Hey there SeatlleITguy, doing great.
Hope everything is Ok with you and yours.
I haven't really checked on BotW, but my nephew was saying spring 2023.
Also heard a rumor that there is a new GTA in the works, but looks like could be a year or two.
Oddly enough, we are playing through Terraria again. There have been enough updates to it over the years that its almost like a new game.
It could be a good one for you and your son, since it can be played split screen if you haven't played it yet.
Its an old school 8 bit side scroller that reminds me of the old Nintendo 1 games.
Its for PS 3 and 4, but not sure about the switch.
Have a safe and Happy Halloween.
Spot on, dude. Hope you’re doing well. I’m good - just moving through the rat race via the path of least resistance.
I haven’t checked recently - have you heard anything about a release date for the next Zelda game? I’m feeling ready for it. Wouldn’t mind a new GTA, too, but that’s probably wishful thinking.
13 Rules for Dealing with Sociopaths
This list was taken from "The Sociopath Next Door", by Martha Stout, Ph.D
https://www.dailystrength.org/group/the-den/discussion/13-rules-for-dealing-with-sociopaths
1. The first rule involves the bitter pill of accepting that some people literally have no conscience.
2. In a contest between your instincts and what is implied by the role a person has taken on---educator, doctor, leader, animal lover humanist, parent, child--go with your instincts. Your unfiltered impressions, though alarming and seemingly outlandish, may well help you out if you will let them. Your best self understands, without being told, that impressive and moral-sounding labels do not bestow conscience on anyone who did not have it to begin with.
3. When considering a new relationship of any kind, practice the Rule of Threes, regarding the claims and promises a person makes, and the responsibilities he or she has. Make the Rule of Threes your personal policy. Cut your losses and get out as soon as you can. Leaving though it may be hard, will be easier now than later, and less costly. Do not give your money, your work, your secrets, or your affection to a three timer. Your valuable gifts will be wasted.
4. Question authority.
5. Suspect flattery.
6. If necessary, redefine your concept of respect. Too often, we mistake fear for respect, and the more fearful we are of someone, the more we view him or her as deserving of our respect.
7. Do not join the game. Intrigue is a sociopath’s tool. Resist the temptation to compete with a seductive sociopath, to outsmart him, psychoanalyze, or even banter with him. In addition to reducing yourself to his level, you would be distracting yourself from what is really important, WHICH IS TO PROTECT YOURSELF.
8. The best way to protect yourself from a sociopath is to avoid him, to refuse any kind of contact or communication. Sociopaths live completely outside of the social contract, and therefore to include them in relationships or other social arrangements is perilous.
9. Question your tendency to pity too easily. Respect should be reserved for the kind and morally courageous. It should be reserved for innocent people who are in genuine pain or who have fallen on misfortune.
10. Do not try to redeem the unredeamable. Second chances are for people who possess conscience. If you are dealing with a person who has no conscience, know how to swallow hard and cut your losses. The sociopath’s behavior is not your fault, not in any way whatsoever. It is also not your mission. Your mission is your own life.
11. Never agree, out of pit or for any other reason, to help a sociopath conceal his or her true character. Other people deserve to warned more than sociopaths deserve to have you keep their secrets.
12. Defend your psyche. Do not allow someone without conscience, or even a string of such people, that humanity is a failure. Most human beings do possess conscience and are able to love.
13. Living well is the best revenge.
IMO and FWIW.
Positive Outcome using TCM to Treat Covid-19 Patients
A Company in Hong Kong has been in the bioscience medical front, R&D-ing treatments of COVID-19 by using Traditional Chinese Medicine (”TCM”). This company is no other than Regencell Bioscience Limited $RGC which was founded in Year 2014 and recently IPO-ed in United States Nasdaq Market in Year 2021.

Additional effecacy trial (EARTH-B TRIAL) was also conducted later, followed the same procedures as its predecessor effecacy trial but on a larger scale patient scale. In this trial, 80% of the COVID-19 cases were of Omicron variant for patients gathered in Malaysia.
Of the 51 Patients tested during EARTH-B Trial, 94.1% of the patients (48 patients) had sympstoms of mild-moderated eliminated (except for Sensory Dysfunction or occasional cough) within 6 days; whereas 90.2% (46 patients) had reported recovery of one or more symptons after one day of treatment. Non-Stop Insider Shares Buyback!
In investing, it is always worth while to findout who are the majority shareholders of the company. Understanding of business ownership strucutre is vital as it determines who is in control of the company and its direction. Moreso, having a large number of shares would either benefit or loses most when the stock price moves.
Data shows that insiders recently bought shares in the company and they were rewarded after market cap rose US$64m last week.
Small companies that are not very actively traded often, thus lack institutional investors. It is more common to see insitutional investors in larger companies instead.
There are multiple explanations for why institutions don't own a stock. The most common is that the company is too small relative to funds under management, so the institution does not bother to look closely at the company. Alternatively, there might be something about the company that has kept institutional investors away.
Hedge funds don't have many shares in Regencell Bioscience Holdings. With a 81% stake, CEO Yat-Gai Au is the largest shareholder. It's usually considered a good sign when insiders own a significant number of shares in the company, and in this case, it’s glad to see a company insider with such skin in the game. In comparison, the second and third largest shareholders hold about 7.6% and 0.1% of the stock.
With a 11% ownership, the general public, mostly comprising of individual investors, have some degree of sway over Regencell Bioscience Holdings. This size of ownership, while considerable, may not be enough to change company policy if the decision is not in sync with other large shareholders.
With a stake of 7.6%, private equity firms could influence the Regencell Bioscience Holdings board. Some might like this, because private equity are sometimes activists who hold management accountable. But other times, private equity is selling out, having taking the company public.

Thought you might find some humor in this.
Sale on Healthcare Stock #RGC
Regencell bioscience, a healthcare company stock affected by the market, seeing drops of around 30% from last week’s peak. Investors who are looking to own this stock could find the current price attractive and begin collecting the ticker.
Regencell is a recently IPO in July 2021, and had seen a staggering rise of >300% in share price weeks after being listed.
Regencel Bioscience Holding is a R&D and Commercialise Healthcare company that focusses on treating ADHD, ASD and COVID-19 using Traditional Chinese Medicine (”TCM”) approach.
In the past, the company had been through rainy and rough days of being shorted by both short sellers and traders alike which had been strategically planned. Some journalists even compared the short attacked to be identical or even more severe than what happened to the infamous GameStop (GME)
The Company CEO, a practicing TCM practitioner (Mr Au) did not taken this event without a stand. Mr Au has voiced out “Short and distort schemes used on our stock are negatively affecting our company. These schemes hurt our investors and patients, especially children and their families who are looking for a natural approach to treat attention hyperactivity disorder (“ADHD”), autism spectrum disorder (“ASD”) and COVID-19, and have the potential to disrupt our mission to help our patients.”
Mr Au took further response by buying back over 5 million ordinary shares to defend the company against these short sellers and has also announced that he will not be drawing salary nor bonus (<1$) until the company reaches $1 Billion USD.
Further stance were taken by the company’s directors and employees where stock options which were previously granded upon company IPO will be subjected to a lock-up of 6 months vesting period. The shares will be locked up until January 16, 2023.
Hey there SeattleITguy,
Do you remember Aldo Nova from way back?
I think he was a 1 man band that played all instruments and recorded his music 1 track at a time and then overlaid them all together.
I think that is why he was never able to tour.
Just some useless trivia that I don't even know to be true.
Anyways, stay safe.
Hey Reaper,
We’re always on guard for earthquakes and tsunamis (and volcanic explosions) in this neck of the woods. The landscape here is absolutely, positively beautiful, but the (potential) trade offs are always lingering. I lived up near the Canadian border when the Nisqually quake hit. The epicenter was about 130 miles south of me, but I woke up thinking I was having a seizure. Then I realized my desk and clock were mildly shaking and that it must have been an earthquake.
Again, about two years ago, I was woken up in the middle of the night to similar mild shaking. This time the epicenter was about 10 miles away, but the quake was much less intense on the Richter scale compared to the Nisqually quake.
I have definitely thought about recording my own music. I foresee doing it some day, and probably when my son is a little more independent so I have more time. He starts kindergarten in September. Crazy.
For now, I dream of being able to record music like the Beastie Boys “The Mix-up” album. I will never ever have their talent, but the vibe of that album (and much of their instrumental music) is what I like when just trying to relax.
On that note. I’ve got some drums to play before bed! Take care!
Glad to hear that Vegas worked out for ya.
Ive heard that your neighborhood is on alert for quakes and tsunamis, hope all is still well.
Sounds like you should invest in a digital multi-track recorder. I haven't priced them out lately, but they have gotta be cheap nowadays.
I used a Boss BR1600 back in the day. The thing is awesome for the money and has on board effects and built in CD burning.
Direct inputs, so you can lay down a drum track and add the bass over it, without bothering anyone.
Just a thought.
Stay safe and feel free to provide an update on the quakes n stuff over there.
Hi Reaper,
Semi-good news from Vegas. We budget x-amount of money for gambling when we go. Some years we do really well and use the winnings at the Encore spa. Other years, we lose it all. This year, we only lost half of what we budgeted. But we only play slots and video poker. It “stretches” the dollar :).
I’m a wannabe musician, too. Rhythm has always been innate to me. I have a bass guitar that I love, but it’s impossible to play it without my family (or my neighbors) hating me. So, I’m contented with my electronic drums and headphones. Can actually play along with Weezer or Smashing Pumpkins songs without totally screwing up. I suppose that statement also shows my age, too.
Even if I’m not that good at drums, I’m having a lot of fun with them, and it’s good stress relief. I encourage anyone who has “toyed” with a hobby to find a way to make it an actual hobby. Alright, I’ll step off my
soapbox now. Take care, man!
Good luck in Vegas bud,
Ive never been there myself.
Glad you are enjoying your new kit. I did a quick google search and it looks pretty cool and has really good ratings.
As a former guitar playing wanna-be, with no talent...the drums always looked like a lot of work to me. Gosh I am lazy.
LOL.
Stay safe in your travels.
The drum kit I bought is an Alesis Command-X. Not just pad drums.
Hi Reaper,
I wanted an acoustic drum kit in high school, but my parents (understandably) wanted nothing to do with that in the house. My older brother had finally moved out (along with his years of playing electric guitar), so I was doomed in my request before I asked.
I’d much prefer an acoustic set, but I don’t have a place to set them up right now. The particular electronic kit I bought sounds pretty darn good. The mesh heads are actually pretty similar to an acoustic set. The feel of hitting the cymbals leaves something to be desired, but they still sound pretty good. Anyhow, best purchase I’ve made in a long time.
Heading to Vegas soon (without child) to celebrate birthdays. Maybe I’ll get lucky and strike it rich, but probably unlikely at the $5 video poker games I tend to play when I visit that town.
I’m with you with regards to what scares kids. I think it might be a little soon for my particular kid’s interests to get into DragonballZ, but I appreciate the idea. Will definitely keep it as an option in the not-too-distant future.
Be well!
Hey there SeattleITguy,
Definitely have to watch dragonball through a kids eyes. The Goku/Vegita rivalry is funny as it progresses.
As far as kids go though, I can remember being a kid and being freaked out by some of the scenes in Dumbo. Especially the psychedelic "Elephants on parade" scene. LOL.
As far as your electronic drum set goes, I can remember the exact point in time when I accepted them as being "cool."
It was the time when Def Leppard transitioned to them from their Pyromania album to their Hysteria album, after their drummer lost his arm in their tour bus accident.
One of these days you will have to post a drum solo to youtube JFSAG (Just For Shits and Giggles.)
Glad you are well.
Stay safe my friend.
Hey Reaper,
I’ve never been one to buy into “the sky is falling” camp. In fact, I’ve written off such thoughts for most of my life.
While I don’t believe it’s falling now, I do believe we are in far-from-normal times. In fact, so far-from-normal that I believe the definition of “normal” is changing. Right now is the real deal - not just alarmists screaming at a wall.
I was looking more at DragonballZ. Im definitely interested in checking it out! My son is interesting - in most ways, he’s fearless, but it’s hit-or-miss when it comes to fictional “scariness”. On the one hand, he like Incredibles 2 more than the original - even though the sequel is darker and more scary. On the other hand, he gets frightened at some scenes in the Curious George Halloween special.
On an unrelated note - after wanting one since I was 16, I finally bought a drum set.. SO MUCH FUN!. It’s electronic, so I can play through headphones and not make everyone within an earshot hate me. That said, I’m ready for an amp… so I guess there’s that.
Hey there SeattleITguy,
Glad to hear everything is going well.
Funny. "Historic times."
I cant tell you how many times Ive bought into the "sky is falling" scenarios. Its embarrassing really.
Y2K, 9/11, fiscal cliff, too big to fail, QE, rate hikes, etc.
I am sucker for fear porn whenever the local Walmart is running low on Doritos for a week. LOL.
I haven't seen the Obi-Wan show yet. In fact, I haven't seen much of anything in quite awhile.
My nephew wanted me to watch Dragon Ball Z on DVD, whenever we have a chance to hang out.
10 seasons, multiple animated movies and one live action movie.
Just wrapped it up last week, but took almost a year.
It was a pretty cool journey and it might be something you could watch with your son.
Cartoony enough that a youngster would enjoy it, but complex multiverse story lines that make it interesting for a grown up (not saying that I have ever grown up though.)
Just a thought.
Hey Reaper,
Hope all is well for you in these “historic times!” All is good in my neck of the woods.
I can’t remember if you’re a Star Wars fan. If so, have you been able to catch the Obi-Wan Kenobi show yet?
Now worries SeattleITguy,
Stop by whenever it suits you. I'm not on ihub as much anymore either.
Happy to hear that you are in a good place.
As far as my nephew, he seems happy going from commercial/industrial new construction high voltage (working outside in the elements,) to working indoors low voltage.
From what I can understand he is pulling a lot of cable so far and misses his friends from the old company he worked for.
Time will tell but it looks good so far.
Be well.
Hi Reapee,
Time does fly. These last couple of years have been the longest two years to ever go by so quickly. My son had just turned three years old when this all started, and he’ll be starting Kindergarten next fall. Crazy…. I’m looking forward to the upcoming ebb. It’ll be a nice “break” for all of us to come up for air.
Speaking of which, a few buddies and I got together at a family cabin in the cascade mountains about 6 months ago. It was awesome to see them. Anyhow, we were sitting outside, shooting the breeze and listening to the river. All of a sudden we heard a bunch of loud fireworks…. We look over, and there is a Douglas Fir tree falling over into the river. I’m guessing it was about 50 years old. What did I learn? If a tree falls in the forest?? It definitely makes a sound!
As for legos. Yeah, I can attest that having a larger budget definitely results in extraneous purchases. It’s fun and relaxing, though. And it’ll force you to find some plays that’ll make you some money so you can support the Lego habit :P.
That’s cool about your nephew. Understanding high voltage and low voltage are great and practical skills. Both carry dangers (depending whether your pulling cables in 30 foot rafters or simply through some false ceilings), but low voltage has an advantage for safety… it’s almost impossible to get electrocuted :). You think your nephew is gaining any interest in IT infrastructure (ie. servers, workstations, switches, etc.)? I’m a bit nerdy on it all, but it’s pretty cool stuff. Pays decently, and keeps the mind sharp.
Nice to be exchanging messages with you again. The rat race does distract me, but I’ll try to check in a bit more often. Take care!
Hey there SeattleITguy, glad you are doing well.
Happy to hear that you were able to get your son vaccinated. I know that it was very important for you as a parent.
Gosh, cant believe he is 5 already. Time flies.
FWIW, my nephew is following in your footsteps and has been an IBEW apprentice for about a year. He recently switched from high voltage to low voltage, so is doing a lot of IT work now (hospitals and nursing homes etc.)
Legos. Say no more. I have loved them since when I was a kid but could only afford the small kits back then.
It would be fun to revisit Legos with a bigger budget. LOL...
If you haven't seen the Lego movies, they are great.
Saw them in the theaters several years ago with my nephew before he grew up (everything is awesome.)
The Lego games are pretty cool as well with couch co-op.
2022 looks like could be a really good year. Red states have been done with covid for a long time, but really looks like it is waning for all states.
With covid hopefully behind us, we can start worrying about inflation or the great reset.
We will always have a few monsters under the bed to worry about.
Glad you are well and feel free to stop by whenever you wish.
Stay safe.
Hey Reaper,
I am alive and well - not ignoring you. Just navigating “IT Project Season” during the days (and some nights and weekends) while herding a 5-year old the rest of the time.
Had a change of entertainment recently. Been spending more time with LEGO building. It’s a great distraction from everything else going on in the world, and my son loves the train we built. I’m now on a mission to collect the right bricks to re-create some of the subway and elevated stations we have in Seattle. Not to scale (I don’t have that much patience), but the hobby keeps me going.
I also recently got into Sudoku. I’m about 10 years late to that party, but it’s “mindless” entertainment that helps keep my mind sharp(ish).
I know everyone has their opinions on the vaccine, and I’m not here to debate that. My son is finally old enough to get the shot, so he’s done with the first round. Once he gets his second shot, he’ll be on level playing field with all of us older than five to be able to choose whether to get the jab or not (I fully understand that he is five, and his parents made the decision, but hopefully you get my meaning).
I’m neither optimistic nor pessimistic on where 2022 will take the world. Like everyone else, though, it would sure be nice to get back to some level of normalcy. While hope is not much of a strategy, I do think it’s still worth hoping for the best.
Hey there, SeattleITguy.
Gonna be picking up Pokémon Legends Arceus tomorrow.
New release that is supposed to be a blend of Pokémon and BOTW.
Just a thought.
Hope things are well.
Happy New Year SeattleITguy,
BoTW is such a great game. The funny thing is, is that I played BoTW in kinda the same way I play GTA.
The open world play on both are great, except with GTA you really need to use cheat codes to explore the map and interact the world without grinding.
With GTA, use a cheat code to spawn a helicopter and explore the map.
Crash the gates at the airport and attempt to steal a jet.
I have never played GTA on the Switch, so not sure if codes are available.
Either way, it looks like a win/win situation.
Don't be a stranger.
Hi Reaper,
Hope all is well. Question for 2022… is it too soon for me to play BoTW again? I finished everything (for the second time) back in July. Was playing MarioKart, recently with my son, and chose Link as my driver. Now I just want to play BoTW again.
I downloaded the GTA trilogy for Switch, but just can’t get myself into it (yet). So I need to play a different game for now.
Funny stuff 12yp. Reminded me of the "Hoof Hearted" race win.
Thanks for starting the new year with a laugh, even though it is a serious situation.
Cheers Reap!, you're not alone, bit of a horse race really ;)
Happy New Year irondog,
Thanks for sharing your picks PSYCF and GRNL for 2022.
I really don't have anything on my radar at the moment, so appreciate tips from people I trust.
Don't be a stranger and have a great 2022.
Hey there 12yp.
Better to be lucky than good. Yes, it was a pretty OK year.
Oddly, not sure what to do moving forward.
Have always had a plan but, now I don't know.
Thanks for the song BTW.
Nothing wrong with a cool song with a cutie lead singer.
Even with the cutie lead, a second guitar solo is always a risk.
LOL.
Happy New Year my liberal friend and hope you have a safe and prosperous 2022.
Hey reaper, my pick for 2022 is.....
PSYCF
and it's gonna take off soon!
and still GRNL too!
Happy New Year
My New Year Resolution Reap - hold .0001s longer!
(U must be filthy rich by now ;).
rb$
.. and stop listening to those ruthless FUDs ;)
Hey there 12yp,
I hear ya. So much of this stuff is over my head.
Just trying to learn as I go.
Doing well and assume you are also.
Thanks for the post and have safe and profitable 2022.
Hey Reap, yeah.. I'm not being a very good student of W. Buffett
As I neither really understand the tech and nor would I use it
But apparently a lot of people are really into their phones for everything
Handy back office data crunchin' for businesses as well
More importantly, the stock goes up and down regularly!, lol..
Although no where close to .0001
It's at a fairly solid support these days
And they like putting out lots of NRs
Some are even contracts ;)
How have you been doing?
Good Vibrations I see is a long way from .0001
Wow $a!
Cheers!
Oh yeah, a good researcher on dat board introduced me to these
Three characters who are pretty groovy..
Hey there 12yp, FOBIF a winner for 2022?
Will have to check it out.
Be well and thanks for the help.
Everyone knows I need all the help I can get.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 12yp.
Hope you are well.
Supposed to be a big year so at least back to over $2.
I mainlined a couple netflix series just for the experience
Like acid, heroin or coke
And found the emotional hooks
A bit too predictable and without substance
Maybe, I'm too much an insensitive hardazz
Maybe, years in the Penny "Plan" trenches
Growing scar tissue over skin receptors
Life is short and about choices
I'd rather be a "user" of beer
Cheers!
HNY!

Good to see ya 12yp.
GVSI should be pink current in about a week.
Have a good week and a safe and happy Thanksgiving.
Good stuff Reap!, man I forget that stock. Even that I owned it.
Unrelated, other than to remembering an old friend..

Hope you are right supervalue.
If you are in Canada, might wanna think about grabbing some GVSI.
The current CEO/custodian is shareholder advocate George Sharp that R/M'ed TSNP to HMBL.
GVSI is currently restricted in the US on the Expert Market, but filed the form 10 to bring it current soon.
Apparently Canadians are able to buy ahead of the broader market before the tier upgrade.
Just a thought.
Be well.

Hey 12yp,
I’ve been waiting almost 35 years (when I was just a school age kid) for this day…..The NHL’s first home game in Seattle……
Ironically, I am in Portland at the moment, but you get my sentiment :).
Xtra Bitcoin has a 600 percent run !
The reaper chillax stock forum
About the board
This is a “free zone” stock forum open to any stock exchange and any tier OTC security. It is intended to be a board where anyone and everyone can post stock picks, charts, research and strategies in a casual environment without any pressure.
I don’t anticipate many promotions or momentum plays being posted about here, but they are certainly allowed.
This board was created to give everyone a chance to get away from high pressure, short term trading concepts and take a longer view on what may be better opportunities.
Typically, shell corporations, recently re-instated companies, reverse mergers or other FLEs (Forward Looking Events) that may require a slightly longer term hold than a typical momentum play.
Keep in mind that posts on this board are opinions and should not be considered investment advice. You are ultimately responsible for your own actions.
For me, if stock trading isnt fun, there is no point to it.
There are a million ways to be miserable and still make money that require less time and effort.
This is always going to be work, only you get to do it on your own terms and enjoy the benefits of your own success.
So have fun, trade smart and always take profits and risk off the table.
