Impressive company!

They really don't need IGEN's technology they already provide similar services in terms of vehicle location and evaluation of driver driving patterns and their qualification. What they need is IGEN's status as a government approved contractor. They may also be interested in the patent.

How much do you think such a large company would be willing to pay to have access to US markets. They may start their support by licensing IGEN's patent. That would establish a basis for other companies to take the patent seriously. IGEN's market cap is $3 million. It won't take much income to make this stock move.
