iHub Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from excessive iHubing. The only requirement for membership is a desire to cut down on iHubing. We are self-supporting through our own contributions and are not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to keep our iHubing to a minimum and help others to achieve the same.

Is iHUBA For You?

We who are in iHubA came because we finally gave up trying to control our iHubing. We still hated to admit that we could never iHub safely. Then we heard from others that we were sick. (We thought so for years!) We found out that many people suffered from the same feelings of guilt and loneliness and hopelessness that we did. We found out that we had these feelings because we had the disease of excessive iHubing!
We decided to try and face up to what iHubing had done to us. Here are some of the questions we tried to answer honestly. If we answered YES to two or more questions, we were in deep trouble with our iHubing. See how you do. Remember, there is no disgrace in facing up to the fact that you have a problem.
1. When online do you always find yourself on the iHub Boards?
2. When offline do you constantly find yourself thinking of being on the iHub Boards?
3. Do you find it impossible to walk away from an iHub Board that has NEW messages or postings without reading them?
4. Do you wake up in the middle of the night, drenched in sweat because of a nightmare? A nightmare about losing your internet access?
5. Does your significant other think you are addicted to iHub because you stopped browsing the internet?
With lots of coffee, alcohol, pills of various shapes and sizes, we can all make it!
