He refuses to pay the fees for the PR's. Can't remember how much they are, but the wire charges quite a bit for a pr. He's suppose to start putting news up on the website. As for dilution, I don't see it. They could have dumped 10's of millions by now if they chose too. Bottom line, nobody knows about these guys.
