There is no solid proof yet that it is Winick's comapny but look at the companies it claims to hold. All but I think one are Winick affiliated companies. IMWL never was a real ecommerce site, Samai and that other person are not real, jsut made up by Winick as are many of the people who run his companies, most times from Thailand. Many of the times he will use his initials for the peoples nakes and Wiltshire Smyth is a prime example of that.

The times I ever emailed Samai and he answered, his responses were mispelled and exactly like Winicks. The IMWL and other "holdings" websites are mostly stolen from copyrighted websites.

So with that being said, anything can happen. Like I had said, there are always the pumpers who attempt to create a big pump and dump. That is the only way this will move.

I actually tried to reach Wiltshire Smyth, which in its press releases claims that IMusic Worldwide is "wholly owned" by it after the acquisition. Of course, if that is true, it would leave none of the shares of the company trading publicly, which would mean that IMWL is a zombie ticker that does not actually represent ownership of IMusic Worldwide as an operating company (if indeed it is an operating company -- we can't really confirm that either). Is Wiltshire Smyth Winick's company?

Anything is possible. Some people will buy snow in the winter time. This is not a company but with the proper promoter pumping it or group of pumpers, they will catch ignorant people sleeping and be able to dump their shares for profit and leave a whole new generation of bagholders.

The reason the company has never gotten back to you is that the company, Sandy Winick, is in a Bangkok jail and he is the mastermind behind this and so many other pump and dumps.

Yes, IMWL is one of the shadiest tickers around, and there may not even be a company behind it. The supposed "100% owner" does not return emails or phone calls.

But yes, if a few people decide to all buy at the same time, the stock price could run up, after which it would be a desperate race for the exits.

I think everyone will pretty much agree with the two sides of the coin. No more personal stuff.

its all up to the OTC buyers, this stock is OTC at its finest..a group that will pump this, any group of 5 or 6 guys with buying pressure will make this pop hard from the .0006-.0014s, thats where the range is right now...the float is very low here. any kind of buying pressure without selling past .01 will make alot of money here at IMWL

right now the big story of this play has been updated in the ibox... OS has been reduced from over 800 million last march to 174 million confirmed today. Press release from company website is also in the ibox.

I hope the "authorities" have a more important things to do than to watch a stock chat board with 100 dollar/day transactions. I know we have a lot of wasteful government spending, but that would take the cake.

look at the volume and look at the dates, when the TA was restricted, down came the volume. The TA isn't the guilty one here and there is no solid proof that winick is even associated with IMWL. Just stand back and laugh as we take this to new highs and you wish you would have taken a small risk.
