There is one indicator that I circled in the DMI/ADX box. It shows that +DMI has dipped this low once in 5 years. I find the +DMI indicator more reliable than the ADX for this purpose. So, we should relax and wait for the ever elusive catalyst...

Absolutely right. The choke hold on this stock is obvious. Funny thing is we know the posers here are involved in it. Not sure when it stops but I’ll be here when it does. These guys are MM’s buying and dumping at 1-2 ticks. One of them is just out to get revenge on Chan and is doing whatever he can to cast doubt. Wall Street crooks from way back. They lie every time they open their mouths and have for decades. They are rich with only worldly things and sadly will never change believing they are “successful”.

Retail shareholders are hardly saviors. We don't buy to save anyone, we buy to make a profit. We want to buy low and sell high. Those holding just were wrong about our price being 'low'. Most of us don't even care if the company succeeds as long as we make a profit. I don't think CEOs should look upon us with gratitude. We are parasites happy to feed on either a thriving or rotting company as long as we get what we believe is our earned portion of the blood, which is more blood back than we expended to get here.

Igen has been on a downward trend for
3 years now, and hopefully bottoming out
at 0012 recently. Does Chan appreciate

I would like to get some details of what integrating IGEN's and Prolog's products entails and a timeline. Kind of ticks me off the PR is so vague and that also worries me a bit. Maybe they held back details to dribble out additional PRs every few weeks as they continue to dilute to pay their bills. I think rolling something out this coming spring is possible. If they are serious about this it shouldn't take much longer than that.

That said very grateful for Chan pulling this together. He must of started looking into such a partnership early in 2022.

Few patents have an assignee listed and this one doesn't. I had posted earlier that Chan was the only inventor noted. Last patent had 3 inventors. This one has one, just Chan. It is better to have fewer inventors.

Interesting take....I'm not convinced it's them. I would assume they would be "long" just like the other outfit Chan retained earlier in the year. Also I would think Jefferson is in the business to make money not lose money by dumping at 52 week lows the last couple months you know ? Maybe the prolog deal is really a defense move to shore up igen application demanded by prospective clients .might explain why no orders for past few months or maybe the balance sheet risk you chose to ignore?? They really don't need IGEN's technology they already provide similar services in terms of vehicle location and evaluation of driver driving patterns and their qualification. What they need is IGEN's status as a government approved contractor. They may also be interested in the patent.

How much do you think such a large company would be willing to pay to have access to US markets. They may start their support by licensing IGEN's patent. That would establish a basis for other companies to take the patent seriously. IGEN's market cap is $3 million. It won't take much income to make this stock move.

I haven't seen any signs that a sale for PU helps us at all. We pay them for the product we buy from them. There is no revenue stream from them to us that I have seen. They are thriving we have been barely eeeking out tiny tiny movements forward.
