Every time I contact them, I get no reply. They never did care for my questions. Looks like their contracts were short-termed and pretty much gone now. So much for updating us on their website.

Last time I talked with him, they were moving their offices to New York. I might have to give him a call and see if there are any updates.

Did you see there last quarters finances? They diluted just under 2 million shares for the quarter, but there revenue dropped from $62.5 thousand to $8.5 thousand. Guess business is booming. lol. That was thru the end of Sept.

He refuses to pay the fees for the PR's. Can't remember how much they are, but the wire charges quite a bit for a pr. He's suppose to start putting news up on the website. As for dilution, I don't see it. They could have dumped 10's of millions by now if they chose too. Bottom line, nobody knows about these guys.

There will be no PR's through the business wire according to the CEO Jonathan Sym. Just gonna have to wait this one out and see if anything comes to fruition. At this point, I just want to break even LOL!

Did some more digging and came up with some interesting stuff.

A firm, Icarus investments, entered into an agreement with Jeff Galpern, (who turns out is a major con-man), to sell 5,333,333 shares of STSM at a negotiated price. Now, Galpern was not supposed to sell any stock unless he was authorized by Icarus investments to do so. Galpern is now being sued by Icarus Investments. You can read all about it here:

Well Glass, I just got the last of my 6's last week. My order finally filled after almost 4 weeks, and it's a good thing. It appears that whomever had stock to sell (former shell owners?), are pretty much done selling it. For now, those low prices are done. I like the fact that these guys are so cheap. Hopefully not too cheap. They better start keeping investors updated, even if it's with their website, or there won't be any investors too update. We shall see.

Yes rabbit, I totally agree. When I spoke with Sym, he said he was the one doing the website himself, so you are probably right about them saving costs on the IT guy. He kept talking about I'm the only one who can proof it and he talked some web mumbo jumbo about templates etc. that I didn't understand.

Good job on those 6's!! I was wondering who was getting those? I could only get 8's.

Like I say all the time, pinks are for gambling. Once in a great while you get a runner like LFZA, but that happens very rarely. Good luck!

Also, I did get another 22,000 shares at .006 over the last week. They are coming in slowly. It is holding steady at present levels, thats good. Means nobody is selling, including the company. Excellent.

Thanks for update Glass, but anytime a company states they can't get their website updated, that's a big red flag. It usually means they can't afford to hire a IT person to do it. It's really not that tough to do, and it certainly does not take that long to do it. Everytime I hear that excuse, the company turns out to be not what I thought. Just giving some advice from past experience. Also, they should be bragging up any and all Gov't contracts, yet they are not. Red flag #2. There are others, but I will wait. Thanks for your time Glass and efforts!! It really helps.

On paper they are, it just that SEC doesn't much bother with keeping an eye on them, unless somebody does something really stupid. For that reason, it is a favorite vehicle for scammers. And its cheap to set up and run because there are no reporting req. Very few good companies down here....can't even think of one off the top of my head. Guilty until proven innocent. I'll trade 'em on the momo, so waiting for the pump, legit or not.

Generally, any kind of transparency is better than none....assuming of course they are telling the truth. Sadly, with pinks, more often than not, they are lies or at least half truths. Called the CEO and actually got through to him on Friday. This guy Jonathan Sym is really a cool guy, really down to earth. I asked him right off the bat about the share structure and he gave me these numbers: 100 million outstanding, 14 million tradeable float.

I asked him about the share price. He said that it was probably a 144 restriction becoming unrestricted and the person is dumping his position, but he didn't know for sure. Remember, this was a reverse merger and old directors and such have shares from the old Company.

I asked about the website and he said "hopefully by Christmas". But he didn't want to make any promises. He again said that they would update shareholders and any government contracts through the website and NOT by Businesswire.

They are also moving their office from Boston to New York. Why, I didn't ask.

Just gotta wait this one out. May take awhile, but it could be worth the wait.
