In general, I think you have this right. One question though, are those $80-$100M govt contracts one-year or multi-year?
Go $AGSS
Care to share the search result that said that?
Here, here. I think she should get her money. However, she violates her oath if she screws us.
Why do you think "It also looks like Mark Hagen is Margret's son in law I believe."?
Was that in the filings somewhere that I missed?
How did she get appointed in the first place. Reading some of Lazar's appointment documents, that court required him to show he was knowledgeable, competent, and capable of doing the job.
Wait! Squirrel was Mr. Klek? Mind blown. RIP Squirrel. Condolences and grace to you Mrs. Klek. I loved reading Squirrel 's posts.
Can we, $CUBV stockholders, file a lawsuit against Willett for her breach of fiduciary duty to us as Custodian and, formerly?, Secretary? What is the Secretary's duty to the shareholders?
Lunatic, the lawsuit names an individual but doesn't appear to be naming $CUBV. Am I reading this correctly? I can only see the two pages posted here. If it doesn't name CUBV directly does that mean it has no effect on the shell?
On a side note, why in the world would she file this NOW? Seems really bad timing by the Custodian.
Condolences to you, Mrs K.
RIP, StockScout.
I'm a little shaken by this. I know on message boards we can't hear the subtle clues that we can in phone or face-to-face conversations but I traded some messages a couple weeks ago with him and got no inclination anything was amiss. Life is short and fragile.
I am not an expert on Security firms however, my main occupation is in B2B services and almost every one of my 100s of clients across 20-30 industries has needed to raise additional capital in the years/decades they have been my client. Now, none of my clients are publicly traded so YMMV. Seems to me that raising capital for expansion is pretty common even if their main expense is "payroll".
Nuts, I could use an infusion of capital to expand my business and we are a pure sales and service business.
I never said anything about toxic financing. I'm talking about legitimate and standard raising of capital. To your point of using stock for acquisitions, that is just another sale of stock albeit not for cash.
I think we are both strong on $HRAA. My point was that legitimate companies do sell stock.
You have a right to be here but everyone, including you, can be asked about their sources. Per your post, you delved into the Twitter string and some iHub posts. Anything else? Because both of those are rumor mills at best and can be pretty unreliable. What OTHER research and DD have you done?
ALL companies need money if they are expanding. Why do people think companies issue public stock in the first place? Yes, Amerigaurd went public so they can SELL stock.
What is your source of this accusation? I can't find it anywhere else.
His posts for the previous couple months were all on George Sharp tickers. Pretty stalwart supporter in those.
That's the same number it has been since I started watching about 9 months ago.
Even if I pointed you to another source, you wouldn't accept it. The only proof you will accept is something from the interested company. That isn't going to happen before the purchase announcement, never has and, probably, never will.

A merger agreement is back on the table. Barring any unforeseen delays, this should be in the hands of the attorneys next week. Yes it is a privately owned Lithium production company. No it is not Lilac..stay tuned

Mr. Morgan will be traveling to the Salton Sea on October 27, 2021 in an attempt to renegotiate a merger agreement. Now that we have erased the $282,085 liability from the company books, it's far more attractive to merger candidates.
So, enlighten us. Who is Popcorn?
Go Team #ESMinerals
Seems fitting for OTC traders.
MM's are the ultimate flippers
True, they do but only for themselves which is why CEO's shouldn't take advice from them.
Ah, truth comes out. Flippers are NEVER interested in the best interests of the company, they only want immediate action. $HIRU CEO is building a long-term company not a pump-and-dump.
Again, WHY? How does it help the company or the CEO? That would be $400k better spent on building the company.
The account was created yesterday ...
It's not Lazar play but checkout $CUBV. Read its board.
I am deeply thankful for the DD by Bradenhead, Lunatic, and others here. I've done my own and have been #TeamESMinerals for about 4-5 months but they've gone much deeper and I appreciate their time, effort, and analysis.
GLTA go $CUBV
I always thought a Lunatic was a moonbug.;)
WHY would a CEO buy 100 million shares on the market?
Seriously, does anyone have an inkling about corporate leadership and finance? She's doing exactly what she should. She's spending money wisely building the COMPANY.
YOUR pocketbook is tertiary.
That would only subject them to a wash sale and introduce severe tax consequences.
That is the absolutely stupidest thing George could do. That only opens him to insider trading charges. It would be easier for him to grant himself or someone else 10M+ shares as compensation for the work he/they have done.
MOST in the OTC don't do market or valuation calcs. They are running on emotion. So, like several other shells (Cough, $TNSP), it will skyrocket and then fall to more realistic numbers. That's just the behavior of shells.
We know it's lithium so should be a good long-term play but we don't know who so any valuation is pure speculation.
Paying the taxes is probably of no importance to the shareholders. The building is being sold. That is the relevant fact. No lender is going to finance a real estate transaction where taxes are owed. So, Eric isn't doing anything to benefit the shareholders. He's doing what he needs to sell the building and walk away with the cash.
The goal of the share buyback was to keep the price above $0.01 for a month so that the $CMGO could be uplisted. OTC squashed that until Glenn relinquishes being President and CEO. There is no longer a reason for the share buyback.
For being an Advertising guy, he sure knows how to step in it. Kudos to him for all of the good news but, seriously, he writes the worst tweets.
They would have to change their President and CEOin order to do that.
Moderators, is it possible to move this out of the Cannabis category and into something more appropriate?
I think this company will be a good one long term. In the meantime, I'm happy to buy at 0.0077 and sell at 0.011; nice almost 50% gain.
