First scam had no value and the company refuted an hour later, the second fell apart on some granny/grandpa team answering the phone with no knowledge or contract information to pass forward.

Wrong, the purpose of the A/S increase is most likely designated as an exchange of commons into the merger. The common shares cannot be sold for 12 months after per rule 144. Then they will probably transfer/cancel those into restricted shares shortly after.
