Hoping sellers have dried up and with good news and increased earnings in 2023 this could easily be 10X from here, if not much better. With only 85 million shares it should not take much to move the stock higher. You have to figure most people that have had this a while are way underwater and will hold for better times or forgotten about it. Wishing the best for all.

If you remember, and prior to this year, they were "rolling" the note agreements to control dilution through conversion. I do know however, back in April (April 1st or so), that didn't occur and we saw additional note conversions through default. IMO, I think under the covid/shipping issue, etc. circumstances, they just decided to take the hit.

I actually don't think they expected this last round of conversion and it caught them off guard. I say that because they mentioned in the 10-Q that "no notice of default was given"...something to that effect. So what???? They didn't expect conversions because there was no notice? Very dumb if so but again, I'm guessing.

As for Anshu owning more than 50%, yes I'm aware but again, in order to stay legit in their filings, they would need to file for any shares bought or sold by ANY majority shareholder.

I think the additional shares came from the default condition with AJB Capital. The default of the 10-Q filing allowed them to convert shares. Since then, the amendment was put in place on August 22nd but the damage was already done. It was NOT Anshu or any other majority shareholder since a filing would have been required...for which, there was none.

They do have decent revenue and with the AI and EV business they are in growing markets and unlike the previous company have products to sell with a wide audience. Finally, after years of telling people this was junk, I feel like they maybe on the right path. It will now depend on if they have the right people and build a good team to market what they have. Being they have a small number of shares it would not take much to launch the stock. Not sure how the charging station is billed. Do they sell the package, lease it and how is revenue split?

Is the perfect storm brewing with XDSL? With the new EV tax credit starting 1\23 comes some stipulations on who get the credit. Most will go to minorities. As you know many at XDSL are of Indian descent. So, who are the most prevalent people running franchises like Subway, hotels, dry cleaning, corner markets with gas, etc. People search for EV chargers when staying somewhere, going to a meeting or grab a meal. This makes the customer stay longer and spend more money. They can plan their routes and stops and get information about the local area. This information could also have value to marketers. With the new COO having experience in this business, you have to figure he liked the potential or would have not likely taken the job. This remains a high risk, but also a very high potential in a short period of time.

I have followed this company for over 20 years since Ron Durando started with Pot Splitters. I even met them in Atlanta when they had the big electronic show here and went to the after party. Could tell he was a sleaze ball right off. I followed Anshu and watched him with VRSU and knew XDSL would have the same fate, but now he's gone. MPOWER has to be legit if an expert in this field signed on and took the risk of going with a small company like XDSL. He had to see potential. Fo a penny stock they don't have that many shares and a book value of .09 according to Yahoo and trading around .025 now. They were at .32 as a high. As part of the new bill just past EV charging stations will allow for a 30% tax credit to businesses up to 100K again starting the first of the year for 10 years. So, this company has huge potential to grow. Sure, still risky as is any penny stock, but this one now has a big potential. Just my opinion.
