About Our Company

WHO WE ARE

Based in Los Angeles, CA, Sionix designs innovative and advanced mobile water treatment systems (MWTS) with our patented and proprietary DAF technology as the heart of our systems. Our systems are designed for use in energy, government facilities, healthcare facilities, emergency water supplies during natural disasters, housing development projects, as pre-treatment for desalination and other membrane filtration applications, and various industrial processes including subterranean fracturing used in oil and gas drilling.

WHO NEEDS US

These systems can be used to remove organic and inorganic compounds, including hydrocarbons, insoluble metals, infectious bacteria from contaminated water, algae, color and more. Industries involved in dairy, agribusiness, meat processing, mining, poultry operations, and any other industry that uses water in the manufacture of their products or delivery of their services can benefit from Sionix' cost-effective, easily maintained, mobile water treatment systems.

WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL

The heart of our systems is our patented and proprietary DAF technology - Dissolved Air Flotation. No one does DAF like Sionix. Using our patented DAF, packaged in a mobile shipping container, air bubbles between the size of 1 and 2 microns are injected and float organic contaminants to the surface where 99.95% are skimmed off, and a majority of inorganic contaminants are also captured and removed. This compares to standard DAF units which historically have been limited to using bubble sizes of 50 microns or larger. The size of these bubbles is important because the smaller the bubble, the greater the surface tension. They can then hold together longer and elevate more organic contaminants to the surface for removal.

THE BIG PICTURE

The two most important constituents to a water treatment system are Sun and Air. In the Sionix method of water treatment, the role and efficacy of air is maximized. Sionix accelerates a natural process that could take Mother Nature decades or centuries to accomplish. Our mission is to provide the means and capability to recycle and reclaim contaminated water, for multiple uses, with the convenience of 'one-stop shopping.' Sionix can be the start to finish source and ultimately bridge your operation's needs with the needs of the environment and reduce the effects of the oncoming global water crisis.

Our Mission

We are in the midst of a humanitarian and ecological crisis of global proportions - not only from a shortage of water resources, but a shortage of water management as well. Stressed water resources that are threatened by radiological, chemical, and biological toxins of unprecedented levels are the unfortunate consequence and are the crux of this crisis. A solution is possible and in that solution is an immense opportunity.

In this vast water space, there is an incalculable need for water treatment and solutions. Every water treatment need is different and typically requires the coordination of more than one technology. Sionix offers a simple, functionally efficient, and cost effective solution that has been developed and perfected over the course of fifteen years. Our patented intellectual property, technology and know-how can be placed at the immediate disposal of several vertical industries - Oil & Gas, Agriculture, Healthcare, and Emergency/Disaster Relief, for example. Sionix systems can remediate production, flowback and frac water from drilling areas, including removal of radioactive particles, and our process removes organic and inorganic contaminants that are currently present in drinking and ground water resources.

Our mission is to provide the means and capability to recycle and reclaim contaminated water, for multiple uses, with the convenience of 'one-stop shopping.' Sionix can be the start to finish source and ultimately bridge your operation's needs with the needs of the environment and remediate the effects of the oncoming global water crisis.

Sionix has configured its water treatment systems by carefully choosing each component, to create a water treatment solution for every influent - and the heart of each system is our DAF.
