Hard to determine if the underwriter contributed to this free fall by releasing any locked-up shares, as is their right

That aside, the average cost basis of ordinary, public shareholders is way north of ISPCs current share price

Unfortunately, whatever forces contributed to the rise in share price have stepped aside.

I cashed in 1/3 with the recent rise and my remaining shares average cost is right here in upper 6's (not calculating my earlier profits into my cost basis)
