Interesting take....I'm not convinced it's them. I would assume they would be "long" just like the other outfit Chan retained earlier in the year. Also I would think Jefferson is in the business to make money not lose money by dumping at 52 week lows the last couple months you know ? It doesn't explain where all these shares are coming from though. Makes no sense to me unless I'm missing something obvious. Either way I hope the dumping ends very soon GLTA
