I'm thinking once the company starts to release PR's we are going to see some very big jumps in PPS. Until then just being patient. This has the float to be a serious mover, and the YOY 90% growth in revenue speaks of the quality of the company and future potential.

I am going to mark down that underwriter Think-equity. Not buying anymore of their ipo’s. That was an underhanded move by them for sure. Sell the ipo shares for 8, then convert all the debt into shares at $5.6.

"Locked up shares" not looking so locked up. Only the converted "locked up" shares could be sold at these prices for equal money or profit. Volume is good, but it slamming the bid is not the kind of volume increase we necessarily want. Let's hope they are slamming the bid to pick up stop losses. Would be a good time for the company to speak on their operations and plans.....

With no news following a successful roll out and completion of the IPO, and the lack of interest from the investing community that is natural for a little known company, it would have been important to have some PRs on deck about strategic partnerships, how they plan to execute a corporate plan to get value for their shareholders from operations, and lay out cliff notes on what they do. A cookie cutter COO interview with no numbers or revenue projections is not going to get any attention or price movement. If they continue their silence with shares converted at $5.60, $5s is very possible in the near term. And if they string out their silence and remain under the radar for 30 days, shorts will take over the price action. GLTA

Well, that is the reality then ? Are they dumping more shares at a lower price right out of the gate? This was going to be a promising IPO, followed by an exponential growth based on novelty on the market etc. Now they are just like everyone else, having to be a failed startup? Odd timing to double the OS.I have a small position, and I was thinking to add more, howver, where's the bottom ?I see this dipping under $5 sometimes? Dreams of $20 are just dreams....

Just looking at the numbers available. It looks like in addition to the 2.25M IPO shares that were put into the market. An additional 1.5M was left unrestricted for financiers to recover their monies. This would account for the selling pressure and volume on the first day of trading. At this point in looks as if the unrestricted shares have been absorbed by the market, and the approximately 3M shares left are restricted for at least the first 6 months (although I doubt insiders will be selling their shares at these levels anyway).

Still a very healthy share structure for investors to get excited about.

Just waiting on the first PR's and news updates now.

With the latest 8k, looks like the OS has more than doubled. Trying to read through the filing, but yet to find dates the new shares can be traded. Anyone able to point to the page where it states they are not able to be dumped right away? The $5.60 conversion price makes $7 an instant win and hope they are unable to sell yet and drive the stock down.

I love being early in a good stock. ISPC sure looks like a good one.

Bottom line Milo, no matter how you slice it, this small cap IPO is going to run, just based on the previous IPO runners, all we need is volume and the price will adjust accordingly. Not to mention this company has revenues and it is growing 90% YOY, it will run once that volume comes in, the point is you want to be in before the run, not after the run because you could be paying 40% higher if they halt the ticker. Simple fact, ORPH, was trading at 9 dollars before the halt and it opened at 12 dollars and change after the halt was lifted then another halt and each time the halt was lifted it opened 30-40% higher. Valuation here should start 75-100 million dollars and at some point it can reach 200 million valuation and when look at the number this is still at under 18 million, so at the low end we should 4 times from where we are and high point 8 times from where we are. No matter how you slice it, 20 dollars is on deck with some decent volume next week.

Just load anything under $8.00 and prepare for glory and sell nothing less than 20....30....40...and even 50, with a squeeze we could possibly hit triple dollars, who knows, one thing I am certain of, based on previous IPO runners, this is easy 50 dollars, even at that price the company is worth 100 million which is still undervalued. No brainer on all fronts.
