HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwired - Apr 12, 2016) - Sionix Corporation (OTCQB: SINX) reported April 5, 2016 that it has successfully financed, built and started operations in a facility to treat, reclaim and market production and flowback water from crude oil production and fracking in the Bakken Shale.
The plant, located in Culbertson, Montana, employs Sionix's proprietary patented Dissolved Air Flotation technology in combination with hydrocarbon separation, pH control, chemistry, flocculation, filtration and biocide treatment to treat both flowback brines from fracking and produced water from existing wells. In addition to process equipment, the physical plant includes heated tank storage, enclosed process and laboratory buildings, on-site water wells and multiple truck loading/unloading stations with convenient highway access at the junction of Montana State Highway 16 and U.S. Highway 2.
A new entity, Sionix Oilfield Solutions, LLC ("SOS") was formed to build and operate the plant under a License from Sionix Corporation. Sionix is the majority owner of SOS. A shareholder in Sionix, Steelworks Investments Limited, provided $1.365 million in funding for the project. Steelworks will own 39% of SOS. The plant facility is leased by SOS from a subsidiary of Steelworks.
"We are fortunate and gratified to have a shareholder and partner who supported the Company's strategic initiative during this difficult period. Steelworks has been instrumental in achieving this milestone", said Jim Alexander, a long term member of the Board of Directors of Sionix Corporation.
Rex Crick, General Manager of Sionix Oilfield Solutions, remarked, "We are excited to be in operation with an experienced, local staff and the ability to meet our customers' requirements for fresh and treated water for well maintenance, drilling and reuse in fracking. We are logistically well positioned to serve customers in the Bakken fields of Montana and North Dakota and meet their quality requirements at a reduced all-in water cost. We would not have been able to meet our startup and production goals were it not for the local support including Roosevelt County commissioners, Culbertson City Council, and local business leaders."
About Sionix Corporation Sionix designs, constructs and operates innovative water treatment systems based on a range of technologies, including its proprietary patented Dissolved Air Flotation System. While the Company is concentrating on treatment of fracking and production water from gas and oil operations, it continues to explore applications in manufacturing, energy, agriculture, food processing and municipal utilities. For more information about Sionix's new water reclamation facility and details of the financing, please review its Report on form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 6, 2016, including the exhibits thereto which can be obtained at the SEC website or by requesting it from the Company's CEO, Henry Sullivan, at the contact info below.

SINX~~SIONIX CORPORATION ANNOUNCES SIGNING LETTER OF INTENT FOR FORMATION OF JOINT VENTURE TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE BRINE AND WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY IN MONTANA
HOUSTON, TX – (Marketwired – June 2, 2014) - Sionix Corporation (OTCQB:SINX) reported today that it has signed a Letter of Intent to form a 50-50 Joint Venture with BR Investments, LLC, an affiliate of The Prime Group, Inc. The Letter of Intent provides for the Joint Venture to build and operate a facility to treat, reclaim and market production and flowback water from crude oil production and fracking operations in the Bakken Shale.
The plant will be located in Culbertson, Montana on an existing 45 acre industrial facility that includes heated tankage, buildings, highway and rail access, piping, water wells and other infrastructure. BRI and Prime will acquire the total site and provide project financing to the JV. Sionix will contribute a technology license and provide operating and technical management of the business.
Henry Sullivan, Sionix Chief Executive Officer, stated, “This project, when completed, will be the first large scale commercial application of Sionix technology to treat production and flowback water from drilling, fracking and production operations. It is based on many years of research, development, lab and field testing by the Company.”
“We are very encouraged to be working with a partner with the vision and strength of BRI/Prime. Their experience in property development, engineering and construction, project financing and management is a key element of our team strategy”, Sullivan added.
John Breugelmans, a principal of BRI, remarked, “We are pleased to be working with Sionix to participate in the growing and strategically important oil industry development in the Bakken and elsewhere. We feel that the Sionix technology and our proposed operation in Culbertson will contribute to improving fracking economics while preserving precious fresh water resources by reclaiming oil field brines to a quality that permits reuse rather than one time use of fresh water followed by permanent disposal of flowback and produced water into deep saltwater disposal wells.”
About Prime Group, Inc. Prime has successfully developed nearly $11 Billion of commercial and residential real estate across all product types. The Company was founded in 1982 and has become one of the preeminent development companies in the country.
About Sionix Corporation Sionix designs, constructs and operates innovative water treatment systems based on a range of technologies, including its proprietary and patented Dissolved Air Flotation System. The Company has previously conducted extensive R & D, lab and field testing of treatment of fracking and production waters generated in oil and gas operations. Sionix believes that its water treatment systems are also applicable to manufacturing, agriculture, food processing, municipal and industrial water processes.

something is cooking here Sionix Forms Additional Companies For Williston Basin Operations
Mon, 06/11/2012 - 12:20 PM
Sionix Corporation (SINX) announced the formation of four additional Williston Basin LLCs ("WBIII" through "WBVI"), Nevada limited liability companies, as affiliate companies to the previously announced Williston Basin I LLC ("WBI") and Williston Basin II LLC (WBII).
Subscription documents representing a 35% membership interest in LLCs II through VI have been received from REVH2O LLC ("REVH2O"), a diversified fluids management and services company serving the O&G industry primarily in Pennsylvania. REVH2O holds a minority membership interest in WBI and is a long-time shareholder in Sionix.
Sionix will retain a 65% interest in each newly formed LLC. Upon completion of certain performance conditions by WBI, these subscriptions will be fully funded and converted to membership interests, representing cash infusion of approximately $7,500,000.
"REVH2O LLC is pleased to extend its relationship with Sionix for the next stage of the Williston Basin remediation projects. Our successful efforts to secure financing for the next five Williston Basin deployments is a major accomplishment that will likely result in a streamlined deployment of these critical economic and environmentally important water remediation services," stated David Kailbourne, CEO of REVH2O. "Drilling fluids are a major cost component to E&P operators. It is our goal to reduce the overall cost structure of local drilling operations, and we believe the ability of the Sionix MWTS to efficiently and economically remediate drilling fluids on site can be of great benefit to E&P customers."
Jim Currier, CEO of Sionix, stated, "The formation of LLCs operating Sionix MWTS equipment in the Williston Basin represents a significant milestone in the development of Sionix as a long-term provider of water treatment and fluids management. As energy harvesting operations continue their rapid expansion in the Williston Basin of North Dakota and as energy production and environmental challenges coalesce through both self-regulation and responsible governmental oversight, Sionix expects to play a meaningful role in bridging those important issues."
Proceeds from these membership subscriptions will be allocated to component acquisitions for each MWTS, including treatment equipment and necessary support products, as well as working capital to support initial operations.
As previously announced, Sionix personnel will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the MWTS and their performance under the Company's contract with McFall Incorporated, a Washington based construction and logistics firm operating as a Master Service Contractor to major E&P companies in the Williston Basin.

Very quiet here.
Fishing for trip 5's here. Where do you get your info ???
Anyone know why this thing isn't at .015-.03 cents per share?
Looks like Two done deals and another 3 on the horizon.
Hoping for another big deal with Elysium?
Should be at least .015 per share if not .02 at this point. Wish I had more ducketts.
Fishing for trips if Iam lucky.
Nice to see some life here.
