Matt and I have had our differences in the past...and I've got the IHub Jail Tats to prove it.

I met him in Vegas at the traders convention. I found him to be a very nice guy, and he struck me as being an honorable person.

He has always played fair, and that's not easy when you're ramrodding 150,000 members of a board that HE himself wrote the code for back in the day.

I think he's being treated unfairly by a lot of the members here, and I'll do what I can to support him......

Funny story...once I was tossed in IHub Jail while supporting USSE back in 2006. I was in Mississippi checking out the company, met the CEO etc.

Anyway, someone told the CEO I was in Jail, and he called every jail within 50 miles looking for me..........lol.......z

Its all about paper work. If your paperwork is inline, the SEC has no back bone. If contracts were signed with proper terminology stating shares were given free and clear from the signee/company/3rd party, its all good for Matt.

ex:SHAREHOLDER warrants that all shares will be paid by a “non-affiliated third party”, are properly
registered, free of any and all restrictive legends, not issued pursuant to an S-8 Registration or
504 Offering and are otherwise freely tradable AND TRANSFERABLE. SHAREHOLDER further
warrants that shares will be delivered to CONSULTANT immediately upon execution of this
contract.

Contracts that Matt possesses that is not been seen by the SEC can put this all behind him.

I hope Matt has all his paper work inline.

Thank God...what a breath of fresh air it is to find this board!!!! I have never seen anything like that other board. I've been around this place a long, long time and I thought I was getting pretty close to having just about seen it all, and then that "board" was born.

Shocking. What else can I say??? Honestly, I was left shaking my head at not only what I read there, but also at who was writing it. I couldn't even post there. I didn't feel like enduring the wrath that I know would have followed. I can only imagine how Matt must feel when reading that board.

I don't think I've ever seen such utter disdain towards a fellow man in my entire life. Ironically enough, there are good people there, many good people, but I think emotion has taken over and replaced what normally would be very rational people, with almost out of control folks I don't recognize even though I know them well. That's just sad.

Thank God that we do have a system here in the United States that allows EVERYONE the right to presumption of innocence until proven guilty. If what's written on that board is the way things were to be done, we would go straight from alleged violations, and proceed immediately to conviction and execution of sentence. That is simply astonishing to see such behavior.

So thank you again Brig for bringing us a desirable, and much needed alternative.

I have much more to say but right now I am seriously worn out from what I have been reading the last couple of days and just need a break.

I just noticed that you're one of the first 50 (48) to be a grandfathered ihub member! So you really know what ihub is all about since you've been here from conception. It's an honor to have you post on the Matty board!

Yes, it's really amazing how many have turned on him. They are like rabid animals IMO. I've never seen grown adults behave in this manner before in my life (except maybe in a horror flick). I liked your term for the board, "venom pit" and I couldn't agree more other than to say it's swarming with miserable hateful vultures.

I have to agree with you on BRIG's colorful vocabulary but he's loyal and someone I'd trust 100% which is rare in these days.

Perhaps the hate crowd envies Matt's success. Many, by their postings on the "crucify him" board, strike me as jealous that Matt had become a big wheel. Now, they are doing to Matt what dogs do to big wheels.

I was rather surprised at the number of posters in the "venom pit" that I thought were Matt's friends but who have turned on him. I have had to reduce my membermarks accordingly due to their lack of honor towards friendship.

Fatt Matt is a young man grabbing life by the horns. When you grab life by the horns, though, you run the risk of being gored. But it has been said, "That Which Doesn't Kill You Makes You Stronger". I pray for Matt's strength.

Thanks BRIG for your repetitive expletive post in the early stage of the "drag hang Matt through a cactus patch" board. Normally, I'd find such verbage offensive, but it was spot on with my thoughts.

It is very difficult. Just as it's difficult to not understand other people's frames of mind. Not everyone is as forgiving nor forgetful as you say.

and you're right unfortunately, you can't change past choices but you do have control over future decisions and actions.

I have a post saved in my "kept" posts from October 19th, 2007 in which I met an individual here on ihub. It's a post that's set an unfortunate path of destruction and chain of events since then. I've even TOS'd it a couple of times thinking if I could make that date go away, things would magically change but the post stands (rightfully so) and so does all that has occurred since then.

So in theory, you're right about "To live not yesterday, not tomorrow but today in the present." It's the only reasonable choice.

It's obviously a personality issue one with a special frame of mind in order to accomplish that.

My mind is constantly being dragged into the past contemplating possible futures based on a different choice that I could of made, but didn't.
I think we all do a little of that type of thinking, but most just don't dwell on it.

It's obviously better for your mental health to retain that which is positive and just let the negative stuff go bye bye. Or, it forms a heavy chain around your neck that will ultimately destroy you and leave nothing but a shell of the former self. Some people take psychotropic prescription drugs just to take care of the depression that results from retention of too many negative thoughts or memories.
It's a constant battlefield.

I still love this quote from former V.P Dan Quail said in reference to recruiting African Americans to higher learning.
