>>And Your my Sunshine, 26 days out of the month..<<
LMAO! I think I make the most enemies the other 5!
oh too funny
BRIG and rawnoc use to have it on calendar and purposely F with me to make me go insane.
(brave aholes, aren't they? lol)
EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
>>no shi.... it seems like everyone who lost money on a stinky pinky thinks it's matt's fault or that matt facillitated their loss. <<
or the entire pink market in general. They hate the CEO's, IRP's, traders, and anyone involved.
Everyone has lost money in the market. Personally, when I lose money, I blame myself for being an idiot. I've never lost a lot in a pink stock but lost a sh*t load two years ago with ETFC on margin (wiped my Etrade account out). Pissed me off so badly I got revenge on the stock and have made a killing flipping it since. Maybe I should have threatened the CEO or someone besides myself.
AWWWWW<---still your diggles. I cannot be replaced.
And Your my Sunshine, 26 days out of the month..
You of all people should know that durkkdarling lol
You and I have had words a few times but you're still my diggles :)
I leave my mark everywhere. I'm a male...
I believe a lot of those on here that are convicting are doing so out of spite rather than anything else.
no shi.... it seems like everyone who lost money on a stinky pinky thinks it's matt's fault or that matt facillitated their loss.
I'm the type that can disagree or have a dispute one minute and get over it the next.
I'm too scared to reply to that.
Did you mark him or the board? lol
Hi Mariner,
Yes and I disagreed with it and probably threw my usual tantrum (in private of course) but in the end still respected him and his decisions.
I'm the type that can disagree or have a dispute one minute and get over it the next. To hold a grudge and wait for someone to be down in order to get revenge or take a shot says a lot about that person(s) in general IMO.
I believe a lot of those on here that are convicting are doing so out of spite rather than anything else.
I Like matt. Anyone who can handle this crazy Ihub without committing suicide is #1 in my book.
Isn't taking a punch what Matt did to you and your crew while posting on this promo? #msg-37119848 #msg-37150211 #msg-37355880
The whole thing just struck me rather odd now that I think about it. I really don't remember him ever acting like that on any other stock board. It was almost as if he wanted to make a statement more in regards to himself than to the board or the general posting public.
Now, here are you and some of the very same people defending him and supporting him in his hour of need.
Isn't that ironic? I find it so.
I think it's very commendable to start and run this board taking this opposing view that, it seems, most of I-Hub don't harbor.
Friendship and loyalty.
Isn't that pretty much what Clem is giving Matt by that post and keeping him on in his position?
Anyone else other than the creator of the site would have been gone long ago.
Friendship and loyalty are very fleeting emotions when compromised. As when told to me when I spoke of these issues in the past Matt reiterated that people change. As for myself, how well do you really get to know someone on an internet chat site? Do you really get to form a bond with the real person or is it just a fleeting glimpse of a supposed reality created in your own mind of a person, a creation of a profile as an actor on a stage.
Where does my friendship and loyalty take me to when the very existence of the glue that holds it together is evaporating before my eyes.
I think it's pretty clear where I stand...posted to the SEC board

Last post of the day.
The lot of you are incredible. You all have Matt guilty and there isn't a court charge of anything. And every last one of you condemning him are IRP and paid pumpers yourself. Doing the exact same thing you're ripping Matt for right now. If Matt is guilty, then he will face the consequences. And Ihub will most likely be unharmed and still operating. Ihub hasn't been Matt's baby since he sold it to advfn.
Now, if Matt is totally cleared and innocent, I would be the first to applaud him if he wipes every one of you hypocrites right off of Ihub. As I believe he'd have every moral right to do so.
Obviously none of the condemners own mirrors.
And if he's proven guilty beyond doubt, then he's probably fair game to get a new rear exit ripped on his very own Ihub.
Until then, I'm hoping you all get your butt handed to you on a plate. Are some of your names going to be involved? Are some of you trying to get distance from this mess. Looks suspicious already.
Good luck to Matt ...end
remove if you wish ....
"Raw, thanks for a board where people can post other viewpoints again."
~~! 'sigh' .. Oh well, almost.
I don't know one way or the other.
I can only speculate that he's probably giving him respect until a verdict of a trial has been reached (Matt did build the most successful trading site on the internet).
There's always more than one story as well as motives behind hatred.
It seems people will go out of their way to seek any opportunity to take a punch at another when they're down which is very sad IMO.
clems' post and the fact that matt is still posting has to be a good sign for matt, right?
agreed, funny how people like to kick when someone is down,
but you find out real quick who your true friends are.
from the ibox... Posts are to be about friendship and loyalty or they will be deleted.....BRIG
"Whatever the outcome, iHub will go on."
That eases my mind, for it was my biggest concern. I like IHUB.
agreed
and sums it up 100%
The CEO of ADVFN the owner of IHUB said two words that speak volumes and should be in anyone's vocabulary no matter where they are in their life journey.
"without pre-judgement".
Message from ihub CEO (some posters should read carefully)

Some users have been expressing concerns about the future of iHub and I’d like to reassure them that iHub isn’t going anywhere.
As part of ADVFN, iHub’s future is assured.
ADVFN is a media business that is the sum of all its people’s efforts, most of which its customers never see.
Just as in TV and Film , the public face of our products, be they in the US, the UK, Brazil, Italy or otherwise, get a disproportionate amount of attention, in the same way as a news presenter or a talk show host does on a TV channel. These profiles are all part of the product offering but they are not a pivotal business continuity issue.
iHub is a community of smart, seasoned stock speculators that we feel is big enough to sit back and await the outcome of this situation without pre-judgement.
Whatever the outcome, iHub will go on.
Clem – CEO ADVFN
That's for damn sure Susie.. this has been an eye-opener..
OT
Things seem to work themselves out.
The Good The Bad and The Ugly
Great music
Just a wee bit IHUB humor set to Hang Em High music which seems oh so prevalent over most of the IHUB land these days. Sad but true.
Jed Cooper: You don't remember me, do you?
Reno, Cooper Hanging Party: No.
Jed Cooper: [showing his hanging scar] When you hang a man, you better look at him.
Captain Wilson, Cooper Hanging Party: All right, now that makes three mistakes we've made. The money, we hung an innocent man, and we didn't finish the job. We can't undo the first two... but we can still finish the job.
Judge Adam Fenton: [hands Cooper a cup of coffee] Here, if that hangin' rope didn't kill ya, maybe my coffee will.
[reading Cooper's bill of sale]
Captain Wilson, Cooper Hanging Party: Mr. Maddow, is that Joe Hansen's mark?
Maddow, Cooper Hanging Party: Joe Hansen didn't have to make his mark - he can write as well as you can.
Captain Wilson, Cooper Hanging Party: Hang him.
[after rescuing Cooper from being lynched]
Marshal Dave Bliss: Some people call this hell, but you're still in (IHUB) Oklahoma Territory... Save your breath. I don't know who hung you(almost everyone) or why, but if you're innocent, the judge will set you free. And if you're not, we'll have to take the trouble to hanging you again.
This past week I have noticed many many people that I wouldn't want to be in a fox hole with.
I'd like to see him exonerated and hope he remembers those who would so quickly throw him under a bus.
Sic gorgiamus allos subjectatos nunc.
We gladly feast on those who would subdue us.
I like the quotes,
Matt will always be welcome in Little Rock.
Last time Matt was in Kansas City about 6 months ago (maybe he has been here since?) he was kind enough to meet up with me and actually paid for my dinner. I found him to be a stand up guy.
I am definitely in the crowd of "let's wait for more details/developments before throwing him to the wolves."
At this point, people can mostly just speculate.
Well put, thanks.
Rawnoc,
1.Innocent till proven guilty.
2. Him that hath no sin cast the first stone.
In the quiet of a person's home, away from message boards/mob mentality and with our conscience exposed to our maker there is no way that ANYONE could not feel guilty of their behavior if they were themselves guilty of:
Public Opinion Guilt Juror/Stone Thrower.
Unfortunately until and unless people see a need to be regenerated by Jesus Christ, human nature will pile on people, convict them in the court of public opinion and otherwise trash them.
What is unfortunate is that human nature unregenerated would also yell the loudest if Matt or Bill's or any of the other person's charged in the civil and criminal cases name was replaced with their own NAME.
In 1 John 2:16-17, John sums up "all that is in the world" this way:
For all that is in the world -- the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride in possessions -- is not from the Father but is from the world. And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever.
The below link also has some interesting concepts on human nature IMHO and why there is such a feeding frenzy on IHUB concerning Matt.
http://www.gospeltruth.net/1861OE/610327_harden_not_heart.htm
What has saddened me even further is that a few that confess they are a person of faith in Jesus on IHUB haven given themselves a black eye by convicting Matt in the court of public opinion and have forgotten that Jesus is a man of peace, love and forgiveness.
What I find is that they often settle civilly "without admitting nor denying wrongdoing"
Watch all fo the criminal charges against Matt get dropped.
nothing would make me happier. i have known matt for over ten years. i gave him input on site developement and i was an original beta tester of the site. what really bothers me is that i am familiar with the justice deptartments' record in these types of cases. they don't lose. i am unaware of any recent acquitals. it would be great if matt beats this, but i have no hope.
"communicated" is a rather bullshit word. It doesn't make him even remotely guilty of anything.
I'm communicating with you right now. Doesn't mean shit other than to potentially get me scared and ready to talk. It's how the proescution system works, especially if they're going to try to settle on a civil penalty -- they throw the book at their target coming up with anything remotely they can dream of as charges.
Watch all fo the criminal charges against Matt get dropped.
By the way -- this isn't a bash Matt board -- there's another board for that.
"Posts are to be about friendship and loyalty or they will be deleted.....BRIG"
Nope, but EVO was bragging up a storm about how he bought shots for everybody. When he told me the liquor, I hadn't heard of it and asked him what the hell it was -- he had explained to me that it was popular in the hip-hop world among millionaires in the industry so he bought a bottle I believe it was (hard to remember the exact details) then gave shots to everybody or was ordering them by the shot. I believe he bought the whole bottle, but I forget. Either way, he told me he bought those shots -- nobody else. So just because others were drinking them doesn't make Matt any more guilty than the blonde next to EVO who was drinking them.
Oh Tina Marie.
...Even if I'm hateful at times...
Innocent until proven guilty. This is still America! I've been reading that other board
dedicated to this event and it is a frigging witch hunt.
Lets let the man defend himself.

A friend in need is a friend indeed
Meaning
It is sometimes suggested that this phrase means 'someone who needs your help becomes friendly in order to obtain it'. That isn't supported by the derivation (below). Most people understand it to mean, 'someone who helps you when you are in need is a true friend'.
Origin
A version of this proverb was known by the 3rd century BC. Quintus Ennius wrote: 'Amicu certus in re incerta cernitur'. This translates from the Latin as 'a sure friend is known when in difficulty'.
The Oxford Dictionary of Quotations lists it as existing in English from the 11th century. The earliest version I can find is from Caxton's Sonnes of Aymon, 1489:
"It is sayd, that at the nede the frende is knowen."
The morality play Everyman also contains similar lines. The play's date is uncertain and scholars place it as 'late 15th century', which could be before Caxton's work:
Fellowship: Sir, I say as I will do in deed.
Everyman: Then be you a good friend at need;

Good post- I believe Matt will be fine, and I'm looking forward to the next time I meet up with him.

Friendship counts for EVERYTHING.
In this country you are innocent until found guilty.
Are either of these quotes superior to the other i ask you?....to me i think not.....BRIG
