The more I look into this the better it looks in my opinion.
Shares are very scarce and most are very tightly held. Most shares which have ever traded or been issued were for considerably more than todays price.
I am starting to believe the float is even smaller than I first believed if you identify players who own a significant amount of the stock. Many shares which were acquired were done so at much higher prices (in the dollars). The cheapest mass outlay of stock I can find was at .36 cents!!

Insider transactions. Does not align with volume. Folks registering but not selling yet?
Since 8/31/2005 until this AM only 104,000 shares have traded. Today makes around 150,000 shares. I bought 21K today.
Just from FEB 10th alone there are 150,000 shares reported. For 2006 about 270,000 shares. Much more since November 2005 around the time the movie came out. Hummmm.

C&D Production Releases Its First Digital Video Magazine
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 05, 2004 1:15 PM
- Market Wire
TAIPEI, TAIWAN, Oct. 05, 2004 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- C&D Production, Inc. (CDPI) . Taiwan's largest domestic professional advertising and creative film production company, C&D Production, Inc. has released its first DVM under the label name SEE indeed, depicting China's rich cultural heritage entitled "The Ultimate Exploration of China."
The current release is available thru www.amazon.com. The magazine comprises six documentaries and it retails for US26.60 per issue. "We hope to publish and sell 500,000 copies for the first few editions," says C&D's Chairman of the Board, Michael Chou who has personally advanced much of the cost of maintaining six video crews in China several of which have been chasing stories since 1999.
"The short films are currently available in a unique media format," says Chou who has dubbed it DVM (Digital Video Magazine). Similar to the DVD, Chou's DVM has incorporated a mini-magazine with stills from the video as part of the disc's casing. Each documentary represents chapters in the magazine and is interactive and annotated.

C&D Production Developing New Entertainment Format
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 09, 2004 10:22 AM
- Market Wire
TAIPEI, TAIWAN, Sep. 09, 2004 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- C&D Production, Inc. (CDPI) C&D Production, Inc., a Taiwan-based full-service advertising and creative film production agency is pioneering the development of a digital video magazine or DVM to be distributed and marketed in the United States, Canada and Japan.
The video magazine is the brainchild of C&D's Chairman of the Board, Michael Chou. "It was really borne out of my love for filmmaking," says Chou, a documentary and filmmaker who developed the idea three years ago. The first installment of the quarterly video magazine, entitled "The Ultimate Exploration of China," focuses on vanishing cultures in Mainland China.
"I wanted to pay homage to the Chinese culture and offer the public a view of China that very few people can access," Chou adds. "We've been to places on the Mainland that even National Geographic and Discovery Channel haven't reached."
Segments in the magazines initial reels include short films on the nomadic Kazak tribe, a jazz dance school in Shanghai, and a slice-of-life feature on one of China's living Buddha's. Each segment runs approximately 30 minutes. A majority of the segments were shot completely in film, which says Chou is "completely fitting for the magnificent scale and panoramic storytelling style that we were seeking for some of the documentaries."
C&D, through it's subsidiary SEE indeed, commissioned six camera crews for the China series that now has over 100 edited and finished stories ready for pipelining over the next few years. The DVMs will be distributed through international sales channels, including cable and broadcast media companies. Retail cost is approximately US$35 per DVM. Chou expects sales to reach 350,000 copies in the three target countries. The DVMs will also be available in Taiwan in slightly different format. Following its debut in North America and Japan, the DVM will be released in Italy, Brazil and France.

C & D Production to Market DVMS in Three Continents
WEDNESDAY, JULY 21, 2004 11:42 AM
- Market Wire
TAIPEI, TAIWAN, Jul. 21, 2004 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- C&D Production Inc (CDPI) Taiwan's largest domestic professional advertisement and creative film production company has produced over 100 short films depicting China's rich cultural heritage under a series of documentaries entitled, "The Ultimate Exploration of China."
The short films will be sold in a unique media format entitled; DVM or digital video magazine. Similar to the DVD, the Company's DVM will incorporate a mini-magazine with stills from the video as part of the disc's casing. Each documentary will represent chapters in the magazine and will be interactive and annotated.
While initially only available in the United States, Canada and Japan, the Company is presently in talks with distributors in Italy, France and Brazil.
"We believe that acceptance and enthusiasm for the idea is there so we are hopeful that we will soon be expanding to these markets as well as to the Middle East," says Michael Chou, the Chairman of the Board of C&D.
The Company intends to market the DVMs through international sales channels and informal networks. "Many of our contacts in our initial markets were Taiwanese living abroad. We hope to create the same word of mouth popularity among overseas Chinese communities as well as reach a wider local audience in these markets," says Chou.
While the current series focuses exclusively on China, Chou hopes to produce regional versions of the magazine. "We're looking to produce one for Southeast Asia and one for the Middle East and possibly Japan."
"It's a new format," says Chou, "but we're very encouraged by the response so far." Consumer test results have led C&D to project an initial run of half a million DVMs.
As far as we know, the DVM is the first in the world. Asked if he's worried about imitation, Chou shrugs, "I would be the first to be happy to see someone else copy our format. It would mean it was a success."
The Company has produced advertisements for Saatchi & Saatchi and J Walter Thompson and its extensive client list includes Ford, Toyota, 7-11 Convenience Stores, Mild Seven, Sony Ericsson and China Airlines. (CDPI) , an award winning Taiwan based full service advertising and creative film production agency, is venturing into digital video magazine publishing but as the company's general director says, "magazine publishing with a difference."
These days, the company's creative challenge has come in the form of a new media format, the digital video magazine or DVM. C&D is producing the DVMs through a new label called "SEE indeed." Chou and SEE indeed hope to publish regional versions of the China series.
"As far as I know, we're pioneers of digital video magazine concept," says Michael Chou, Chairman of the Board of C&D. "It's an innovative format that borrows heavily from print and audio visual media."

Chou continues, "We have over 100 stories already produced and in the pipeline and our six camera crews are currently scouring China and other parts of Asia for more."
"The format is a logical progression for C&D. We've expanded our multimedia capabilities which until now have been limited to producing ads for our clients to exploring filmmaking as an art form and a medium for communication across cultures and peoples," he adds.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2003 5:03 PM
- PR Newswire
TAIPEI, Taiwan, Oct 16, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- C&D Production Inc. (CDPI) announced today the completion of a recent reorganization agreement and the listing of its shares on the OTC Bulletin Board. C&D has now acquired controlling interest in a publicly trading entity and has appointed an entirely new board of directors who will be responsible for the new company's management.
C&D Production Inc. is the most renowned film production company in the Taiwanese domestic advertisement market. C&D Production Inc. has now successfully gone public on the U.S. OTCBB. C&D is the first film production company in Taiwan, as well as the first in Asia, to officially step into the international financial markets. C&D is determined to become the focus of attention for global investors.
The president of C&D Production, Mr. Michael Chou, stated that after two years of preparation, planning and hard work, we have successfully integrated resources in the upper, middle, and lower streams of Taiwan and China; and we are now ready to challenge the world with our astonishing production ability. The reason behind C&D Production's predominant position in this industry came mostly from its good reputation, professional production standard, and most of all, its global vision to transform itself into a knowledge and economic commercial center over the past years.
During the process of this vertical integration, C&D Production has actively organized a team of experts and trained a group of production talents. Furthermore, C&D has received the full concern and assistance from central governmental authorities, as well as having been granted exclusive authorization to access resources and official endorsement for various client projects. C&D Production wishes to go a step further in becoming the window of China to the whole world, and promote the refined and profound cultural and historical relics of China to an international platform. Having observed the fascination indicated by western countries toward Chinese culture and practices, C&D Production has used its own unique insight to film a series of documentaries to completely capture and present the mysteries of China to the people of the world. These documentaries will be published in a series and in a structure for the whole world to view, and it is predicted that C&D could create a popular new global view on China.
C&D Production has achieved a milestone through the listing of its shares on the U.S. OTCBB and hopes to gain recognition in the market via its strength of professional production, complete operational management and unique profit niche. C&D has indicated that this recent transaction on the OTCBB represents a new opportunity for growth with greater potential for a higher level of company distinction and chance to obtain public investment funding. The quotation of the company's shares also will facilitate the likelihood for C&D to seek out a larger and more diverse shareholder base through market investment and trade. Current Operations
We decided to discontinue our Television Broadcasting and Feature Film and Documentary operations in December 2004 because of Taiwanese laws that prevented us from doing business in China. In addition, we were dissatisfied with the quality of work of our subcontractors in China. We believe that we will be reimbursed for the entire amount we spent for the production of feature films and documentaries by the end of the year. We may attempt to produce feature films or documentaries in the future, but currently have no plans to do so.
Note to self: They actually did get all of their money back from the subcontracter. Check out other posts. What is the chance of that in the good ole USA in any kind of non - legal drawn out settlement ?
Advertising Projects
As a film and multimedia production company, we provide a wide array of services in connection with filming and producing television commercials. There are generally three phases to producing a television commercial: pre-production, filming, and post-production. As the first step in the pre-production process, we meet with the client to understand the client's creative direction and budget for a particular commercial project. We then provide the client with a proposal, which sets forth an estimate of the costs and expenses for the project. Following approval of our proposal, we then hold a pre-production meeting with the client to review specific aspects of the commercial shoot. We then shoot the commercial and manage all post-production matters, which include editing and adding any special effects, musical scores and voice-overs. Once our proposal is accepted by a client, the average commercial takes six to eight weeks to complete.
The following is a list of the major services we provide in connection with filming and producing a commercial:
o scouting set locations and procuring all required licenses, paying all related fees and rental costs associated with using a particular set location;
o hiring the director, art director, film crew, stylists, editors, and all other persons involved in filming and producing the commercial;
o procuring and/or providing all of the equipment necessary to film the commercial, including lighting and cameras;
o designing and constructing sets;
o designing and procuring wardrobe and props;
o arranging for transportation to and from the set location;
o providing catering at the set location;
o obtaining any required film or picture stock footage;
o hiring and managing animators or special effects persons; and
o overseeing all aspects of video and audio post-production.
We leverage our knowledge of the film and television commercial industry to produce high quality, technically sophisticated commercials in a cost efficient manner. We are able to meet a broad range of our clients' needs, from highly technical projects with special effects to more basic, cost sensitive projects.
Our clients generally are advertising companies and agencies. We work primarily with 8 advertising agencies, for which we produced over 95% commercial advertisements in 2004. Through these advertising agencies, in 2004 we produced commercials for internationally known companies such as Honda, to regionally prominent companies such as Wan-Tai Bank and Oley.
Current Target Industry Areas
While there are diverse markets and opportunities for our television advertisements, we are currently focused on servicing customers in the following industries:
o Consumer Electronics
o Automotive

CDPI 192,000 shares traded and this has went from over $1 to .05 cents! Moves on AIR. UTs even without buys in some cases, just the threat of being on the ASK and an MM moves. Have to like that!
CDPI - I got a partial fill of a little more than 21K at .05 today. SACM ran from .07 on NO buys. PERT filled 21K and went from .05 to .10 cents. UBSS filled 5K at .06 and went to .14 cents. Not alot of shares out there.
