Re-Clarify BLDV .56 Valuation & Complete Research...

Within this post... I am about to explain how BLDV is basically 10 to 15 companies/marijuana companies in one.

First, I must thank you and all that have shared thoughts regarding that BLDV valuation post that I previously made. Believe me, I am far from an expert and I shared such thoughts to simply stimulate conversation for us all to get to a valuation that would deem more sensible through logical deduction from us all here as a group of shareholders.

I believe these valuation thoughts are important to understand because I believe that BLDV is very close with securing the $12 Million funding and the acquisition of Alternative Medical Solutions (AMS) as a wholly-owned subsidiary.

Your two posts below are much appreciated and are thoughts that I will consider to use the "Substitution Property" to derive a potential valuation for BLDV with AMS as their wholly-owned subsidiary:

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=131524313

The original BLDV valuation post is below of which I will derive a new valuation from as a reference:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=131349400

** You and others have suggested that I consider using $84.00 per ounce as a fair consideration for the price of marijuana per ounce.

** We had agreed that 1,000 grams per square foot per marijuana plant was logically possible with having 1000-watt HPS lamps.

** 1 gram converts to 0.035274 ounces.
https://www.google.com/search?q=28+grams+%3D+1+ounce&oq=28+grams+%3D+1+ounce&aqs=chrome..69i57&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#q=grams+to+ounce+conversion

** AMS has a 50,000 square feet facility that they are using, but it was agreed to figure that they will probably use 30,000 square feet to grow marijuana to give them the flexibility to have office space, room to hang and dry the marijuana, etc. with the remaining 20,000 square feet.

1,000 grams per sq ft x 30,000 square feet = 30,000,000 grams of marijuana

30,000,000 grams x 0.035274 ounces per gram = 1,058,220 ounces of marijuana per harvest

1,058,220 ounces x $84.00 per ounce = $88,890,480 Revenues of marijuana per harvest

$88,890,480 Revenues per harvest x 5 harvests per year = $444,452,400 Revenues of marijuana per year from AMS

Again... I had heard that their Net Profit Margin is going to be somewhere well above 50% for its operations, but let's be conservative and go with a 30% Net Profit Margin to derive what would be the expected Net Income to derive an Earnings Per Share (EPS) for BLDV since AMS has agreed to let BLDV acquire them as a wholly-owned subsidiary. Also, we will consider the Outstanding Shares (OS) for BLDV to be the indicated 4,760,585,689 shares. Also, I will use 20 as the Price to Earnings (P/E) Ratio as the growth rate for the Marijuana Industry which is very debatable to be much higher. Let's derive a fundamental valuation to consider...

$444,452,400 AMS Revenues Per year x .30 Net Profit Margin = $133,335,720 Net Income

$133,335,720 Net Income ÷ 4,760,585,689 OS = .028 EPS

.028 EPS x 20 P/E Ratio for MJ Industry = .56 Per Share BLDV Valuation

Now let's rehash over some key thoughts for those who might be new to BLDV and what are their key catalysts involved to bring new growth.

The current CEO of BLDV name is Josh Alper. He is a Jewish gentleman that have lots of connections. He previously flew to Israel to secure some major deals. Two, of not many, penny stocks that deal with huge companies over in Israel were OWCP that ran from sub-penny to over $3.00+ per share and CNBX that ran to over $7.00 per share. Now there is BLDV that has some deals with two huge medical companies over in Israel that is basically still unknown. They are flying back over there twice in May to sign more paperwork. I'll just say that (IMHO) when the dust clears, those in OWCP and CNBX might want to really really stay tuned.

I think BLDV will become positively quite popular when the market fully understands the magnitude of this Joint Development Agreement between BLDV, AMS, and the huge Israel companies involved per the PR below:

http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/blue-diamond-ventures-inc-launches-international-cannabis-project-with-ams-canada-pinksheets-bldv-2210922.htm
Alternative Medical Solutions (AMS) is in the final stage to gain a full license to grow, market and sell medicinal cannabis products via Health Canada. BLDV has been working with AMS over the last year to finalize funding for its Fifty (50) thousand square foot cultivation facility. "There has been recognition, by the Canadian Government, for the need to allow import and export in this industry," says Joshua B. Alper, CEO of BLDV. "This new effort will ensure that AMS, when licensed, will be a Global Project, with their products being available worldwide and with access to the ingredients and technology that will continue to make AMS a leader in the Canadian market."

"We are excited to launch this effort with BLDV," said Joseph Groleau, VP Business Development for AMS. "With the specialized products and technologies coming into Canada from Israel, and access to global markets with our finished products, we see this as a separate profit center that could even outgrow our efforts in cultivation."

Israel looks to leverage tech in $50 billion medical marijuana market
http://www.reuters.com/article/us-israel-cannabis-idUSKBN16U1PZ

Israel is considered the Medical Marijuana Capital of the world. One of the deals is a huge distribution deal with one of the companies over in Israel and with AMS which is a Canadian Marijuana Cultivation company that has completed Step 6 with Health Canada to obtain their license. On a separate deal that will make BLDV worth .50+ per share immediately as I had explained earlier within this post... AMS has agreed to come in under BLDV as a wholly owned subsidiary.

Also, I think some need to truly realize and understand that AMS can't make this stuff up with Health Canada. I think if anyone do any further research, they will see that AMS is very real and is very close to graduating to the next few levels. Again, the Stages or Steps regarding where AMS is at with moving forward... AMS is at Step 6 of 7. They still need the building to be inspected which needs to be finished being built (primarily the infrastructure) which is expected to be done by Sep 2017; all the required permitting is expected to be done and approved in June 2017. Then AMS will have carry out their first 2 grow cycles (done two weeks apart) to have inspected before a final marijuana license will be issued for cultivation.

Here is a picture of the inside of their facility:

The website is somewhat still under construction, but this is the correct website for the correct AMS that is connected to BLDV:

There is much more to talk about of which I will get around to chiming in to share thoughts along with others here within the forum over time here. This is a different BLDV from the days of old because of having a different/new management. Those who don't see it now, will see it later.

Watch and listen to the following videos below, but first, I think I should kind of set the stage of what you will learn from listening to the following videos of Alternative Medical Solutions (AMS) being talked about on the CTV London News TV stations within Hanover, Ontario, Canada a little while back to include some other researched I have learned of below:

CTV London News TV Stories - Key Points
http://london.ctvnews.ca/video?clipId=357998
http://london.ctvnews.ca/video?clipId=357999

** AMS is being built in Hanover Industrial Park in Hanover, Ontario, Canada.

** Mayor of Hanover (Kathi Maskell) supports the project because it will bring up to 60 jobs over a 2 year period and new tax dollars.

** City of Hanover gave them the property for Economic development.

** More construction to take place in June 2017.

** AMS expects to have Health Canada approval of permit to move forward with further construction in June 2017.

** Expects to be fully operational and licensed by September 2017.

** City of Hanover Mayor confirms that the city is considered a partner of AMS.

This piece below to obtain the $12 Million USD non-dilutive financing for AMS is finally rounding Third Base and heading Home even though it took a little longer than expected. Read below earlier confirmation of this that is nearing completion in my opinion:

The Fund is expected to raise approximately $12 Million USD and the average size of a completed lease-back project is expected to be under 50,000 square feet. In addition, the Fund will focus on a specific area of Southwest Michigan that remains the largest non-citrus fruit growing and processing area in the country but has lost all industry and jobs. Plans include an estimated twelve projects, along the Route 12 corridor from New Buffalo to Niles, MI. This project is expected to provide economic growth and much needed jobs for this region. Blue Diamond is working with several municipalities, with several projects in the planning stage and discussions with potential lessees are underway.

Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. announces Strategic Partnership

Eltron R & D and BLDV join forces to make an ImPAAct(TM) (PAA) in the Cannabis Industry

DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - May 26, 2017) - Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. (OTC PINK: BLDV) today announces a strategic partnership with Eltron Research & Development of Boulder Colorado, the creators of the ImPAAct™ Peracetic Acid Generator. Eltron R&D specializes in Material Sciences and adds considerable strength to BLDV on multiple levels.

Cannabis-Clean, a wholly owned subsidiary of BLDV, will work closely with Eltron R&D to roll out the PAA. "This is an exciting new offering; Peracetic Acid is widely used in Cannabis and other industries," said Josh Alper, CEO of BLDV. "The generator is a Patented Device, the only one of its kind, that makes the PAA product on site, on demand."

Steve McMorrow, President of Cannabis-Clean, said, "We are getting up to speed quickly; this agreement gives us the exclusive for the Cannabis Industry in Colorado with a commitment to define expansion to include a partnership for the entire USA." On June 1st, 2017 Cannabis-Clean will be relocating its operations to the Eltron R&D facility in Boulder. "The ImPAAct™ product has really defined our expansion strategy," continued McMorrow. "We have been working with Eltron for 6 months to put this together, and it gives us a sustainable competitive advantage." The new Peracetic Acid Generator has already been approved by the Colorado Department of Agriculture for use in Cannabis Facilities.

BLDV has been named the Representative of Eltron for Israel and Canada and will be facilitating the licensing of the PAA technology in those countries. Blue Diamond Ventures will also use the expertise of Eltron to help achieve the goal of bringing Targeted Cannabis Therapies from Israel to the USA and to Canada as part of the previously announced venture with AMS of Hanover, Canada.

"Eltron R&D provides the laboratory space, the chemists and the material scientists that complete the needs of our partners in Israel," says Josh Alper. "I will be back in Israel next week to finalize our first technology sharing agreements." BLDV will be moving their corporate headquarters into the Eltron space in Boulder in July 2017, joining Cannabis-Clean as part of the agreement.

The IMPAACT ?on-site peracetic acid generator provides PAA mixtures with flexible pH ranges (from 2- 13) and for point of use applications (from single digit ppm to 30,000 ppm PAA concentrations).

Although dosage requirements for industrial grade bleach (Sodium Hypochlorite) and PAA are applied at a similar rate, PAA does not require a dechlorination step because PAA is an effective broad spectrum biocide that avoids formation of halogenated disinfection byproducts. Eltron Water Systems has 1 patent
and 2 patents pending.

“We have spent over a decade on the research and development of this water technology and now that we have secured these two requirements with the FDA and EPA, we are aggressively entering the market,” said Eltron Water Systems President Paul Grimmer, “We look forward to providing a cheaper and more green product to both PAA end-users and suppliers for their anti-microbial needs.”
