Even if the wool could be pulled over your eyes, it should have been abundantly clear what was going on when they engaged with a legitimate accounting firm and were dropped by them less than a month later.

Dirty books were obvious.

All OTC stocks have one or more of the following:
-Garbage management
-Insanely bloated share structures
-Non-existent or unsustainable businesses
-Are straight up fraud or scams
-Mind spinning amounts of debt
