Mobile app quits on iPhone. Had it working for a few minutes today, but it is quitting again.
Apt keeps flashing off after only being on for two seconds
When searching for tickers on the App many appear twice. One is otcbb the other usotc. Only one will show all info as trades and charts. Can this be rectified to have only one item in the search result?

Lately I got a lot of app crashes while just typing in the first two or three letters of a ticker into the search window. Should I send you something?

I would like to use more ihub functionality on my iPhone app like search for messages which is the most important for me.
It would also be great to manage multiple level 2 tickers on one screen.

The link from boards to ticker doesn't not work anymore in the iPhone app? You can see all messages but cannot see charts trades etc
An optic fiber cable has been cut in the middle of a large construction site and has taken down the feed. No ETA has been provided, but I am hopeful for a resolution soon.

Hi......the streaming quotes, etc. are not working at all on the iPhone app. Haven't been working almost all morning.

For the Trades, the colors are:
Green = Buy
Red = Sell
Black = Unknown trade volume as it was done between the Bid/Ask.

Thank you for letting me know. Yes I believe uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixed the problem. Nothing was done by the development team since they were trying to duplicate the problem.

I am getting the current messages now. I have been pressing "Boards" previously with no results. When I am pressing "Boards" now I am getting the messages.
Was something done by the support team? or did the un-install/re-install correct the software?
When you click on the quote page for OCAT, you should also see buttons across the top including "Boards" When you click on Boards after opening OCAT, what happens? Can you please send a screenshot to help@advfn.com

My ihub app is not able to access any messages. I was always able to access messages as they automatically came up. However have not been able to access messages in the last 2 to 3 weeks.
Do you receive an error message? What happens when you try to view messages?
I know you have the latest version, but have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the mobile app?
Have you tried to force close the app and then log back in?

ADVFN Support [Robert] On my iphone5, ihub application I am no longer able to access messages posted on the MBs. Is there something wrong on the ihub application. I have the latest ihub application available as of Mar22.

It's the same on your computer.
On the computer when you want to clear the new message count you have to click "Remove" on the Private Message. That removes it from view and it archives the message.
All PM's are never actually removed. They are all archived in Inbox Archives or Outbox archives. See:
Per our development team, you need to archive the message to remove the marker. The marker is telling you how many message you have in your mailbox.

Archiving does clear the new message marker, but I don't want to have to archive the message to clear it.
I wish only to have the new message indicator clear when I read a pm sent to me. Right now it doesn't. I have no desire to pm.
In order to archive private messages on the mobile app, you should swipe right to left and then choose archive.
You need a Premium Message Board subscription in order to send Private Messages.

I agree the app should mark privates as read, for some reason it doesn't on either my iPad or iPhone... I have to go to a desktop to clear them...
Do I have to have as subscription for those functions to work ?

Works lightyears better on iPhone
The applications is a complete dud on android Sony experia z3. Glitch won't.hold a stream, constantly lose message Board button... Does not hold a.stream have to constantly go back to watchlist to refresh stream. Needs fixing bad.

I have an older OS iphone
Those with an older version of iOS which cannot be updated can now log in again into ADVFN by manually installing the certificate.

Re: certificate error on older model iOS devices:
That is going to be a problem with older devices that don't have more recent versions of iOS and other operating systems and browsers that don't support more current (and secure) server certificates. The tech guys are looking to see if there are any work-arounds.
