AGGX Website being updated again. Was updated about a year ago.
http://www.angiogenex.com/
In the past their timeline showed 2016 to be an important year. We'll see, and I'll keep everybody here posted
Not a surprise that a significant part of yesterday's high volume at ERMS was insider buying. Form 4 filed today
Market Value1 $1,453,072 a/o Dec 16, 2015
Cash and cash equivalents $1,411,699
Total Assets $2,631,800
Total Liabilities $81,790

ERMS getting a little cheap here. Added at .06.
Thanks, best wishes for similar results on your holdings
ASNB Nice win on this stock. Over a 500% gain in 3 years. I had some bids in a while back for .15-.18 that never got filled. It could still get a good price on a buyout maybe .40 Anyway I won't buy now but congrats on the big win.
ASNB another new high. Patience rewarded, been on this one a long time :)

ASNB - Currently .035 x .05. Insiders, and possibly the company, are choosing to buy now. I'm tagging along. Like this one :)
I've had it for quite a while and have been fortunate to trade it well. I still have a sizable position and have been adding. I'm putting it on the sleeper board only because it's gone so quiet. 30% of the trading in the last month has been insider buying on the open market. It's possible that other trades are company buys; they have a share buyback program in effect at this time. In my opinion they have fallen from the .30 level only because of the proposed new tax on medical device manufacturers. They are not a device manufacturer, but their products are proprietary specialty plastics purchased by device manufacturers. They are on the OTCQB but used to be on a higher exchange and I'm sure had traditional investors as the majority of their shareholders who have bailed for safer territory, thus the fall. The quiet trading lately tells me they have all gone now. The company has a history of losses but revenues are up and expenses are down. Management is controlling their "burn rate" well and have engaged in some creative, non-toxic financing. Again, they are choosing to buy now.
From 10q/a filed 10/12/12:

Total assets $3,329,000

They've been in business since 1993, first as a subsidiary of PolyMedica Corp, then spun off in 1996. Employee status as of 3/31/12 10k
"As of March 31, 2012, we had 15 full-time employees at our leased facility in Wilmington, Massachusetts in the following positions: (i) six in production, (ii) three in research and development, (iii) three in sales and marketing, and (iv) three in administration."
Here's today's ASNB news. What I bolded is especially interesting to me, no mention of equity or debt financing

ASNB with a new high on news :)
Hi sleepers. Been very busy, now will be traveling for a while. Will try to check in daily, glty
News today for ASNB reprting 3rd consecutive profitable quarter. Waiting for at least .30 before I put it in the winner's column here
http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20151123006180/en/AdvanSource-Biomaterials-Reports-Fiscal-2016-Quarter-Results
Hi sleepers. KLMK having a good day today. ASNB reports earnings soon. Up quite a bit since the last 10q but if they duplicate either of the last 2 quarters' results it will look cheap here. They did almost half of last year's revenue in the first quarter with record revenues and profits.
News today for KLMK

OH shoot. I am sorry I missed it.
SWHN - Website up and running
http://emirates-insolaire.com/
Hi all. Back from a wonderful 10 day road trip. Was upstate NY, love it up there. Not much changed with the ones I last wrote about (link back). Surprised to see today's action at PRKA, trading meaningful volume at .01. I wasn't watching during market hours. I've seen this before, and I'd bet that no retail buyers got any at that price. One possibility, and I say this because it happened to me early in my career, is market makers running the prices down to take out stop loss orders. It's easy to do on the thin ones. Laugh all you want but what if there were no bids from retail traders today? And what if there were stop loss orders at .01? And what if market makers had sold some short back in September because there were no retail sellers? Nice way for them to cover short positions. Like I said, laugh all you want :)
Good morning sleepers. I'm taking a vacation, leaving this afternoon. Back 10/5. Love my road trips.
SWHN - Nice buying today, $16,000 worth so far. New market maker on the bid; I love to see that with the sleepers. I'm still expecting positive news once the filings are out. In the works and completed projects, new items, interviews, etc. Heavily insider held and financed.
ASNB holding up well. Even if they don't duplicate the last quarter they're set up to do record revenues and profits for the year. Worth a much higher market cap no matter how you value them, especially for a growth company with profits.
PRKA more insider buying reported yesterday, almost $500,000 worth in the last few months. Recent 10q with improved results. Safe hold here, imo, with potential surprises.
KLMK some quiet activity over the last 10 days. Haven't given up on this one. Also heavily insider held.
APLD doesn't bother me that they're "dark." Means the investors and insiders have no interest in selling shares.
AGGX share selling won't happen here either. From their website:
"The discovery of new anti-cancer drugs by AngioGenex. AngioGenex has pursued this new information and has discovered and developed drugs that have the ability to block the action of the Id proteins. The AngioGenex team continues to study the role of the Id genes and proteins in tumor formation and have uncovered additional ways in which anti-Id drugs act to kill cancer cells. These findings continue to be consistent with the interpretation that the Id genes are the master genes in a unique and previously unknown process that supports the growth and spread of tumors. It has also been shown that the amount of Id proteins in tumors reflects their potential lethality. AngioGenex has developed a test suitable to quantitate the amount of Id in blood or tumor tissue. This test is expected to be used as a diagnostic to detect the presence of a tumor in the body early in its formation and a predictor of the needs to treat a tumor with an anti-Id drug. Virtually all human tumors examined to date have been shown to contain the Id proteins. AngioGenex is in the unique position of being the sole patent holder of all technology related to the use of anti-Id drugs for the treatment of cancer."
"More recent research demonstrated that AGX51-E2 has the unusual and highly desirable property of blocking metastasis in extremely challenging animal models. Since metastasis is highly detrimental to cancer patients, it is our intention to test the ability of AGX51E-2 to block this process in man. We are greatly encouraged by the interest the clinical staff at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) has expressed in participating in these trials."
Bold is my emphasis.
Good luck all
Pretty rare to see that kind of open market buying - PRKA. Insiders over the last few months have purchased almost $500,000 worth. A pretty big stake considering the market cap is less than $4 million
Yes I saw the filing. Makes me pretty confident. Something will be coming down the road I think. A buyout or some such. That would be my guess.
PRKA - Right after the last 10q one of the directors purchased 875,000 shares for a total of $49,599.05:
"This Amendment is being filed by Reporting Person to report changes to his beneficial ownership of the Issuer as a result of the purchase the Reporting Person purchasing an aggregate of 875,000 shares of Shares through open market transactions. Unless otherwise indicated, all transactions were effectuated in the open market through a broker and all prices include brokerage commission."
So it looks like most of the volume on 8/12, 8/13, and 8/17 were his buys. The individual transactions are reported on today's 13d/a

Good morning sleepers
ASNB - Some info. Doesn't surprise me that Advansource is mentioned so often in patent applications. They're well known and a "go to" company for innovative products. Don't discount the possibility that one of these patents will generate meaningful future sales for them.
https://www.google.com/?tbm=pts&gws_rd=ssl#tbm=pts&q=advansource
Another possible avenue for future sales could come from successful introduction of new products like the one in this study. It may bring product to market soon since the drug involved is already FDA approved. Big names involved in this study including:
Center for Disease Control
National Institute of Health
Albert Einstein College of Medicine
Northwestern University

SWHN - Still waiting for the 2 late Quarterly reports to be released. Glad the audited 10k is out. I'm expecting a flood of positive news once they are back to SEC current status. Some interesting trading here lately.
KLMK - Also some interesting trading. A little buying very late in the day on some of the recent quiet days. I'm still patient with this one.
ASNB news and events page updated.
ASNB website updates. SEC filings on the investor page now has latest filings. My thoughts are that fair value here is .35-.40. Higher if they duplicate the last 2 quarterly results
KLMK website update includes management additions. Haven't given up on this one.
Found out that the lead researcher (Robert Benezra PhD) for AGGX, and a board member there is also now a shareholder. Since they're dark it's unknown whether he purchased them or was awarded them when he became a director (probably the latter). Or how many shares he has. Still, a significant development, along with their announcement that Memorial Sloan Kettering is also a shareholder. I wonder how many other "dark" OTC companies MSK invests in :)
http://ajp.amjpathol.org/article/S0002-9440(15)00433-2/abstract
Usually I'm something of a pessimist. Hate to get disappointed. Looking for a good week here though :)
Have a great holiday all. Skirt steak and corn on the cob on the grill. Yum!
KLMK - Website completely updated, now focused on attracting retailers and manufacturers more than consumers. That's where the money is for them. If they sign an agreement with a major retailer .05 will look very cheap. Worth a small play on an all-or-nothing basis, imo. Heavily insider held.
http://www.klevermarketing.com/
SWHN - Still waiting for 2 late quarterly reports; I expect them soon. Happy to see that the 10k has come out. The new auditors were going through years worth of data. Another one here that's heavily insider held. This company is completely under the radar and has major potential, imo. Once current in their filings I expect a flood of very positive news from them.
http://www.swissinso.com/projects.html
http://www.dubaiinvestments.com/en/SitePages/emirates_insolaire.aspx
ASNB - Another new 52 week high :)
ASNB holding up well. Looking for new highs here and return of volume.
SWHN - Up 100%. Interesting trading today, mini-buys at .29. Will look cheap at .10 once the late quarterly reports come out. News will follow.
I haven't mentioned it in the past but one of the reasons I like SWHN is that the CEO has invested millions of his own money into this startup. The company is involved in a new, patented, unique niche in the solar industry. It's very "green," and a win/win for those who choose to utilize the product. I expect once current in their SEC filings news of completed projects, pending projects, and other new developments will be released. I believe it will be a win for investors too.
Couldn't help myself. I think you are going to like it. A real safe haven that should move under any market conditions.
Hey! What's with that picture? This is a very old-fashioned type of board. :) Still studying it, will decide whether to add it here soon. Thanks for the heads up and all the great dd :)
The next big mover? Reminds me of PRKA or ADMT where it took a while to get some interest but once it did, boooom.
Top 10 reasons to own SCRH
1. It is cheap. Currently trading at a p/e of 4 based on last q's results annualized. If you back out cash and receivables, it is a p/e of 3 annualized.
2. It is growing. 3 new licensees added late in the last q and 6 more in the build out stage.
3 new licensees
On June 17, 2015, we (through our subsidiary Scores Licensing Corp.) entered into a trademark license agreement with Dick S. Shappy, granting it an exclusive, non-transferable license for the use of certain Scores trademarks in its night club/restaurant in Providence, Rhode Island. The license is for a term of five years, with two successive five year renewal terms. The license agreement provides for fixed royalties at the rate of $10,000 per month. Pursuant to the agreement, SLC also granted the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to sell certain licensed products bearing our trademarks.
Effective June 15, 2015, we (through our subsidiary Scores Licensing Corp.) entered into a trademark license agreement with CG Consulting LLC, granting it an exclusive, non-transferable license for the use of certain Scores trademarks in its night club/restaurant in Columbus, Ohio. 3. Ceo is a mover and a shaker. Mr. Robert M. Gans , 66
Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, Exec. VP, Gen. Counsel and Sec of Pricemart Inc. A 3 Billion dollar market cap company trading on Nasdaq at $90 per share under the symbol PSMT. He also owns Penthouse.
4. Ceo has incentive to see SCRH continue to succeed. He owns 53% of the shares.
Robert M. Gans (2) Common Stock 88,900,230(2) 53.8%
5. No dilution - the share structure has remained the same since Mr. Gans took it over.
6. No debt. This company has the best balance sheet for a stock trading at this price I have ever seen. No debt and hardly any liabilities at all. This means that the revenue growth hit's the bottom line.
7. Consistent growth in revs, profits and improved balance sheet for 7 years and growth is accelerating.
Revenue growth over the last 7 years
387,425 - 514,155 - 629,251 - 693,889 - 731,563 - 835,240 and this year will be over 1.2 million.
Net profit over the last 7 years.
(158,362) - (631,348) - 183,627 - 39,090 - 200,607 - 450,148 and this years net profit should be over 800K.
8. Fantastic business plan. They license their name and receive royalty payments from clubs. There is no risk and very little expenses involved.
9. High profile clients and customers. Celebrities, Athletes etc. An iconic brand mentioned in the media often.
Scores girl on Howard Stern show.
SWHN - .04 x .045. 10K finally out. That's for the year ending 12/31/14. 2 late 10q's still to be filed. Once current in their filings I expect news will be released.
ASNB looking good from here. Management's done an excellent job of controlling cost while increasing sales. Not an "ihub" stock. The ASNB board picked up 1 follower since Friday's 10q and the resultant heavy volume and 100% gain :) A few of us talking about it after Friday but very little posting on ihub about ASNB. As of 8/17 anyway. Haven't sold any yet.
SWHN continues to be late in their filings, another NT10Q today. They changed accountants earlier this year and I'm told that they are auditing years worth of data and that's the reason for the delay. The risk of holding this increases daily but I am still confident that this company and their products will have much success. I have added some very cheaply over the last few months.
There's 2 "dark" companies here that I'm fond of - AGGX and APLD. I've posted some recent info on APLD here.
AGGX although they won't tell me I'm convinced that they have long term oriented deep pocket investors so there's no need for them to be SEC current and go the toxic financing route like so many similar companies have done. My vision for them is to re-register with the SEC and move to NASDAQ when they are ready to announce clinical results. That's assuming that their proprietary, unique cancer treatment meets with the same success in people as it has in mice. It also seems to have a positive effect on age-related macular degeneration which would be a true breakthrough for that cruel condition. They do their research at Memorial Sloan Kettering. Dr. Robert Benezra, now on their board, is a noted researcher. Memorial Sloan Kettering is also now an AGGX shareholder, a significant recent development, imo. How many OTC stocks can say that? I've posted lots of dd on the AGGX board
http://www.angiogenex.com/
KLMK has disappointed in that they have been developing things for a long time (years) without any revenue producing agreements. They continue to be optimistic but cautious in their filings. I don't mind waiting especially since they seem to be having no trouble attracting new investors. Heavily insider held.
GLTY'all
ASNB's nice 4th quarter followed up by another one. Love seeing the increased product sales, margin and profits :)
http://archive.fast-edgar.com//20150814/AB2FQ22CC222P232222E22D2R7GNZ2222272/
IJJP - last month reduced float/ shares , 21,000 in debt , with 450,000 in cash for the last Quarter, many projects in the works, may be a couple months for really good gains depends when news comes, but should be slowly moving up , seems selling has slowed
SWHN - Some volume this morning. Nice bids. NITE to .46 on the ask now. Hopefully we'll see the filings soon.
PRKA - News today
"Total net sales for the first nine months of the 2015 fiscal year totaled $2,848,793, an increase of $265,377 or 10.3%, driven by higher attendance and higher average revenue per guest. The Company reported a net income of $200,091 for the first nine months of its 2015 fiscal year, an improvement of $270,118 over a net loss of $70,027 during the nine months ended June 29, 2014."
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PRKA/news
PRKA, really good numbers.
PRKA 10Q out. Solid improvement
"Our net income increased by $270,118 to $200,091 for the nine month period ended June 28, 2015, as compared with a net loss of $70,027 for the nine month period ended June 29, 2014."
"Officers, Directors and their controlled entities owned approximately 43.6% of the outstanding common stock of the Company as of June 28, 2015. Subsequent to the period covered in this report, on July 17, 2015, four members of the Company’s Board of Directors purchased a total of 6,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock in a private transaction. As a result, as of July 31, 2015, Officers, Directors and their controlled entities own approximately 51.7% of the Company’s outstanding common."
Noticed a couple of things this morning on L2. ASNB had CDEL asking .0389 for weeks. Asking for more today. And VFIN forever has been asking .20 there. Upped it to .30 today. SWHN NITE asking .09 for the last week or so. Upped it today. Both so thinly traded that means little to me but I'm always looking for changes

News today for KLMK
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=115038610
WLVH suspended. Shell taken over a few months ago by someone who seemed to have a viable business. Never caught up on filings. Wonder why they bothered to buy it. Another $150 down the tubes for me.
Some bummers here lately. CGMX suspended. New ownership, disposed of non performing assets, paid off debt by selling shares to new investors at .05. All for naught, apparently
MLPH filed a Form 15 and has gone dormant. Parent company in Australia (who own 82% of the O/S) got in trouble with their debt holders once they announced that they were in discussions with a "large multi-national corporation" concerning their novel, patented OTC pain medication. It's not an NSAID and had promise. They were in default on their debt and as soon as the debtholders thought there was money coming in they took action. I've seen that before and let that be a lesson to penny stock principals with defaulted debt. Don't let them know you might be getting money in! Their proposed deal with Dr. Perry Robins (founded skincancer.org) has not amounted to anything as far as I can tell. Still holding some but not very hopeful at this point.
I put these rules in the ibox. Please follow them, especially what I bolded
1. Assume I'm wrong and you will lose all your money if you choose to nibble on them. Consider them to be "all or nothing" plays and buy according to how much money you're willing to lose. It may be many months before anything happens, if anything ever does :) I don't claim any of these to be "investment grade."
2. Don't use money that you will need for trading. They are thinly traded and once in, you won't be able to get out until developments are recognized and volume builds.
3. When news/filings/pumps occur and you're in the money take profits.
4. If one wakes up it will strongly. A little bit can go a long way, no need to play them heavy.
5. Put your shares up GTC at 10x the purchase price then forget about them.
