Dr. Henry W. Sullivan served as the Chief Strategist and Scientist of North American Technologies Group Inc. Dr. Sullivan is the Founder of TieTek North American, LLC. He has been a Director of Sionix Corp. since October 31, 2012. Dr. Sullivan has been a Director of Ionic Fuel Technology Inc. since August 1997.
