I think the additional shares came from the default condition with AJB Capital. The default of the 10-Q filing allowed them to convert shares. Since then, the amendment was put in place on August 22nd but the damage was already done. It was NOT Anshu or any other majority shareholder since a filing would have been required...for which, there was none.
