Tried for 40K more CDPI. No one interested of late. No activity

It was at .01 x .015 with no volume.

Put an order and got a measly fill of 5K after waiting forever.

Another 10500 went off, LOL, POS MM and broker front loaders.

I thought there was a regulation which prohibited that, LOL.

Gave me my minimum fill of 5K shares and ran to .015 x .025

I think this will rebound with filings. Could I be wrong? Sure. I believe that insiders hold the majority of the shares and that therefore the insiders are motivated to get the filings done. Hopefully we will see the filings next week. Seems like a real company and great opportunity in the far east.

CDPIE. Lots of other E's as well. Still, many insiders possess many shares. Still believe the "E" gets dropped once filings are complete. Delays with new auditor.

Pretty sure you can file up to 45 days late for the 10K given you file the NT-10K. I think even 45 days from when the "E" is assigned. I know KTWOE had an E forever and did not get delisted.

From the Java chart it looks like.....

On 4/10 a 17,534 share trade at .06, 17,534 shares traded at .055/.05, and a 20K at .04. The daily log shows a volume of 72,500 with a high of .06 and a low of .04 - That leaves 17,432 shares unaccounted for. My guess is they went off at .05 cents or pre/after hours possibly.

On 4/11 a 17.5K trade at .045

Hi Rodney,

I agree the shares not tightly held are being reduced. The float though is likely staying about the same.

This company has a history of late filings. They seem to file and avoid the "E".

Perhaps the 70K that went off a few days ago at .04 was someone who was nervous about the filings.

I anticipate they will get their 10K filed. Since they changed accountants they may possibly have some minor delays. Only time will tell.

Insiders own way to much stock IMO to just ignore the filings and let the company slip to the pinks. Also, why else would they have hired a new accountant if they did not plan to file the 10K ?

because they dont have any shares and would prefer you get tired of waiting and go away.

It takes time to try to locate any shares to cover. Hence the UT to .07 and none to be found.

IMO there may have been 5K shares available at .07 but no MM wanted to act as a middleman letting me have the 5K shares at .07 and the seller sell them at .07 and just exchange the shares. They dont make any money, the MMs, that way. Shortly after I cancelled my buy order at .07 5K shares went off. Why not let me have them?

It appeared that HILL wanted the .07 shares for themselves. They went from .06x.20 trying to buy shares, and paid .07 instead at .07 and then went to .04 x .75 on L2. It was very encouraging to me that they increased to .75 cents. HILL only had 5K shares at most IMO. UBSS took forever trying to fill to see if any sellers would come along. None could be found. If UBSS could have found 15K shares at .06 they could have filled my .08 order and made .02 cents a share. Do this many times a day and it is big bucks. More and more it seems fills for tightly traded stocks are taking longer and longer, especially if alot of volume is coming in. It is almost like a vote and they are waiting to see which way the MMs collectively are going to move.

Several rules which would improve the marketplace:
* Require MMs to fill a minimum of $1000 stock blocks (if requested by trader) vs a measly 5000 share fill. I had a $450 order fill $40 2 days ago. A stock was .001 x .008 and they only gave me 5000 shares at .008 and went to .008 x .04
* Require a maximum of a 10% spread. Below .001 MMs would have to have the same bid and ask (but two MMs might be at a different bid/ask from each other). This encourages trading and price changing in a stock to control supply/demand. A huge spread simply stops the stock from trading.
* Provide free trade info at otcbb.com and elsewhere where investors could see whether a trade was a buy or sell, who the MM was, and who the broker was. This would help eliminate talk of naked shorting
* Require any short position in a stock to be covered by the settlement date. No borrowing credits from someone else's accounts. For the trade to settle the shares have to be purchased and in the process of settling. Limit the short position any entity could have to 25% of what had been traded and not settled on, over this would have to be bought that day off the open market verses waiting until settlement date.

Now monthly stats for March are not available and this month there has been about 141,150 shares trade at an approximate average of .068 cents. PERT UBSS VFIN NITE and ETRD have been the most active MMs IMO. VFIN appeared to have gotten some cheap shares and flipped them. PERT seemed to have some cheap shares and sold them off at .05 cents. ETRD appeared to be an agent for someone trying to buy at the bid IMO.

Since the volatility on each of these months was not great I have calculated an average buy in price per month and then split the price per share over the shares each market maker acquired for the month. In general some of the shares were buys and some sells. The majority must have been sells since the stock has fallen so dramatically. Still, you will see that today is a good time to be buying near bottom in my opinion. Shares are scare and small amounts of buying causes an upturn.

Notice some of the big dumpers are no longer around, No HUNT. PERT appears to have dumped the rest of about 21,000 shares they had at .05 and I bought them. They moved from .05 up to .10 and have not been hit again that I have seen.

Here is what I can find on the China shopping channel:

* Shanghai Shi-Tsri Investment Consulting Corporation was incorporated on August 17, 2005 under the laws of the Peoples Republic of China to operate a shopping channel. C&D Production Group, Inc. owns 80% of the outstanding shares of Shanghai Shi-Tsri Investment Consulting Corporation.

* The Company currently is engaged in discussions with a company in Mainland China to establish a shopping channel in order to create additional revenue. In this regard they have opened a new Chinese company and are awaiting approval from the Chinese government, see Note 1. ITEM 2. (the bullet item above)

* The Company currently has several projects under development which we expect to complete in 2005 and 2006. Costs of production are capitalized as incurred and amortized in accordance SOP 00-2. As of September 30, 2005 $5,650,972 has been capitalized, with $3,400,000 associated with the DVM project and $2,250,972 associated with television.

* The Company has two principal operating segments which are the production of (1) television commercials, (2) DVD series on the history of China.

You must have caused the morning gap up and the buying before the bell. With my additional buys at .07, .08, and .09 I am now averaged in at around .07 or so I believe.

Nice seeing VFIN bounce around and back to over $1 on the ASK.

Seems like they snagged a few shares somewhere today but those shares seem to be getting more and more scarce.

Have every share I bought!

Still thing great possibilities exist on this one.

Not many shares out there and if they come through with the China Home TV station how huge will that be?

They also have about $5,000,000 or so tied up in ongoing projects.

Looks like VFIN got some shares at .055 and HDSN as .05 as well.

Looks like 10K bought at .06 by investor from HDSN.
With ETRD showing up as a new MM I suspect they were acting as a buying agent for someone this AM at .09 IMO

Hence IMO the trades at 9:30 (one premarket) were buys, the trades in the .05/.055 were sells just after 12PM and the .06s were BUYS

It would not take very much volume to cause a major upturn IMO.

Few shares are available in the float. It will be difficult to locate shares.

With any kind of major buying major movement would occur.
