Found out that the lead researcher (Robert Benezra PhD) for AGGX, and a board member there is also now a shareholder. Since they're dark it's unknown whether he purchased them or was awarded them when he became a director (probably the latter). Or how many shares he has. Still, a significant development, along with their announcement that Memorial Sloan Kettering is also a shareholder. I wonder how many other "dark" OTC companies MSK invests in :)
