Called the CEO and actually got through to him on Friday. This guy Jonathan Sym is really a cool guy, really down to earth. I asked him right off the bat about the share structure and he gave me these numbers: 100 million outstanding, 14 million tradeable float.
I asked him about the share price. He said that it was probably a 144 restriction becoming unrestricted and the person is dumping his position, but he didn't know for sure. Remember, this was a reverse merger and old directors and such have shares from the old Company.
I asked about the website and he said "hopefully by Christmas". But he didn't want to make any promises. He again said that they would update shareholders and any government contracts through the website and NOT by Businesswire.
They are also moving their office from Boston to New York. Why, I didn't ask.
Just gotta wait this one out. May take awhile, but it could be worth the wait.
