Even if they did, the volume yesterday should have absorbed it easily. I think a confluence of events occurred. Some pump groups dumping, shorts manipulating, some selling by the underwriter.

I have always thought this was going to be a long play for myself, so not overly concerned with the drop, though I liked seeing the green in my account, a lot more than the red. lol

Still the very early stages here. don't see it sitting in this range for an extended period. Gives those who had no shares a chance at accumulating at a discount.

Hard to determine if the underwriter contributed to this free fall by releasing any locked-up shares, as is their right

That aside, the average cost basis of ordinary, public shareholders is way north of ISPCs current share price

Unfortunately, whatever forces contributed to the rise in share price have stepped aside.

I cashed in 1/3 with the recent rise and my remaining shares average cost is right here in upper 6's (not calculating my earlier profits into my cost basis)

Underwriter already closed the IPO. They can't do an offering for another 3-6 months minimum. Simply put, this stock is being heavily manipulated by the shorts, especially if a stock doesn't have enough bid support, if a stock doesn't have great bid support market makers and short hedges can manipulate the stock however they please. Good luck.

Definitely a possibility, but the borrow rate to short ISPC just jumped to 55% as well. So shorting is heavily in the mix here.
