that regardless of state laws, the operators will/can need/buy these valuable products and technologies.

iii) Mexico City is something we have not heard about yet and I think it speaks strongly to the worldwide appeal and international growth of cannabis that we have been reading about in the DD. BLDV is going more international and it begs the question as to what BLDV has that would interest potential customers/partners even in Mexico. Also, I find it impressive as to how they stay on top of the changing legislative environment for cannabis in North America.

5. Blue Diamond will create a wholly owned subsidiary Blue Diamond Technologies LLC to focus on these opportunities, this unit will be based in Toronto, details of the new structure and specifics on the agreements from Israel will be released during the conference call.

- Key word here is technologies. I think this part is telling us that the technologies they now have access to are significant enough to require a subsidiary on their own. Also, the Toronto headquarters is interestingly close to AMS in Hannover, Ontario. Equally important and significant is that the details on the Israeli agreements will be released during the Conference Call.

Source: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BLDV/news/Blue-Diamond-Ventures-Inc--Restructures-around-Israeli-Cannabis-Opportunities-?id=161722&b=y

Overall: I think this PR is following through in general on BLDV's efforts in Israel and sets the stage for future updates in regards to BLDV's integrated approach to cannabis. Notice how the parts above all fit together. To this end, remember the entire facility approach that Josh mentioned in the last interview.

I think people will realize that BLDV is not your traditional hyped up ticker with significant PRs that cause pps spikes. From the last interview, we know that Josh has a long-term view to build a solid corporation with long-term pps value growth. Therefore, I think this PR is setting the stage to continue to build the integrated approach to cannabis and to build value into BLDV with the pps eventually reflecting this value, not the other way around.

Go BLDV!

MedReleafs’ ties with Tikun Olam: 10% monthly growth

I would like to focus in on the section of the article referenced below related to MedReleaf [ https://medreleaf.com ] to identify a few growth points/similarities which I think could be possible for BLDV; time will tell.

1. Like other new medical marijuana producers, MedReleaf “started at zero,” Closner said. Today, he reckons it’s Canada’s largest company in the sector, based on revenue.

- Key words here are started at zero which is where BLDV started from.

2. Growth prospects are apparent. In addition to the company’s 55,000-square- foot headquarters, of which 30,000 square feet are reserved for plants, a 210,000-square-foot plant-growing facility is currently under construction. (Note: This is for MedReleaf extracted from the article below)

- Health Canada's website confirms that MedReleaf has two locations in Ontario, Canada. AMS's 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse is located in Hannover, Ontario, Canada.

Source: http://hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/marihuana/info/list-eng.php

3. Closner credits MedReleafs’ ties with Tikun Olam for helping spur growth, which he said is running at 10 per cent per month.

- Key here is Tikun Olam [ http://www.tikun-olam.info ] and how it helped MedReleaf spur its growth. Reading the text below about Tikun Olam I can potentially see why BLDV is going to Israel (i.e. seeds and technology).

About Us

Tikun Olam Ltd. is the first, largest and foremost supplier of medical Cannabis in Israel, and one of leading medical cannabis companies in the world.

- Similarly, if we look at the "About" description of MedReleaf, we see their focus on R&D and their ISO registration. Notice how the key is the sourcing which I presume is seed quality and technology, from Israel of course.

MedReleaf sets The Medical Grade Standard™ for cannabis in Canada and around the world. The first and only ISO 9001 certified cannabis producer in North America, MedReleaf is a R&D-driven company dedicated to patient care, scientific innovation, research and advancing the understanding of the therapeutic benefits of cannabis. 4. Looking at the home page of Tikun Olam, you will see MedReleaf displayed on their homepage for the partnership they have in Canada. Also, notice the media coverage references at the bottom of their homepage:

http://www.tikun-olam.info/

- Here is a CNN news clip titled 'Israel's next export: Kosher cannabis?' published on March 7, 2016:

The news clip mentions Tikun Olam at 1:36. At 2:00 in the news clip, the CEO of Tikun Olam, Aharon Lutzky, describes the potential for exporting oils and cannabis export business could be in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Time will tell, whether similar to MedReleaf, to what extent BLDV and AMS will be developing such strategic and beneficial exporting partnerships in Israel to spur the growth of AMS.

If anyone has any thoughts or comments, please share them.

Go BLDV!

BLDV + Israel + Eltron Research + Global Market for Cannabis: What we know so far

4. 4/20/17 PR: Key excerpts are: i) BLDV has entered into a Joint Development Agreement with Alternative Medical Solutions Inc., to import & export Targeted Medicinal Cannabis Products and Advanced Cannabis Technologies, to and from Canada.

Check out this CNN documentary on Israel's Cannabis Research and the science behind the research:

Israel : World capital of Cannabis Research

6. 5/26/17 PR: Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. announces a strategic partnership with Eltron Research & Development of Boulder Colorado, the creators of the ImPAAct™ Peracetic Acid Generator : Eltron R&D specializes in Material Sciences and adds considerable strength to BLDV on multiple levels.

- The key disclosures in this PR are that:

i) BLDV has been named the Representative of Eltron for Israel and Canada and will be facilitating the licensing of the PAA technology in those countries.

ii) Blue Diamond Ventures will also use the expertise of Eltron to help achieve the goal of bringing Targeted Cannabis Therapies from Israel to the USA and to Canada as part of the previously announced venture with AMS of Hanover, Canada.

- Eltron's technology includes: IMPAACT™ Generator

7. 6/12/17 PR: Blue Diamond Ventures Inc, Restructures around Israeli Cannabis Opportunities - Key highlights:

i) Blue Diamond has secured multiple opportunities to bring Medical Cannabis products and technology to North America.

- I think this part of the PR is trying to tell us that BLDV has set the stage and has the mechanisms in place to be able to sell products and technology to North America.

ii) Israel has a Startup mentality and companies there understand the need to move quickly said Josh Alper CEO of BLDV, but realistically it is not simple to do business there, we have 40+ years experience with the politics and the culture of the area, combined with the scientific knowledge that is required

- The four bolded words in blue are key in this part, the first three are Josh and Jonathan the fourth is Eltron Research. I think this part of the PR is trying to emphasize the challenges of operating in Israel, yet in #1 they mention that they have secured multiple opportunities, so I think they are trying to tell us they succeeded despite the challenges; i.e. they have the key success factors. Time will tell.

iii) The tradition pharma industry hopes to change the approach to the medical cannabis industry by leveraging clinical trails preformed in Israel, but at the same time the Cannabis plant is changing the industry by achieving real success with less than pharmaceutical grade products.

I find it interesting that this is mentioned again in the PR.

iv) Blue Diamond will create a wholly owned subsidiary Blue Diamond Technologies LLC to focus on these opportunities, this unit will be based in Toronto, details of the new structure and specifics on the agreements from Israel will be released during the conference call.

- Key word here is technologies. I think this part is telling us that the technologies they now have access to are significant enough to require a subsidiary on their own. Also, the Toronto headquarters is interestingly close to AMS in Hannover, Ontario. Equally important is that the details on the Israeli agreements will be announced in the Conference call.

AMS is in the final stage to gain a full license to grow, market and sell medicinal cannabis products via Health Canada. BLDV has been working with AMS over the last year to finalize funding for its Fifty (50) thousand square foot cultivation facility.

"There has been recognition, by the Canadian Government, for the need to allow import and export in this industry," says Joshua B. Alper, CEO of BLDV. "This new effort will ensure that AMS, when licensed, will be a Global Project, with their products being available worldwide and with access to the ingredients and technology that will continue to make AMS a leader in the Canadian market." "We are excited to launch this effort with BLDV," said Joseph Groleau, VP Business Development for AMS.

"With the specialized products and technologies coming into Canada from Israel, and access to global markets with our finished products, we see this as a separate profit center that could even outgrow our efforts in cultivation." Canada will be the home to the new joint venture, and the first market focus will be to bring Israeli Cannabis products and technology to Canada. "AMS is the perfect partner for this project," said Joshua B. Alper, CEO of Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. "They have a great team at AMS that has been challenged by the ever-shifting landscape of compliance and financial requirements, this project can create significant revenue even prior to AMS receiving the cultivation and manufacturing licenses from Health Canada."

Go BLDV!
